The hot chocolate singer, who is up for a Grammy this weekend, dished to host Chelsea Handler about getting Lil Wayne on “Motivation,” turning 30, her 80/20 diet plan, and finding love. Via NecoleBitchie…

On Lil Wayne being easy to work with:

I saw him at a [Miami] Heat game and I told him I had a song. I went to the studio, played him the song and he got on it. Sometimes, I don’t know if you guys know, but artists will be a little bit difficult when it comes to getting on songs. You go through that Hollywood stuff. I don’t like that and he just did it.

On her ‘Sexy Abs’ DVD:

I had so much fun. My trainer Jeanette Jenkins taught me so much. Of course, abs but she talk me this 80/20 rule because first of all I love sweets, I love cookies, I love cakes, I love pies, I love sugar, I love candy and anything that has sugar in it. So I had to cut all of that off. [The rule is] 80% of the time you’re doing everything healthy. You eat greens and stuff that isn’t fun to eat but it’s good for you and it’s what you’re body needs. Then the stuff that I like –sugar, cakes, cookies pies, and maybe a little cocktail in there, maybe five that’s all the fun stuff.

On if she’s still single:

Check out Kelly Rowland trying to rain on the Baby Blue Ivy Photoshop parade. The singer previously declined saying too much about the newborn, but this week she just couldn’t control her gushing.

E! caught up with the “Motivation” singer at the Hpnotiq Harmonie and Live Louder kickoff party Monday night in Hollywood. A beaming Kelly was overcome with joy when speaking about her BFF’s three-week-old daughter, Blue Ivy Carter.

“She is just more precious than a diamond. She’s just so stunning,” gushed Kelly. “I’m so happy for my sister and her husband. She’s beautiful.”

The new parents are in heaven. “She’s an incredible mother. I’m so incredibly proud of her, so proud of her,” added Kelly. “She’s in mommyville and I’m so happy for her and her husband’s in daddyville, and the baby is very beautiful.”

How wonderful! How amazing! How nauseating! Just kidding… We know that babies tend to have this effect on people. Congrats to all parties involved, especially Blue Ivy on her “beauty” cuz we know some folks were worried about that. Riiiiiiight?

Oh and yeah, Kelly definitely paid her Illuminati membership fees this month with this one.

Uh-Oh, there’s some loose lips in the Knowles-Carter camp, and they belong to Michelle Williams! BeyBey’s fellow Destiny’s Child member recently revealed she’s already had a visit with Blue Ivy Carter and observed Bey and hubby Hov in their new parent roles.

Beyonce’s former Destiny’s Child bandmate was among those who has already met Blue Ivy Carter, the singer’s first child with hubby Jay-Z, born in NYC on Jan. 7.

“She is absolutely gorgeous. We were all in love,” Williams, 31, told USA Today at Saturday’s BET Honors in Washington, D.C.

Beyonce, 30, Jay-Z, 42 and their little one have not yet been photographed since the much-reported birth went down in a posh, private “executive suite” at Lenox Hill Hospital two weekends ago.

But the superstar couple “have already settled into their role of being parents, and it’s just awesome to see,” Williams added.

Also at the BET event, fellow Destiny’s Child survivor Kelly Rowland was more reluctant to dish on the most talked-about baby of the new year.

“That will be something that everybody will have to experience the same way I did,” the “Commander” singer said. “That’s for her parents to disclose, not myself.”

See Kelly knows her role. She’s not getting kicked out of her godmother status just to get a couple quotes in the tabs.
