A highly placed source close to actress Lauren London exclusively tells Bossip Lil Wayne recently slapped a “huge rock” on her finger and the two are engaged. The source tells Bossip “they have been on and off for years and have had an open relationship. Lauren is very hood and likes thugs”.

Lauren London has been linked to Baron Davis, T.I., and Pharrell before deciding to get serious with Weezy.

There you go, Bossip broke the news of the engagement first!!!!

Trey Songz was photographed recently for MTV’s “Sucker Free” and for some reason we can’t help but recall what Lil’ Wayne said about him in that interesting interview he did with Vibe magazine. Here is a quick refresher:

Jack Sutton Fine Jewelry in New Orleans is suing Lil’ Wayne for $146,000 he still owes on a $138,000 diamond ring and $32,000 gold-and-diamond necklace purchase:

The handmade platinum ring contains an 11.55 carat, princess-cut diamond surrounded by an additional five carats of invisible set princess diamonds. The 32-inch necklace is draped with ice — four rows deep, 105 carats total weight — in 18 karat white gold. Carter agreed to pay monthly installments, the suit says. Sutton received a $24,000 check on Oct. 12. The next $24,000 check was dated Jan. 18. Sutton deposited it, only to learn a stop payment had been issued. Sutton says he tried to reach Carter, sending e-mails to the artist’s financial advisor. No luck.

”Defendant has breached his oral and written agreement. He spent a lot of money with me. I thought we have a really good relationship. I don’t know what happened, unless it’s a misunderstanding.”

Weezy know he better cough up the dough…when will these cats learn that people will slap a lawsuit on your ass at the drop of a hat.  Hopefully he has a good financial advisor, and it’s not just the Birdman’s uncle or play cousin who’s good with numbers handling his money.

We think Jay-Z should fall back on the rap game and just leave the game as a legend. His last album was garbage, Lil Wayne got the old man beat right now, lyrically that is.

Both Snoop Dogg and Lil Wayne will be settling their legal issues. After pleading guilty to felony possession of a dangerous weapon last month, Snoop will complete his community service by performing park maintenance. He will be raking leaves, painting park benches, taking out the trash, etc. It’s shame they decline to mention which park he will be serving, but that sight of Snoop raking leaves in that shower cap is quite amusing.

Weezy got some sense and appeared in court Thursday after being arrested in Boise, Idaho. His lawyer claimed that the reason Lil Wayne failed to appear in court for the 2006 Georgia drug charges because the summons were sent to his house in New Orleans that was destroyed by Hurricane Katrina.

Not that interesting, we know, but being able to share these pictures of Snoop in his jheri curl juice cap/Louis Vuitton bag and Weezy and his scary iced-out grill are reason enough.

Here is the mugshot for Dwayne Michael Carter, Jr. aka Lil Wayne, Weezy, F. Baby, etc. who was arrested by the Boise City Police yesterday after a show in Idaho. This is actually one of the best pictures we have seen of him to date. Weezy is still locked up for a felony charge “fugitive to Idaho” having outstanding warrants.

I hope he wasn’t talking to those Idaho cops like he was in that interview with Vibe magazine, saying “F*ck you, Robin Thicke is the only white person who can sing.” Poor thang.

Lil Wayne is featured in the new issue of Vibe magazine and there are excerpts from his very entertaining interview on the site. We already heard him explain why he had a baby and now this interesting character speaks on many other things from Steven Tyler to 50 Cent to Trey Songz.

Vibe: You must have the most unique voice in that world.

Weezy: Some people can’t sing and can just use their voice very uniquely. I was watching these clips on E! of the worst people singing the National Anthem and – what’s the dudes name from that rock group – the ni**a with the big lips?

Vibe: Steven Tyler.

Weezy: Steven Tyler? That’s the ni**a with the big lips? That ni**a’s like the worst ever! The secret – WHITE PEOPLE CAN’T SING UNLESS YOU’RE ROBIN THICKE!

In the latest issue of Vibe Magazine, Lil Wayne talks about some certified reasons to bring a baby in the world:

A year after Rabbit was gone, I was on tour like crazy with Cash Money, and my momma said she was bored, alone, and scared in the house by herself. She was like, ‘Why don’t you just have a baby with somebody? Just tell the little girl’s mom I’ma take care of the baby, don’t worry about that.’ I was like, ‘I don’t have nobody I like like that!’ She was like, ‘Just find somebody! You don’t like Toya?’ I was like, ‘Alright, I like her then.’ Toya was 14 when she got pregnant, and I was 15 asking 14-year-olds. Toya’s the only person that agreed outta all the ones I asked. I said that my momma wants a child. And they was like, ‘That’s your momma’s problem!’ So Toya was like, ‘Shiiit, when we due, boo?’

Well, no more kids probably now that Baby has taken over. Poor thang.

We don’t know why this seems ridiculous, but it just does. T.I., Weezy, and Jeezy all celebrated their Libra birthdays together at their “Untouchables” event in Atlanta. Lil’ Wayne’s cake (process of elimination was used since Young Jeezy’s was a snowman and T.I.’s was a crown) was shaped like a Louis Vuitton bag, which immediately made us think of Janet Jackson’s three-tier LV luggage cake JD got her for her 40th birthday party.

Hot boy F. Baby celebrated his 25th birthday in Houston this weekend. It still is a wonder to me how women find him attractive. Is it the icy grin? The almost midget stature? The excessively inked physique?  What is it?  Ladies help me out.  I think I would be scared half to death if I had to wake up to that grill every morning.

Lil Wayne, who literally made it “Rain on them Hoes” at a concert at Morgan State University last year is being sued for 1 Million.

Via The Baltimore Sun:

A Morgan State University concert-goer has filed a lawsuit alleging that she was knocked to the ground and trampled last year when a large amount of cash was thrown into the crowd during a performance by rapper Lil’ Wayne.

Tyrique Layne, a student at Morgan at the time, filed the lawsuit yesterday in Baltimore Circuit Court, claiming that she required overnight hospitalization as a result of injuries she suffered last October at the concert held at the university. Three women were hurt when the money – mostly $1 bills, but including some $5, $10 and $20 bills – was tossed into the crowd, according to accounts.

What was Lil Wayne thinking? You can’t throw money around broke folks and think they won’t act a fool. Maybe he was trying to donate to the Broke College Student Fund. Next time he should consider writing checks.

You would think he would at least put that non-Newport down before agreeing to have his picture taken, but I’m sure the real smoke action was going on somewhere where cameras weren’t permitted.

In separate incidents in NYC, TMZ reports that Ja Rule and Lil Wayne were arrested over the weekend for carrying heat in their cars. Ja Rule had expired tags and a suspended license while driving around in a 04′ Maybach. In Lil Wayne’s case, he had some weed on his tour bus just in case having some heat wasn’t enough to go to jail.

Ja should have been arrested by ‘one-time’ when he tried to bring the curly top back early this year. SMH at the Duke Kit he hooked up on his dome.
