Tony Yayo and G-Unit are being sued:

“The mom of a teen boy who says he was smacked around by Tony Yayo, a member of 50 Cent’s G-Unit posse, is suing the rap stars for a big bucks payout.

James Rosemond – whose dad Jimmy [Henchman] Rosemond runs Czar Entertainment and manages The Game, a G-Unit rival – blames the rappers for an attack last year set off because he was wearing a Czar Entertainment shirt.

‘It’s hard to believe that a 14-year-old boy walking on E. 25th St. at 6 in the evening was attacked by four adult males just because of the shirt he was wearing,’ said Richard Reich, the teen’s lawyer.

Yayo, aka Marvin Bernard, dodged assault charges in the March 2007 encounter but was ordered to perform 10 hours of community service for harassment. Another man, Lawal Fletcher, was locked up after copping to smacking Rosemond.

The suit by angry mom Cynthia Reed also targets Fletcher, several record companies and 50 Cent, who wasn’t in New York during the street scrap and not charged.

Fitty’s lawyer, Benjamin Brafman, said Reed is just looking for ‘a quick payday.’”

These thug-ass individuals stay in some heavy dramatics. Now it looks like they may have to fork over some serious stackage. SMH.

Young Buck Gets Da Boot

And they’re still bickering like a bunch o’ b**ches. According to allhiphop.com, Young Buck has been ousted from G-Unit:

“50 Cent revealed today that the Tennessee rapper was no longer in G-Unit the group, but would still record for the label.

‘You can look at it and see that’s Game [former G-Unit rapper] all the way. I was giving him a chance, giving him the benefit of the doubt [to remain with the group]. You can take this as an official notice right here – pretty much you can say: Young Buck is no longer in the group G-Unit, but signed to G-Unit [Records] as a solo artist’, 50 Cent told DJ Envy, a co-host on the Hot 97 Morning Show with Miss Jones.”

Damn, Bugs Monkey has been kickin’ ‘em the f**k out left and right. First there was the Baby Momma Drama, now this. This dude loves conflict.

Tony Yayo Has Had 10 Mil?

50 Cent chats about G-Unit, their stack game, and Young Buck:

Each person in G-Unit has earned over $10 million in their career at this point. Outside of the guys that didn’t release product — M.O.P., Spider Loc, Olivia — the guys that had their project go out physically. I didn’t say they have $10 million, I said they’ve seen $10 million. What they did with their paper, I don’t know.”

“I think you have to give them something to blow it out of proportion. Buck did that. I think that what he was saying, in order to validate himself as a man, he feels he has to go against what I’m doing, similar to some of the things we’ve seen from Game … [But then] he’ll back off of it, when we’re in direct conversation. When he’s out in public, he’ll say something. They’re like my younger brothers, but they’ll do sh– for attention. They’ll do things, then when I look like, ‘What are you doing?’ They’ll be like, ‘Oh, nah, because you was doing this. … Because you didn’t call me when you were on the international tour.’ I’m like, ‘Are you kidding me? You didn’t call neither, so what does that mean?’ “

What a bunch of gaylords. They stay bickering like a bunch of b*tches.

Bugs Monkey and his crew are featured on the May 2008 issue of XXL magazine. SMH at them asking if 50 Cent and his band of brothers still hard to the core, not with the b*tch ish they have pulling lately. Beating up adolescents, whining about not selling albums, fueling hip-hop bickering, what else?

Tony Yayo Gets Off

Tony Yayo will only face 10 days of community service for beating up Jimmy “Henchman” Rosemond’s 14 year-old son. Here is what the boy’s mother had to say in regards to the matter:

“As much as Marvin Bernard tried to wiggle his way out of his role in assaulting my son, who is a minor, he had to accept responsibility to accept a plea deal. He couldn’t hide behind 50 Cent, G-Unit, Violator management or his co-defendant. This malicious crime against a child is despicable and any industry sponsor or company that supports individuals like Tony Yayo should remove themselves from a relationship with him and his affiliated entities. Crimes against children should never be legitimized just because a person is an entertainer. A public apology is appropriate at this time, not only from Tony Yayo but from 50 Cent for denying this event ever happened— as if my son was lying when all along they knew this assault had taken place.”

Hope she’s not holding her breath for that apology.

Yayo is Innocent?

Tony Yayo may have an opportunity to walk after someone else confessed to smacking Jimmy Henchman’s son. Lowell Fletcher, a friend of Yayo, told police that he hit the child and Tony pulled him off. Yayo’s lawyers are claiming his innocence and are asking that the charges are dropped.

Where was this guy when Tony’s mother’s home was shot up? We hope he’s going to repair the bullet holes in her walls.

Tony Yayo Has a Witness Who Swears He Didn’t Beat Up Lil’ Henchman

Posted by Bossip Staff

A lawyer for G-Unit’s Tony Yayo states there is a solid witness who “swears” he is not guilty for the March 20th assault of a 14 year-old kid. If you missed this back in March here is a recap:

Yayo, whose real name is Marvin Bernard, was charged in March with assault, harassment and endangering the welfare of a child, all misdemeanors. He was accused of hitting the teen, James Rosemond. The boy is the son of Jimmy “Henchman” Rosemond, recording executive and manager of a Yayo rival rapper, The Game. The boy accused Yayo of hitting him with his hand, “causing (his) face to strike the door of a building,” which caused him “to have a headache, an earache, and caused substantial pain to (his) face.”

Okay, so having the witness is fine and dandy, but even if Yayo wasn’t the one who punched and slapped that little boy, it’s obvious that someone from the G-Unit camp did. SMH.
