NBA great Michael Jordan hit town last week and played the role of ultimate wingman for friends like Derek Jeter and Patrick Ewing. First, Jordan had a dinner at Tao with Ewing and Charles Oakley, where the trio rang up a tab upward of $1,000 and tipped 40 percent. When the players headed out, spies said, Jordan tried to convince a few women to join them at Pink Elephant, where he was meeting Jeter. One source said, “Jordan was really trying to get this girl to leave with him, and the girl responded, ‘Aren’t you married?’ ” Another source confirmed that Jordan was trying to grab a few girls – but only for his single friends.

After freaking Charles Barkley’s backside in a Las Vegas club last year and hanging around suspect Charles Oakley and Derek Jeter, at least he tried to get with some girls. MJ was always a trailblazer in the NBA with his choice of large earrings. After threatening divorce, how long will Juanita lean back on the cheating and Kim Porter Michael Jordan? MJ’s rumored appetite for blondes will probably never retire.

We were first to report last week that Derek Jeter was getting cozy with his BFF Tyson Beckford at Tenjune and now RUSH AND MALLOY REPORT today:

Jessica Biel and Derek Jeter are said to have been looking couple-y at Hyde in L.A. on Monday. The Yankee captain was rubbing the actress’ shoulders and flirting until the club closed, a source tells Star. Our spies caught a Biel-less Jeter with pals at Tenjune two nights in a row last week…

Rumors are back, got to go grab a public actress at a club in Hollyweird for the papparazi, Hollyweird “Bearding” 101. Page Six reported the Jeter-Biel sighting at Hyde as well and Jeter’s publicist is rumored to calculate sightings for Jeter with women and feed them to the press. I wonder why?

Snitches exclusively tell Bossip that Derek Jeter and model Tyson Beckford were getting cozy and “chatting it up” last night at NYC hotspot Tenjune. Tyson has been the subject of rumors regarding his sexuality and was confronted early this year by the Gossip Tranny Wendy Williams on her show.

Wendy Williams put him on blast by suggesting he was in love with Derek Jeter and had D.J. tattooed on his arm at one time. The source goes on to tell Bossip that New York Giants Tiki Barber and Shepherd Smith from Fox News were also at the hotspot. The snitch says “georgeous models (female) were everywhere but Derek and Tyson were chatting and laughing together the entire night.”
