Usher, who looked as dapper as ever, attended the GQ Magazine Gentleman’s Ball in NYC alongside stars like the gorgeous, Kerri Hilson, and that meat-head, Timbaland. We didn’t see Tameka, but you know her batty @ss was hovering in the wings somewhere.

Janet Jackson and mini-boo Jermaine Dupri have gone public with their intention to start a family together. JD was spotted at a dinner party in West Hollywood over the weekend. When asked about he and Janet’s baby plans, he said:

“‘Yeah, soon. Right after the tour.’ Jackson recently announced she’ll be on the road this fall. The 42-year-old pop icon, who has been married and divorced twice, once quipped that she was ‘allergic to marriage.’ Dupri is reportedly so excited to procreate with Jackson, he doesn’t care if it’s a boy or a girl. ‘It really doesn’t matter, Janet would be a great mom. She was around so many brothers and sisters all her life, so she’s got to know what that is [like]. And her mom is a great mother.’”

Sounds like congratulations are in order:

“Timbaland is to wed his publicist girlfriend in Aruba on June 19th, according to new reports. The acclaimed producer will exchange vows with Monique Idlett – his girlfriend of two years – in the south Caribbean region. A , ‘Guests are being told to be prepared to fly to Aruba on that date.’ Timbaland and Idlett have been engaged since last October 2007 and have a seven month old daughter.”

Ahh. Another day, another wedding – best o’ luck to ‘em.

Update: Acccording to US Magazine, Timbaland and Monique Idlett got hitched-wearing sweats no less – yesterday in Virginia. They are planning on having a formal ceremony in Aruba on June 22nd.

Times Union, a newspaper serving Albany and Saratoga, New York is reporting that some non-athletes may be involved in steroid use:

The names of R&B music star Mary J. Blige, along with rap artists 50 Cent, Timbaland and Wyclef Jean, and award-winning author and producer Tyler Perry, have emerged in an Albany-based investigation of steroids trafficking that has already rocked the professional sports world. Information has surfaced recently showing those stars are among tens of thousands of people who may have used or received prescribed shipments of steroids and injectable human growth hormone in recent years. Law enforcement officials have said they have no evidence in their sprawling multistate probe that customers, including Blige or other entertainers, violated any laws. Instead, they are targeting anti-aging clinics, doctors and pharmacists who prescribed the drugs. For many celebrities, the lure of hormonal drugs is their supposed, unproven anti-aging effects. Timbaland recently discussed retirement:

“Music is boring right now. I’m too innovative for the world. I’ve been doing it so long, I’m about to throw in the towel. “I’m about to de-crown myself and pass it over to one of the up-and-coming producers under me. They won’t be able to be me – there’s only one Timbaland – but there’s a certain sound that I try to teach.”

Timb is right and exact, the music industry is garbage right now. The entire industry needs to step their creativity up.

Music producer Timbaland was busted by German cops on Sunday who said he and members of his posse sent a bar patron to the hospital. TMZ obtained photos taken in Colonge, Germany, where Timbaland and his friends allegedly attacked a man outside Hotel Intercontinental late Sunday night after a Justin Timberlake concert. The argument allegedly started when a man named Robert F became visibly upset over his girlfriend talking to Timbaland. According to German reports, Timbaland then attacked the patron, “Robert F,” after Robert called him the N word. The fight then moved moved from the lobby bar to the street in front of the hotel. Timbaland and two others allegedly beat up Robert, which sent him to the hospital by ambulance, and sent Timba to the slammer. Timbaland was released on 750 ˆ (about $1,000) bail early Monday morning. According to cops, the matter is still under investigation.

LMAO at “Robert F” getting dropped after getting reckless. ” Robert F.” probably didn’t know that Timbaland is “roided up” on the regular. “Robert F.” Captain Save a Ho-ed his ass right to the concrete.

The troll still manages to own Timbaland on this diss track.
