A lil bangin’inspiration for Bey.

Last week we heard about Beyonce’s quest to get that pre-baby body back. These super hot mommas snapped back from their pregnancies and somehow looked even hotter. We hope Bey Bey is studying game film and gym techniques that these ladies used. If so, she’ll come back better than ever.

Poor Nick…all those muscles he worked so hard for are gone!

Nick Cannon has “no muscles” following his recent health problems. The ‘America’s Got Talent’host – who was stricken by mild kidney failure over the festive period – is feeling much better, though he is unhappy with his appearance and his condition means he will find it hard to get back in shape.

He tweeted: “Getting back in shape is going to be tuff, the DR said because of my condition my body can’t process protein and that’s what builds muscle

“Time to work smarter not harder… but I got to get right by the time America’s Got Talent starts!

“It’s going to be difficult to get my six pack back on this Renal Diet. No muscles, skinny with a gut is not fresh
“Right now In my tanktop I look like Samuel L. Jackson in Black Snake Moan #needtogetbackinshape (sic)”

Though Nick – who has nine-month-old twins Moroccan and Monroe with wife Mariah Carey – is on the mend, he returned to hospital yesterday (25.01.12) for a “scheduled procedure”.

He tweeted: “Back at the hospital, but no worries its only for the day. I will be back at work tomorrow!

“Not an emergency. This was a scheduled procedure. I just dislike hospitals.”

That’s a damn shame. We know how hard he works on his body, but the inability to process protein means that he can’t build up that muscle mass he had before. It looks like Nick will be skinny trimmy man cakes for Mariah for the near future.

Nick Cannon is back in business and took the time out today to chat with Howard Stern on an assortment of topics:

Then they realized it was more serious than that. “They thought it was kidney stones … then a kidney infection,” explained Cannon. “They found out my kidneys weren’t functioning well.” But he adds, “We didn’t want to say ‘kidney failure’so people would think I gotta get new kidneys and Gary Coleman and all that stuff, so we said ‘mild kidney failure.’” Cannon told his listeners he has to drink a lot of water, and he told Stern, who was broadcasting to his SiriusXM listeners at the same time, he has a “couple more procedures he needs to undergo, but overall, I’m good. I’m feeling 100 percent.”

Although Stern tried to get Cannon to dish about past loves, he sounded like he’s still madly in love with Mariah. “I’m happier than happy,” said Cannon. “Especially though this entire process, we’ve become so much closer. … I even got a chance to see a different side of my wife where she became so nurturing. I’m in debt to her forever.”

“Would she ever sing to you during sex?” asked Howard. “Yes!” said Cannon.

Good for lil Nicky, we’re glad he’s feeling better and in good spirits.

Carey also shared good news: “Nick is in stable condition with a good prognosis, hopefully he’ll be discharged within 2 days.” She added, “As always he’s laughing and in good spirits.”

A source close to the couple tells TheInsider.com that Nick suffered from dehydration, and not kidney failure as Mariah previously announced. He’s doing well now and should be home by tonight.
