This seems like horrible timing being that the couple just shared so many details about their relationship for his “True Hollywood Story” episode that aired recently! New rumors are circulating claiming that Timbaland and his wife are having some serious trust issues that threaten to end their marriage.

Word on the streets is Timbaland and wife Monique Mosley are heading to court for a divorce battle. The super producer, Timbaland and his wife Monique seem to have come across bad times, and Timbaland has been under extreme stress because of it.

Some guys are blinded by looks and sex… Timbaland didn’t do his research first on his Jersey girl. According to several sources Monique always kept an apartment in Atlanta that Timbaland was unaware of (yikes). Timbaland was crushed when he found out his wife also dated Jermaine (JD) Dupri back in the day…. also the fact that his jewelry was missing when “sources claim that one of her family members had something to do with the misplaced jewelry and then sold it in Detroit”.

This sounds like it could just be talk to us, but you know what they say… where there’s smoke there’s fire.

We hope for their sake and the sake of their kids (she has two sons by a previous relationship and they have a daughter together) that this isn’t true.

This was revealed during this artist’s True Hollywood Story that’s coming out next Tuesday. So, who is it?

The year 2000 was a simpler time for The Camel. He was making music, millions and pouring copious amounts of Armandale (remember that?) on Superhead in music videos. His most popular track, “Big Pimpin’” was also sweeping the nation.

Fast forward 11 years and Jay is married and dealing with real life issues like handling basketball teams and which position he’ll bend Beyonce into after dinner. He’s also dealing with the legal ramifications of that “Big Pimpin’” track.

A California judge ruled that the case involving Osama Ahmed Fahmy, the nephew of the composer of the song, “Khosara Khosara,” as the plaintiff against Jay-Z, EMI Publishing, MTV Networks, UMG Recordings, Warner Music and a few other people, can proceed in court. Fahmy contends that Jay, when clearing the sample, didn’t consult all of the children of the original song’s creator. He also states that only sampling a portion of the song to create a track like “Big Pimpin’” violates “Egyptian moral code.”

Sounds like Jay is going to have to shell out some bucks to calm this situation down. It’s not like he doesn’t have it.
