Lady Gaga is fighting back against ex-boyfriend music producer Rob Fusari’s lawsuit that claims that he basically made her and should receive a $30.5 million settlement for monies she cut him out of. Pop the hood for more on Gaga’s legal lam.

Lady Gaga is firing back at a music producer who claims he launched her career and is suing her for $30.5 million.

Her lawyer said in a court filing made public Friday the agreement at the heart of the suit was “unlawful.”

Song writer and music producer Rob Fusari filed the lawsuit Wednesday in Manhattan against the Grammy Award-winning performer. He said his protege and former girlfriend, whose real name is Stefani Germanotta, ditched him as her career soared.

Lady Gaga lawyer Charles Ortner wrote in his response that the arrangement was “structured in such a way as to mask its true purpose — to provide to the defendants unlawful compensation for their services as unlicensed employment agents.”

Ortner wrote that Fusari and his company violated statutes that prohibited them from “acting as employment agents without a license and charging Lady Gaga an unlawful fee for their purported services.”

Fusari’s lawyer, Robert S. Meloni, called the claim “ludicrous” in an e-mail to The Associated Press.

“Fusari is a PARTNER in the Team Love LLC with Gag and her father (through their company Mermaid),” Meloni wrote. “Rob was no more of an ’agent’ for her than she is a Roman Catholic nun.”

Being a partner is one thing, this guy is running around claiming Gaga owes him for her image. Last time we checked he’s not the one walking around wearing no pants! She earned that money the hard way!

Rob Fusari, a songwriter and music producer who claims he helped launch Lady Gaga, co-wrote some of her songs, came up with her stage name and helped get her record deal, has filed a $30.5 million lawsuit against the Grammy Award-winning performer, saying his protege and former girlfriend ditched him as her career soared.

“All business is personal,” said the lawsuit, filed Wednesday in a Manhattan state court.

Fusari had credits on such hits as Will Smith’s “Wild, Wild West” and Destiny’s Child’s “Bootylicious” when a friend steered the piano-playing singer — then known by her real name, Stefani Germanotta — to him in March 2006, according to his lawsuit.

Though he initially dismissed her, he realized she had star potential after hearing her play in his Parsippany, N.J., studio, the suit said. He spent the next several months working with her every day and “radically reshaping her approach,” persuading her to drop rock riffs for dance beats, it said.

As they co-wrote songs such as “Paparazzi” and “Beautiful, Dirty, Rich,” which would appear on her debut album, “The Fame,” he transformed Germanotta into Lady Gaga, a name adapted from Queen’s “Radio Ga Ga,” the lawsuit said.

According to the lawsuit, Lady Gaga and Fusari’s relationship turned romantic and then became a business partnership in May 2006, when they created a joint venture called Team Love Child LLC to promote her career. Fusari’s share was 20 percent, it said.

Fusari — whose account of his role in the multiplatinum-selling artist’s early career has been told in interviews — says he introduced Lady Gaga to a record executive who ultimately shepherded her to Universal Music Group’s Interscope Records, which released “The Fame” in 2008. The album has sold more than 3 million copies in the United States; Fusari has a producing credit.

But the lawsuit says their personal and business relationship had soured by then and he has been denied a 20 percent share of song royalties, 15 percent of merchandising revenue and other money he’s owed. He acknowledges getting checks for about $611,000 but says that isn’t his full share.

Turns out Lady Gaga and BeyBey have more in common than “Telephone” and “Video Phone”. This is the same guy that went attention whoring earlier this year over “Bootylicious” . Unfortunately for Gaga this suit sounds like it may actually have some merit.

Dude says Gaga looked like a “guidette” before he fixed up her image. Damn. SMH.

50 Cent and his crew were in Copenhagen, Denmark over the weekend and it got real live when the paps wouldn’t back off the scene causing his bodyguard to go in… A little too much.

Apparently 50’s bodyguard asked the paps to leave and back up…of course they didn’t listen, forcing dude to go crazy. He choked out one of the photographers and broke into two of the photographers cars stole and broke their cameras:

Should we be surprised that Mississippi is slow to accept change? Instead of allowing an 18-year-old lesbian to don a tuxedo and bring her girlfriend as her date, a Mississippi school has opted to cancel prom. Is it really that serious??? Details under the hood.

A northern Mississippi school district will not be hosting a high school prom this spring after a lesbian student sought to attend with her girlfriend and wear a tuxedo.

The Itawamba County school district’s board decided Wednesday to drop the prom because of what it called recent distractions but without specifically mentioning the girl’s request, which was backed by the American Civil Liberties Union.

The student, 18-year-old high school senior Constance McMillen, said the cancellation was retaliation for her efforts to bring her girlfriend, also a student, to the April 2 dance.

“A bunch of kids at school are really going to hate me for this, so in a way it’s really retaliation,” McMillen told The Clarion-Ledger of Jackson.

School policy requires that senior prom dates be of the opposite sex. The ACLU of Mississippi had given the district until Wednesday to change that policy, arguing that banning same-sex prom dates violated McMillen’s constitutional rights.

Instead, the school board met and issued a statement announcing it wouldn’t host the event at Itawamba County Agricultural High School in Fulton, “due to the distractions to the educational process caused by recent events.”

The statement didn’t mention McMillen or the ACLU. When asked by The Associated Press if McMillen’s demand led to the cancellation, school board attorney Michele Floyd said she could only reference the statement.

“It is our hope that private citizens will organize an event for the juniors and seniors,” district officials said in the statement. “However, at this time, we feel that it is in the best interest of the Itawamba County School District, after taking into consideration the education, safety and well being of our students.”

Kristy Bennett, legal director for the ACLU of Mississippi, said the district was trying to avoid the issue.

