Ashanti says her video is not about Nelly:

“It’s not!” She explains, “I wrote that record last summer … The song is just about real life. It’s for every woman who has gone through it. Of course I’ve snooped! Before [sidekicks] came out, I was snooping through regular cell phones, Skytel, everything! Whatever he had out, I was all in it!”

And as for the current status of her relationship with Nelly? “We’re really, really good friends.”

There goes that really, really good friends thing again.  They know that relationship was a publicity hoax anyway.  SMH.

There is a possibility that Ashanti may be joining G-Unit:

50 Cent may be helping Ashanti plot revenge on Murder Inc. capo Irv Gotti. The songstress has been furious that her label’s boss wouldn’t deny rumors that they’d had an affair.

“She was pissed. And now 50 Cent is trying to get her to be a part of G-Unit.”

50 hasn’t always been flattering toward Ashanti. He told Playboy that “her music is not the hottest sh*t in the world.”

Well at least that is something that we concur with Bugsy on…definitely not the hot sh*t.

Everyone was partying in Vegas this weekend including Ashanti at Pure and Floyd Mayweather, Reggie Bush, and Kim Kardashian at Prive. Where apparently Floyd Mayweather and Zab Juddah had a “who could ball out more” competition. The two were battling on how many bottles bought and how many dollars were thrown in the air. Two grown ass men battling on who could make it rain the hardest…what a waste.
