Last night, the cast of “A Joyful Noise” hit the Chinese Theater in L.A. for the big premiere of the feel-good film that opens nationwide this Friday January 13th. Queen Latifah and Dolly Parton had the press eating out of their hands, but it was Paula Patton that got OUR attention! Robin Thicke’s bi-racial banger wife was her usual fabulous self in a short lil’black number that had them legs on full blast!

According to the latest issue of Star Magazine, the women who would have been in Auntie Viv’s bridal party (had she not come to her senses) celebrated the beginning of her Slim-free days with a party at a private home in LA. During their little shindig, the ladies toasted Vivica with specialty drinks like “On To The Next” and “Fawk The Ex.” The guests were also given luxury goodie bags, including t-shirts that read “Viv Dodged The Bullet.”

One gentleman reportedly took home an extra special gift: Ms. Vivica herself.

And Slim wanted us to think she was off in the cut playing Brian McKnight’s “One Last Cry” on repeat. Poor thang.

Looked like this was gonna a quiet, mature break up for a second, didn’t it?

But yesterday, someone just had to ask Auntie Vivica exactly what went wrong between her and her little Tenderoni Toni and while she didn’t exactly offer details, she made it clear that she won’t be cougar-ing it up in that way anymore… or at least not any time soon.

“I told myself I’m going to try something different next time ’cause I happen to fall in love with a six-pack and a smile and look what that’s gotten me,” she told “Access Hollywood.”

However, she hasn’t found a new guy yet. As many people do after heartbreak, she’s taking some time for herself now.

“I’m enjoying being single for a little while and regrouping and focusing on myself and my career and being happy and positive,” she said.

Vivica didn’t give a concrete answer to the question of why she and Slimm ended things, but when asked about dating in Hollywood, she may have hinted that Slimm was more interested in her celebrity than her as a person.

“Sometimes when you’re successful you just have to make sure that someone is coming to you with real intentions. That means taking the time to get to know them for real and make sure they’re not dating you as the celebrity,” she said. “That does make it a little bit difficult to make sure that someone isn’t marrying you for a shopping spree.”

Oooooooooh!

While it’s clear that marriage was on both of their minds, Vivica admitted that the relationship had its issues.

“Sometimes in relationships there are warning signs, and I think that … if there are warning signs, then you should pay attention to them before you get families involved and all the hoopla. And if things aren’t working out, it’s okay to move on,” she said.

Vivica has yet to address the demise of the love we all knew she wouldn’t have forever, but that little young boy Slimm was quick to say some slick isht about it.

The minute his little Facebook stunt caught the media’s attention, he had this to say:

“She’s a good woman, it’s just one of those situations where in life people outgrow each other,” the Atlanta club promoter tells toofab exclusively.” I’m highly intelligent, very wise and one thing I hate is negativity and drama, I hate arguing, and I value communication no matter what the problem may be. So as in any relationship, tension can build up and I finally had to walk away.

“I was only in it for love and it just didn’t work out. Even though she was older than me the age difference didn’t play a part,” Omar added.

In other words, Auntie Viv was nagging you about making her a mommy and stepping your dress game up to this decade?? Gotcha.

Vivica Fox‘s 27-year-old fiance shocked his Facebook friends last night with this unexplained status change:

While he didn’t respond to any of the 20 or so comments the status change got (mostly from women guaranteeing him there are other fish in the sea), word on the streets is that Vivica was spotted around Atlanta last weekend on several occasions, not wearing her ring once. She was still rocking that massive rock a week or so ago on the red carpet at the L.A. premiere of “Puss In Boots.”

This isn’t the first time Vivica and Omar have split, but sources close to Vivica are saying this is the real deal… and it happened weeks ago.

Dayum! It’s like Demi and Ashton’s cheating scandal shook all of these celebrity cougars out of their cradle-robing delusions.