“But that doesn’t take away their legal obligations to treat all the students fairly,” Bennett said. “On Constance’s behalf, this is unfair to her. All she’s trying to do is assert her rights.”

Itawamba County is a rural area of about 23,000 people in north Mississippi near the Alabama state line. It borders Pontotoc County, Miss., where more than a decade ago school officials were sued in federal court over their practice of student-led intercom prayer and Bible classes.

Anna Watson, a 17-year-old junior at the high school, was looking forward to the prom, especially since the town’s only hotspot is the bowling alley, she said.

“I am a little bummed out about it. I guess it’s a decision that had to be made. Either way someone was going to get disappointed — either Constance was or we were,” Watson said. “I don’t agree with homosexuality, but I can’t change what another person thinks or does.”

Other students are on McMillen’s side.

McKenzie Chaney, 16, said she wasn’t planning to attend the prom, but “it’s kind of ridiculous that they can’t let her wear the tuxedo and it all be over with.”

A Feb. 5 memo to students laid out the criteria for bringing a date to the prom, and one requirement was that the person must be of the opposite sex.

The ACLU said McMillen approached school officials shortly before the memo went out because she knew same-sex dates had been banned in the past. The ACLU said district officials told McMillen she and her girlfriend wouldn’t be allowed to arrive together, that she would not be allowed to wear a tuxedo, and that she and her girlfriend might be asked to leave if their presence made any other students “uncomfortable.”

McMillen said she feared she would be thrown out of the prom because “we do live in the Bible Belt.”

Whether you agree with homosexuality or not, you have to admit this girl is BRAVE…

Guess everyone’s gonna have to put on their gowns and tuxes and head to the bowling alley instead.

A Staten Island mom who said her botched boob job left her looking like she had four breasts was awarded $3.5 million for pain and suffering yesterday. “I hope this will give other women in the same position the courage to come forward,” said Maria Alaimo, 46. The jury found that Dr. Keith Berman botched her 2003 plastic surgery — which was supposed to be a breast lift and augmentation — leaving her with an embarrassing condition known as “double bubble deformities.”

Describing the condition, her lawyer Michael Kuharski said, “It appears like there’s two breasts [on each side] stacked on top of each other.” The bungled surgery even contributed to the end of her marriage, he said.

“She slept in a different room, she’s depressed, she lost her self-esteem,” said Kuharski. “She ultimately pushed her husband away to the extent that he filed for divorce.”

Damn, poor thang. Her husband wasn’t feelin all those breasteses. Oh well, now she’s a quadruple-boobie millionaire.

A Manhattan nightclub owner did cocaine off a cocktail waitress’s shoulder after he couldn’t convince her to let him take a toot off her tush, she says in court papers.

In a $3.5 million Manhattan Supreme Court sexual-harassment lawsuit, Nicole Slama says Quo co-owner Gary Malhotra cornered her in a storage closet at his West 28th Street club, and then forced her into using her body as human drug paraphernalia.

“I want to sniff it off your [butt]. You have a great [butt],” Malhotra told her while grabbing her rear in the creepy 2007 attack, the suit says.

Slama had thought she’d gotten a lucky break when a friend of the family offered to help her get a job at Quo — which at that point had been broken up into two separate clubs called Myst and Retox — in 2007.

On her first shift, she made $500 — but she also started hearing rumors that the owners often used the manager’s office “as a place to do cocaine and to have sex with employees and guests,” the suit says.

Slama said Malhotra offered her coke on a couple of occasions and she turned him down — but he wouldn’t take no for an answer on the night of Dec. 6, when he shoved her into a closet and demanded to do drugs off her derriere.

Slama pushed him away and said “No!” — but he then grabbed her breast and said, “OK, off your [breast] then,” the suit says.

“No!” the 24-year-old said. “I really don’t want to. I want to leave right now. I want to go right now!”

“OK,” Malhotra replied. “Off your shoulder then.” Slama resisted again, and Malhotra told her, “You have to let me, ’cause you work for me.”

He then “slipped the strap of her tank top off her left shoulder and pushed her left hand down so that she could not move it” and shook some coke onto her shoulder, before snorting it off and licking her shoulder and neck, the suit says.

She sneaked out of the club and reported the incident to the cops.

Malhotra was convicted of sex abuse, harassment and forcible touching in December.

Reached for comment yesterday, Malhotra said Slama’s suit “had no merit,” and dismissed her as “a disgruntled employee who was fired and who’s seeking monetary gains. Her claims are not substantiated.”

D’Angelo was arrested yesterday after he offered an undercover cop all cash for oral sex on an NYC street.  The worst part of it all is how much he was willing to pay for the service.

D’Angelo was offering to pay an undercover cop a measly $40 for a blow job. D’Angelo who was in Greenwich Village riding around town in his Range Rover, mistook the cop for a prostitute and was later arrested after offering her money for a sexual favor. Cops found $12,000 in his SUV and charged him with solicitation.

Damn D’Angelo was holding 12 stacks and only wanted pay a woman 40 bucks?? SMH.

A Florida woman was arrested after stalking Diddy’s Hampton home and trespassing the property grounds twice in one week.  Details on the flippy.

Some crazy and deranged chick named Cemelia Green 35, of Jacksonville was caught at Diddy’s residence and claimed she was married to him and owned the property. Police were called to the scene and Cemelia was let go without any arrests being made.

The same week during a routine patrol the woman was spotted again wandering behind the house. Upon investigation police found a broken sliding door and arrested Cemelia for 2nd degree criminal mischief and 2nd degree criminal trespassing.

SMH looks like Kim Porter has more to worry about than just Cassie.
