Captain F**k Up has been arrested for the fourth time in two months and now his foolery is reaching new lows – identity theft:

The rapper was arrested (July 19) in a Phoenix mall, due to an alleged incident at the Scottsdale Mayo clinic in April where the rapper was being treated for an illness.

While there, he allegedly used an alias, “Troy Jones,” and defaulted on a $7,500 bill. DMX, real name Earl Simmons, was booked at the Maricopa County jail.

The arrest marks X’s fourth bust in two months, on charges that range from alleged illicit drug use to numerous motor vehicle violations.

“He’s back in jail again,” Arpaio told the Associated Press. “I don’t know why judges keep letting this guy out. Every time he goes in there, he gets out on bond. I’m hoping this is the one time he’s going to pay the penalty for his offense.”

Because of X’s celebrity status, Arpaio confirmed that the Yonkers native would be held in protective custody. “They [inmates] may not like his music,” he quipped. At press time, a bond has not been given in DMX’s case, and his lawyer Cameron Morgan has declined to comment.

Damn, his thuggery knows no bounds. Looks like DMX is about to catch it. SMH.

But then again, maybe you will. According to TMZ, DMX has been arrested again:

DMX was arrested again today in Arizona. He showed up for a court hearing, but had a bench warrant out for his arrest, so they busted him. DMX was busted June 27 after he allegedly tried to buy drugs from an undercover officer. He was also busted on June 23, May 9 and May 7.

We’re gotsta give up to DMX – it’s not often that we find ourselves speechless – but yet here we are. Kudos DMX – you done f**ked up royally.

This brotha’s a lost cause:

“[DMX] who’s had scrapes with the law over charges of animal cruelty and drug possession, might now lose a Fifth Avenue townhouse because he didn’t promote a line of canine couture. The vacant, 18-foot wide property at 2007 Fifth Ave. and East 124th Street is due to be auctioned on Aug. 13. The sheriff’s sale should satisfy a judgment – totaling $281,000 with interest – resulting from a breach of contract lawsuit filed in 2004.

Ellenville, NY-based Amusing Diversions won the right to the judgment after doggedly pursuing the star, for not promoting its line of dogwear. On June 9, the pet product line obtained a court order stating a 2006 deed transferring the property to an entity headed by DMX’s wife, Tashera Simmons, was fraudulent, thus paving the way for the August sale.”

This cat is a bona fide “trouble magnet.” Trife. The home in question is just below.

DMX has been arrested again:

Rapper DMX was arrested Monday on a warrant for not having a valid driver’s license, Miami-Dade police say. The rapper, whose real name is Earl Simmons, 37, was being held at the Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Center on Monday afternoon. His bond is set at $500.

DMX is being accused of trying to get some hospital care for free:

On April 15, Mayo Clinic doctors thought they were treating a man named Troy Jones for pneumonia. But it was really Earl Simmons, better known as rapper DMX, trying to dodge a hospital bill, according to court documents obtained Friday. The rapper checked into the Phoenix campus’ emergency room, complaining of shortness of breath and chest pains, the documents said. “Someone in the projects is going to get the bill,” Simmons told a visitor to his hospital room, according to a May 9 search warrant served on the hospital by Maricopa County sheriff’s deputies. DMX found himself surrounded last night:

“Authorities say DMX has been arrested on drug and animal-cruelty charges in Phoenix following an overnight raid on the rapper’s house. The Maricopa County sheriff’s office says the 37-year-old, whose real name is Earl Simmons, at first tried to barricade himself in his bedroom. He came out as a SWAT team entered during the early-morning raid Friday. The indictment stems from an August search of the rapper’s home prompted by reports of dogs being abused on his property.”

This cat was just nabbed for drag racing the other day – Now Five-O is following up on buddy boy allegedly giving his puppies the “Vickster” treatment. SMH.

DMX needs to slow his role:

“Rapper DMX’s driving continues to be a problem, as the rapper was arrested yesterday evening by Arizona police for driving in excess of 100 MPH on a local highway with a suspended license. On January 21, the actor/rapper was photographed driving his 1966 Chevy Nova II on the Loop 101 at a speed of 100 miles per hour in a 65 mile per hour zone. Just a minute later, DMX, born Earl Simmons, was photographed at another camera moving at a speed of over 114 miles per hour. Three minutes later, DMX was caught on camera driving at a speed of 101 miler per hour.”

Police arrested DMX at his home in Cave Creek and charged the rapper with racing on a highway, reckless driving, two counts of endangerment, three counts of criminal speed and driving with a suspended license. DMX was booked into the Scottsdale County Jail and released earlier today.

DMX is on that NASCAR ish it seems – a sure sign he’s still fooling around with them rocks.

DMX brews trouble at Indiana University:

“After students paid $25 for DMX tickets at Lambda Chi Alpha last night, the concert was closed down after only three songs. After crowd members protested the concert’s end, students in the front row got maced.

DMX also had alcohol that he said he would pass around to students. ‘All of a sudden, cops came on the stage so I thought he might be getting in trouble for alcohol,’ [a source] said.

Eventually, the entire first row was maced. ‘They started throwing things at the police,’ [a source] said. ‘It got pretty ugly and we thought people would start getting arrested.’

Offering up alcohol to under-aged students? That’s real bright DMX. Then again, he’s never been known for possessing much by way of intellect. We advise you cease smoking that kush.

The NY Daily News is reporting DMX collapsed at a Sony recording studios yesterday.

Rumors are that rocks were behind X being rushed to the hospital. By the look of this video we posted last week, rocks and the mic don’t mix.

One-time (police) found bite marks on DMX’s buried dogs according to recent reports. One of X’s dogs was burned so badly, an exam was inconclusive. Last month, one-time seized 12 pit bulls, weapons, and a quarter ounce of weed from X’s crib.

Jail, traffic tickets, rocks, and now possible pit bull fighting. We hope X can get his sh*t together. ‘The Man’ doesn’t play when you’re messin’ with his ‘best friend’.

It looks like DMX is next to hit the slammer for dog-fighting. The Arizona Sheriff department raided his house this morning and seized 12 dogs from the property.

Maricopa County Sheriff’s Deputies seized 12 pit bulls, which they described as distressed. Guns were also found and seized during the raid of his Cave Creek-area home.

DMX, whose real name is Earl Simmons, was not at home when the raid occurred, according to KPNX Channel 12 in Phoenix.
