For example, last night when the Lakers squared off against the Clippers, Pau Gasol tried to son Chris Paul, who at 6’0, can only be considered short by other NBA players. Gasol laid hands on Paul’s head, like he was going to tousle his hair or something and Chris let it be known he wasn’t having it! He might not be the shortest guy around, but he’s a great example of how small can beat out tall. We found some other guys of more miniature stature that are also big on swag.

We had no idea JD was living the struggle like this.

TMZ reports that even though they’ve repossessed his $300K 2005 Lamborghini Murcielago, they still want JD to fork over the balance on the car’s sale price.

Premier Financial Services filed new legal docs in Georgia Superior Court, claiming Jermaine financed the white 2005 Lamborghini Murcielago in 2006 — worth $330,000 — and agreed to make 58 monthly payments of $4,323.

According to the docs, Jermaine dropped $70,000 up front for the car and successfully made the majority of payments — but for some reason … he dropped the ball in 2009, and failed to pay the remaining handful.

As a result, PFS repossessed the car and sold it off for $115,000 — and now they’re out for the difference … insisting they hemorrhaged $79,095 in the deal-gone-wrong, and they’re suing Jermaine for their losses.

Sidenote: 2009 is also the year Janet Jackson came to her senses and stopped letting Jermaine tap that.

Poor guy… and to think he was just joking about ending up in BOSSIP’s “When The Checks Stop Coming In” files…

Yes, Jermaine Dupri has a 7-month-old. And he’s already fallen behind on his child support payments already.

And his secret baby mama has chosen now, when Short Stacks has almost half a million dollars in tax debt and a house that’s not all the way out of foreclosure, to hit him with a lawsuit for back taxes.

An Atlanta-area woman is suing music producer Jermaine Dupri over missed child support payments after a judge recently ordered him to pay her.

Fulton County Superior Court Judge Margaret Dorsey told the Grammy-winning producer in March to pay $2,500 a month and an additional $7,500 to Sarai Jones, based on the results of a paternity test.

Jones’ attorney, Randy Kessler, said Jones hopes that she and Dupri “can work together to co-parent their beautiful baby girl,” who is 7 months old.

Dupri’s lawyer, James Kane, declined to comment.

The lawsuit was filed at a time when Dupri is facing financial troubles.

Channel 2 Action News first reported that Dupri’s mansion on Mount Paran Road in northwest Atlanta was in foreclosure and set to be auctioned on the courthouse steps, but the sale was canceled at the last minute.

The law firm handling the foreclosure would not say why the sale was stopped.

Suntrust Bank had started foreclosure on an original loan amount of more than $2.5 million.

According to records Channel 2 obtained from the Georgia Department of Revenue, Jermaine Dupri Mauldin owes the state $493,768.75 in back taxes for 2007.

SMH, what is JD’s life about right now? And in case you’re thinking what we thought at first, if you do the math, this baby was more likely the result of some rebound sex and not the reason for the JD/Damita Jo break-up.
