Woman Arrested For Attacking Waitress For Giving Her The Wrong Order

A 20-year-old woman faces felony charges in an attack on a waitress police say was pummeled after bringing the wrong food order at a southwestern Illinois restaurant. Ania Wilkes of Ferguson, Mo., is charged with aggravated battery and mob action. Authorities in St. Clair County say the Red Lobster in Fairview Heights was busy Dec. 30 when another server took the order from Wilkes and her companions.

Investigators say the waitress brought them the wrong order and that’s when one woman threw a drink in the waitress’ face before all four at the table punched and pushed the waitress. The waitress suffered cuts to her nose and forehead and a swollen eye. Wilkes doesn’t have a listed home telephone number, and court records don’t show whether she has an attorney.

Jaleel White Gets Into Heated argument With DWTS Partner Kym Johnson

Damn, all that baby mama drama must be stressing dude out….

Dancing with the Stars celeb Jaleel White had a seriously bad rehearsal session with pro partner Kym Johnson on Friday — leading to a “heated” confrontation in which Mark Ballas and show producers eventually intervened, an insider tells Us Weekly exclusively. The Family Matters alum, 35, “flipped out,” the insider says, after he accidentally stepped on Johnson’s foot. When Johnson, 35, exclaimed “ouch” over his blunder, the insider says, White “got in her face,” and chastised her for “acting like a baby . . . He was shouting at her, calling her an ‘idiot.’”

As Johnson momentarily left the studio in tears, fellow celeb competitor Donald Driver overheard the commotion and “tried to calm him down,” the insider says. Unmoved, White “started going off on the producers and shouting about how they put him with a ‘stupid’ partner.” Pro dancer Mark Ballas then tried to confront White himself. As their argument escalated, White spewed: “‘You remind me of that annoying sitcom neighbor who gets into everyone’s business!’”

“The producers stepped in and broke it up before it got physical, but they were really going at it — right up in each other’s faces!” the source explains. Producers then banished White from the studio for the rest of the day. “Now he says he refuses to go back to the rehearsal studio again, that he wants his own rehearsal space elsewhere,” the source continues. “It was a huge fiasco that went down. A total mess.” A second show insider adds that Johnson “has never had a conflict with one of her dance partners before.”

DWade is normally smiling, happy, and congenial, what the HELL happened?!?

Not even the presence of Dwyane Wade, LeBron James and Carmelo Anthony could move the sides closer to an NBA labor agreement yesterday. And it may have moved them further apart in the cordiality department.

Wade shouted at commissioner David Stern during the lowlight of a tempestuous five-hour negotiation that nearly ended the proceedings prematurely. The talks produced no deal and could have created ill feelings stemming from the Wade incident. Stern holds grudges.

Players Association executive director Billy Hunter Jr. said he does not expect an agreement by this weekend.

A person debriefed on the meeting confirmed Wade got ticked off when Stern, during his spiel, started pointing his finger at Wade.

“Don’t point your finger at me,” the Heat superstar screamed at Stern. “I’m not a child.”
ESPN reported Wade, James and Anthony threatened to leave the talks early before Hunter talked them into staying another hour.

“There are times when it’s contentious,” union president Derek Fisher said, without referring to a specific incident. “Guys are very passionate about their opinions. There are also times you really talk and show the type of professional respect. When you have as much at stake as we all do, you have to expect some ups and downs within the meetings.”

Seems to us like there are way more “downs” than “ups”. According to reports the two sides are nowhere near reaching an agreement and if there are hard feelings and yelling then it doesn’t appear that anything productive can be accomplished.

Joining Wade, James and Anthony were superstars Chris Paul, Kevin Durant, Paul Pierce and Ray Allen, and they all were vocal. The owners had 10 of the 12 members of their negotiating com mittee, including Knicks owner James Dolan, on hand plus Miami owner Mickey Arison.

“It helps the process to have [owners] hear di rectly from their franchise players who mean most to our game,” Fisher said. “We encourage our guys to speak and express their thoughts and ask questions. That’s what they do when they come in the room.”

Fisher held a press conference flanked by about 15 of the players, but only he spoke. The players looked less than happy to be there.

Anthony will miss today’s powwow as he heads to Winston Salem, N.C., to play in a charity game with Paul. Several players are expected, but it is unknown if Wade will return.

We just need these guys (owners AND players!) to get their lives together and reach an agreement so we can have basketball this winter!
