This isn’t anything new but your girl Bey gets her ‘style’ from her mama:

Beyoncé’s sense of style comes from a source close to home – her mother Tina, who owned a hair salon and taught the young Beyoncé how to dress well and save money.

“She’d get us little jackets and we’d go to an art supply store and we’d get stones and glitter and we’d personalize a lot of our clothes,” Beyoncé, 27, said in an interview in the premiere issue of The New York Observer Style. “She taught me the importance of looking good and feeling good but also that beauty comes from within, because it fades.”

SMH at good ‘ole Tina embedding that bedazzled swag in her head early on. Perhaps that’s the reason why Solange’s ass is so confused sometimes. Poor thang.

More House of Deredookie is in store for the future:

Beyoncé Knowles and her mother, Tina, are known for glamming it up with piles of diamond jewelry by the likes of Lorraine Schwartz, but now the duo wants to offer bling at an accessible price. Industry sources say Deréon, the junior sportswear brand founded by the Knowleses, has inked a deal with Carolee jewelry to create a fashion jewelry collection for the label. The line is expected to hit stores in spring.

The paramedics were called after Tina Knowles collapsed from flu symptoms on the set of Cadillac Records in New Jersey.

Tina was checked over by the EMTs and despite high blood pressure, her condition was not thought serious enough to transport her to local hospital.

Well that’s a relief. What would the stans have done if there was no Tina and her mommy-dearest pimp game?
