No really, is the powdered eyebrow look is right now? Or is that Solange just being “different”? Here she is arriving at the TRL studios yesterday rockin a Rihanna-style space boot. Nice try Solange, but we don’t know if we’re feelin those eyebrows.

Solange won’t let anything keep her from completing her set while on tour:

“As she made her entrance, a large piece of metal fell from the doorway and landed smack on her foot. While Solange made it through her entire set, albeit in ‘extreme pain,’ she was rushed to a nearby Missouri hospital immediately after the show wrapped.

Rather than cancel the remainder of her Art of Love tour, the cast-sporting Solange will continue performing the remainder of her shows. Per doctor’s orders, however, she will be cutting down on the latter half of her song-and-dance routine, instead performing the from a centerstage stool.”

Kudos to Solange for sticking it out. But given that she lives in big sis’ shadow, she probably doesn’t have any other choice.

Beyonce is knocked up:

“A source close to the couple revealed, “Beyonce is 100% pregnant, which is why the couple rushed their wedding.” The source also [said] that all the friends and family that attended the ultra private wedding were all aware that Beyonce was already expecting.

Our source added that Beyonce is in her early stages, but don’t expect this star to come out with a confirmation statement anytime soon. The couple is pretty private about their personal lives–they still haven’t even confirmed their wedding. But the source confirmed that she is expecting and they rushed the wedding due to Beyonce’s strong Christian beliefs.”

This should really come as no surprise here. That hush-hush matrimony move was sooooooo shotgun. All jokes aside, we congratulate the two. And although Solange has doubts about Bey’s motherhood skills, we know she’ll be up to the task.

Check out Solange’s promo pics for her second album Hadley Street Dreams, which is set to drop on 8.26.08. Her sneak preview track “God Given Name” wasn’t bad at all. We’ll have to wait and see if the rest of the album is as tight.

Buddies Solange and LaLa hit the streets of Hollyweird for a good time in some fun colorful and cute frocks. Hopefully they didn’t get too tore up, especially with Melo’s recent DUI and Solange’s inspirational teen motherhood speeches. They look happy as hell to have a night off from those babies.

Solange speaks on being a teen parent and offers advice for other teen parents such as Jamie Lynn Spears:

Knowles, now 21, welcomed son Daniel in 2004 at the age of 18 (she split with husband, former football player Daniel Smith, after the baby was born).

“I’m sure a lot of people perceived that I was gonna be a young, irresponsible mom. I think that there are some moms who are 35 who are just as irresponsible. You just have to make the best decisions for you. You have to decide what’s best for you. Who are we to say what’s right and wrong for a person?”

To focus on raising her son, Knowles said she “moved to the country for a year” without any nannies or babysitters. “My parents lived on a whole opposite part of the world. My son has been my focus ever since the day he was born. He’s been the light of my life, the inspiration behind everything.”

Good for her.

I read a quote from kayne west the day i made the drive out to the beach. He said something about only doing things that made him happy (dont quote me) he said he didnt care when he made the flashing lights video that other people may not like it. I say go Kayne! I feel that way:)

Apparently she’s feeling pretty grateful for the support of her fans of her single “I Decided” too:

‘”There have been hundreds of thousandths people who have heard it and so many of you have shown quite a keen reaction.’”

Except for the fact that she needs a little grammar tutoring (thousandths???), it seems that Solange is in good spirits these days. Judging by the way she looks in these pics, we wonder if she isn’t toking on that kush.

Solange says Beyonce’s clueless when it comes to motherhood:

Whenever Beyoncé decides to have a child, I definitely think she’ll be banging on my door,” younger sister Solange Knowles [says].

In fact, when it comes to kids, Solange – single mom to 3-year-old Daniel Julez – claims Beyoncé has a lot to learn.

“She’s kept my son over the weekend,” says the 21 year-old singer and actress. “She’ll call me like, ‘How do you get this stroller out? And what about the car seat? I don’t know how you do this!’ And I’m like, ‘People do it every day.’ “

And like Jay-Z the Camel, she’s also playing dumb about the wedding:

“I don’t know anything about [a wedding],” she insisted four days later, adding coyly, “You’ll have to ask her yourself.”

Aw, isn’t that sweet. The less talented, less attractive little sister can give out motherhood advice to Beyonce. However we don’t recommend Lady Bey look to her for any in the love department.

Your girl Bey is featured in the April 2008 issue of Jack magazine. They took some bangin’ shots of Ms. Knowles, trusty lace front, bushy eyebrows and all. She even looks a little like Naomi Campbell in some of them. Not bad, not bad at all.
