Here is Michael Jackson hitting up a Barnes and Nobles bookstore near his crib in Vegas over the weekend. This is a clear case of when getting knifed-up goes wrong. SMH. Is Jacko taping his face up so it will stay on?

Jacko may be forced to tour this spring to help pay-off a defaulted $300 million loan. Some of the problems with the planned tour are insurance companies considering his reliability suspect and him being out of shape.

Come on Michael, find what Blackness you have left and make it rain on them hoes with a comeback.

In other news, the International Olympic Committee formally stripped Marion Jones of her five Olympic medals Wednesday. The former champion has admitted to being roided up while winning her medals.

Michael Jackson reaches out to Ebony Magazine and shares his views on gossip and him being the same old Michael he was back in his Thriller days:

“I don’t pay attention to that. In my opinion, it’s ignorance. It’s usually not based on fact. … Every neighborhood has the guy who you don’t see, so you gossip about him. You see those stories about him, there’s the myth that he did this or he did that. People are crazy!”

“That Michael is probably the same Michael here. I just wanted to get certain things accomplished first. But I always had this tug in the back of my head, the things I wanted to do, to raise children, have children. I’m enjoying it very much.”

Michael is right but in his case we do see him and although there may be “myths” about what he has done, we can still see his face and that is not the same Michael that was in Thriller.

Shaquille O’Neal is rumored to have finally unloaded his Star Island mansion in Miami – and the buyer is soon-to-be former Yankee A-Rod, according to a report yesterday on Daily Business Review’s Web site. Shaq has been trying to sell the place since the beginning of the year. He paid $18.8 million for it in 2004 and has sold it for between $25 million and $27 million. O’Neal doesn’t need the huge manse now that he’s splitting from his wife, Shaunie.

In other Real Estate news, Michael Jackson’s Neverland ranch may be under foreclosure for being delinquent $212,963 on a 23 million dollar loan. Damn, Mike we told you, start slanging some lacefronts and stop trying to make comebacks. That wig game is steady money.

Jermaine Jackson is unemployed and broke. He states, “I currently do not have any employment” and “I do not have any income from which to pay support.” This support is what is supposed to go to his estranged wife Alejandra Jackson who is the mother of two of his eight children, Jaffar and Jermajesty. Alejandra, who also has two teenage children from a previous relationship with Jermaine’s youngest brother Randy and has been living with Jackson’s mother Katherine for quite sometime, claims that she is broke as hell and only makes $81 a month.

$81 a month? Having kids that are siblings as well as cousins? Having a son named Jermajesty? Come on, that’s a reality show right there. Obviously, Jermaine and Alejandra aren’t up on that D-list game.

MJ sure has a colorful list of characters working on his new album. Kanye West, Will.i.am, and Ne-Yo are all on the roster to help Michael make another comeback. He is most likely an inspiration to all of them and this is what Will.i.am said went down when he received a phone call from the King of Pop:

“Michael called me out of the blue and I just didn’t believe it was him. I was like, ‘Come on, who is this, how did you get my number? Stop playing around.’ He said, ‘No it’s really me, it’s Michael.’ I still didn’t believe it was him and was like, ‘Dude, seriously, I got to go.’”

That conversation was probably hilarious. We can just hear Mike now in that sweet little voice of his saying “No really, it’s me, Michael.” What 49 year-old man talks like that?

The National Enquirer is reporting that Michael Jackson is married to Prince, Paris, and Blanket’s nanny 40 year-old Grace Rwaramba. Jacko and Grace got hitched in Vegas earlier this year.

This is way off topic, but Michael’s hair be on point. His hair looks better than most broads in the industry. He needs to hook Britney up with his hair stylist’s contact info, stat.

Jay-Z’s 40/40 club in NYC has been hit by a lawsuit for failing to pay royalties. Via NY Post:

Megastars Michael Jackson, R. Kelly and more than a dozen music publishers have banded together against Jay-Z’s 40/40 Club – rapping the Chelsea hotspot with a federal lawsuit for allegedly skimping on royalties.The popular 40/40 Club, co-owned by Jay-Z and two business partners, has danced around licensing rules to entertain clubgoers with “unauthorized public performance of musical compositions,” according to a lawsuit filed yesterday in Manhattan federal court.

Broadcast Music Inc. led the charge on behalf of Jackson and more than a dozen artists and music publishing companies, seeking unspecified damages for copyright infringement from the club and co-owners Desiree Gonzalez – who has the primary responsibility for operations and management – and Juan Perez.

Joe Camel knows Jacko and R. Kelly have pedo-legal bills to pay, you got to pay to play. Is that Rihanna or LJ texting Joe C.?

Ne-Yo discusses writing Michael Jackson’s new upcoming comeback album:

“I’m not trying to top Thriller. Anybody trying to top something that’s already been done is fighting a losing battle. It was a different industry back then, a different way of thinking and people were easier to impress. Everything in music has been done now, so Michael needs to find his place again.”

I guess it would be hard to top the creative genius of that Thriller album, but it hasn’t been hard for Ne-Yo (among others) to imitate the choreography. Honestly, I think Michael should just keep it in the closet, not really interested in him making a comeback even if the hottest songwriting mer-man (man mermaid) in the game right now is doing the writing.

A former business partner of Michael Jackson who won a collection of various Jacko items in a New Jersey bankruptcy case is upset because Jacko was granted a temporary retraining order blocking his planned auction. The guy tells Page Six:

There are a couple of paintings Jackson made of children, of boys – naked,” Altomare told Page Six. “And there are some of his whitening creams, some sex aids . . . some of the old records in his sealed [sexual molestation] court case.

“This is stuff we have kept from the auction out of respect to Mr. Jackson. The guy has troubles. We all have skeletons in the closet and, if Michael hadn’t put up a fuss, I might have quietly, discreetly, just given it to him. I’m a Brooklyn kid and a gentleman . . . But if he p – - – - s me off, I may end up auctioning them.”

Obviously, pictures of skin whitening cream and naked boys are not a good look but I don’t think anyone would be surprised at this point. JESUS TAKE THE WHEEL.
