Injustice is still happening on a daily basis:

The U.S. Supreme Court granted a last-minute reprieve to a Georgia man fewer than two hours before he was to be executed for the 1989 slaying of an off-duty police officer. Davis has long said he didn’t kill Mark MacPhail, a Savannah, Georgia, police officer, and the U.S. Supreme Court was the last option for Davis to have his execution postponed. It was scheduled to move forward at 7 p.m. ET. Seven of the nine witnesses who initially testified that Davis was the killer have recanted. There was no physical evidence presented at his trial, and no weapon was found. But Davis’ petitions for a new trial have been denied.

We have got to find a way to put a stop to the injustice. This story is absolutely ridiculous. If 7 out of the 9 witnessed have recanted their stories, then exactly what is this man still doing in jail? We would love to be objective here, but as we all know; we have to call a spade a spade. And damn it, the deuce never beats the Big Joker.

Rapper DMX has been admitted to a Florida hospital for “fear of a stroke”, according to internet reports. The hip-hop star – real name Earl Simmons – was allegedly taken to the emergency room at a hospital in Aventura, Florida on Monday (22Sep08). He will reportedly remain in doctors’ care through his scheduled court appearance on Tuesday (23Sep08) in Arizona – where he was set to appear on charges of theft. According to celebrity website TMZ.com, his attorney has drafted a letter to the judge on the case, detailing the rapper’s condition.  DMX also faces several animal cruelty and drug possession counts in the state.

This looks suspect, X is pulling the “stroke card”, so he can smoke some more yay. Just head to Arizona and take care of your demons Earl.  If he really did have a stroke, it was brought on by excessive hits of Rocks. That fool is out in Florida getting blasted….”Dear God we wonder can you save him”.

Amanda Jane Darling Harris, 21, allegedly chased the children, aged 9 to 15, with an 18-inch samurai sword because they were playing in a parking lot of the Villa apartments, according to a police report. Harris was arrested in her third-floor apartment on suspicion of menacing — use of a deadly weapon, misdemeanor third-degree assault with a weapon, ethnic intimidation and harassment. Harris is employed by Pooh Corner Preschool in Minturn, Colo., according to the arrest report. A spokeswoman for the preschool said she couldn’t comment on Harris’ current employment status.

WTF has gotten into people?! A preschool teacher trying to murk babies?! She needs to be permanently sedated. B*tch is crazy.

Police have arrested a man suspected of brutally attacking a dozing subway passenger with a hammer while other riders did nothing to stop the assault, the city’s police commissioner said Wednesday. Thomas Scantling, 26, of Philadelphia, was charged with attempted murder, aggravated assault and related charges, police said. Scantling, who was taken into custody in a mental institution late Tuesday, has a lengthy record of rape and other convictions, Police Commissioner Charles Ramsey said on NBC’s Today. The assailant entered the train with his 5-year-old son, directed the boy to a seat, calmly pulled a hammer from a backpack and attacked a man dozing in a nearby seat. At least 10 other riders were in the car, yet no one interfered as the attacker repeatedly struck the victim in the train car and later out on a platform. They better pray they’re never a victim, because if someone was attacking them that way they would certainly hope someone would step forward and help, and it starts with stepping forward and doing something yourself.

Got damn this fool has a problem! Banging on poor innocent people with “baby” Scantling on deck. We hope this “bafoon” never gets to see daylight again.

China Arnold is done for:

A Dayton woman was sentenced to life in prison without chance of parole for burning her baby daughter to death in a microwave oven after fighting with her boyfriend. Common Pleas Judge Mary Wiseman lashed out at China Arnold, 28, who opted to watch her sentencing from a side room on a monitor. “No adjectives exist to adequately describe this heinous atrocity,” Wiseman said. “This act is shocking and utterly abhorrent for a civilized society.”

The judge rejected a plea by Arnold’s attorneys for a minimum sentence of life in prison with the chance of parole after 25 years. A jury spared Arnold the death penalty when it couldn’t reach a consensus. “I am innocent of these charges,” Arnold said in a statement. She was convicted Aug. 29 of aggravated murder in the death of month-old Paris Talley in 2005.

“Heinous Atrocity” is an understatement for what this nutty broad did, and she has the nerve to say she is innocent? How can she even live with herself knowing that she microwaved her baby to death. Ri-goddamn-diculous.

A Spanish Fork man claims actor Gary Coleman assaulted him with his fists and his truck. Police say it happened just after midnight on Saturday at the South County Bowling Lanes in Payson. Two very different stories have emerged, is it harassment from an over-zealous fan who wouldn’t take no for an answer or assault by a frustrated celebrity? It was closing time at the Payson bowling alley where Coleman is a regular. His friend and bodyguard, who does not want to be identified, says he, Coleman, and Coleman’s wife were just finishing their game when 24-year-old Colt Rushton came up to them and asked to take a photo with his cell phone and became very aggressive about it when Coleman said no. “He asked the kid not to take pictures. Why can’t he be an adult and respect his [Coleman’s] privacy,” said his bodyguard. A mother was convicted Friday of killing her month-old daughter by burning her in a microwave oven, with jurors rejecting a defense attorney’s claims there was evidence that someone else was responsible. China Arnold, 28, showed no reaction when the jury’s verdict was announced and then lowered her head, looking down at the defense table. She was found guilty of aggravated murder and faces the death penalty when sentenced. Arnold was accused of killing daughter Paris Talley in 2005. A judge declared a mistrial in February, and the retrial began August 18. Jury deliberations started Thursday following closing arguments. Prosecutors said Arnold intentionally put her baby in the microwave oven and cooked the child to death after a fight with her boyfriend. Arnolds’ cellmate testified that Arnold confessed to putting the baby in the microwave and turned it on because she was worried her boyfriend would leave her if he found out the child wasn’t his.

That sounds crazy. This desperate ass bi*ch cooked her baby to death over a dude. She put the baby in the microwave; they need to lock her ass up for good, it’s apparent that she’s fu*king nuts. SMH.

A toddler whose remains were found inside a suitcase in Philadelphia this spring was starved to death by members of a religious cult, including his mother, in part because he refused to say “amen” after meals, the police said. Ria Ramkissoon, the mother of the boy, was charged Sunday with first-degree murder, and Baltimore police officials said that three other members of a group called 1 Mind Ministries have also been charged with first-degree murder. The police and Ms. Ramkissoon’s family say the group is a cult. Ms. Ramkissoon, 21, was being held in the psychiatric ward of the Baltimore Central Booking and Intake Center.

This cult ish is way out of hand. How the heck are you going to starve a 15 month old baby for not saying amen, then shove him in a suitcase? What kind of sick fu*ks are they?

An Atlanta teenager claims that his girlfriend’s family tortured him because he wasn’t good enough:

An Atlanta teenager told police that he was kidnapped by his girlfriend’s relatives and taken to an apartment, where he was beaten, choked and burned with a cigarette because they want him to stop seeing her, according to a police report. Darius Aimey, 17, said he was tortured at a southwest Atlanta apartment for more than four hours, from the evening of Aug. 5 to early the next morning, according to the Atlanta police report. He suffered swelling to his left eye, jaw, knee, arm and burns to his left arm and back along with other abrasions and bruises, the report said. The reason for the prolonged beating, according to the victim: His girlfriend’s mother doesn’t want Aimey to date her daughter and doesn’t believe he’s good enough for her. Continue »
