Sources exclusively snitch to Bossip that John Legend is dating model Christy Teigen. John Legend personally selected her for his ‘Stereo’ video. Bossip was the first media outlet last year to break the news John Legend was dating model Danielle Abreu.

One highly placed snitch says she spotted John Legend and his new girl in Bankok grinding at a club called Route over the summer. This snitch tells Bossip she wants to send out a message:

Hey John…surprise us with a non-model next time. Hell even a young intelligent black woman. Now that’s news

As we exclusively reported last year, John Legend was dating Danielle Abreu, a Brazilian model from New Jersey but they later broke up. The couple may have hooked back up or he may have scooped up a new model girl:

John Legend and a pretty model-y girl (“very Mott St. trendy in shorts and ankle booties”) were spotted shopping for barbecue fixings at the Houston St. Whole Foods Sunday afternoon, says a spy, “trailed by a manager type pushing a cart with the goods.”

John Legend looks like a ‘Whole Foods” type of guy.

Kanye West celebrated his birthday last night and he shut down NYC by bringing everyone out. Mariah Carey, Jay-Z, Jermaine Dupri, Diddy, John Legend, Pharell, Rihanna, and a slew of other celebs were spotted at club Louis Vuitton. Kanye doesn’t seem too interested in his fiancee, Rihanna’s rack gets some attention though.

John Legend was asked if if he had a Valentine yesterday by Brian McKnight on the tv show EXTRA:

I am hosting a party in New York actually, there is probably going to be a lot of single people, I am single too, we are going to have a good time on Valentines day”

John Legend also mentioned he is in the studio working with Kanye West on his album.

Kanye West unleashed an amazing outburst after failing to take home the gong for ‘Best Video’ for his ‘Touch The Sky’ promo at the EMAs. Crashing the stage as winners Justice and Simian collected their silverwear for ‘We Are Your Friends’, the hip hop star spat, “F*ck dis! (My video) cost a million dollars, Pamela Anderson was in it, I was jumping across canyons and sh*t! If I don’t win, the awards show loses credibility. Nothing against you (J&S), but hell man.” His verbal tirade left audience members gasping but it didn’t end there. After the show the offended star continued to vent his spleen in the press conference. He told the world’s media he was upset because he had “the best video.” I haven’t seen (the Justice and Simian video). Possibly it could have been quite good but no way better than ‘Touch The Sky’. “That is complete bullsh*t, I paid a million. Obviously it’s not all about the money, but the response it got transcended everything, it really made great TV. “It took a month to film; I stood on a mountain; I flew a heliocopter over Vegas. I did it to be the king of all videos and I wanted to walk home with that award.”

I don’t know if Kanye’s behavior is more Diva or childish. Get over it, stars lose in award shows all the time you f*ckin rookie. Spending a million dollars on a video and putting a plastic white girl (Pam Anderson) in it doesn’t guarantee your going to win every award you lame. Pic ganked from CL.
