Everyone’s favorite odd couple, Usher and his new wife Tameka Foster appear on the cover of the November issue of Essence magazine and discuss their “love for each other”. Via Essence.com:

Usher on how the media and bloggers reacted negatively to the news of his engagement to Tameka Foster:

“It was like, wow. (Getting married) and having a child is something that everyone should celebrate. What’s happened to us as a culture and a people? I’m not ignorant, so I’m not going to go out there and lash out….”

Usher on how he and Tameka have stayed strong:

“Ours is not a typical love story, but it is a true one. Tameka and I have been fortunate enough to go through the thick of it in the beginning. We’ve had that opportunity to huddle up as a team, to make sure that we’re clear and speak as one voice.” Continue »

Mary J Blige and hubby Kendu were spotted at the Fashion Rocks Afterparty yesterday kickin’ it with newlyweds Usher and Tameka Raymond. Damn, there’s just something about that Tameka character, can’t put my finger on it, but it still looks like Usher up and married one of his Aunties.

After all the crazy rumors, mom drama, and lawyer’s office nuptials, Usher and his K-Fraud pregnant wife finally celebrated their union with a lavish outdoor wedding in Atlanta this past weekend. Damn, that Tameka must’ve really put that thang on poor little Usher, because he looks happy as hell. Regardless of all the foolishness, they still deserve a “Congratulations”.

How did we miss the iced out wedding ring Mel B has been sporting on her middle finger?

According to reports, Mel B has pulled a fast one on the press and despite gushing to the media that she wanted to one day marry producer Stephen Belafonte, wedding documents show that she has already put the lock down on him in a Vegas style wedding back in June.

Stephen must have put the “pa-dow” on Scary Spice because the singer wasted no time finding a replacement daddy. Now that the cat’s out of the bag, that’s one more thing she can throw up in the tranny lover’s face.

What happened to Usher’s planned wedding that was to take place over the weekend? After getting owned by Tameka Foster last year, Jonetta Patton struck back and did a drive-by on Usher’s planned wedding to the old woman with three kids. Ms. Patton was fired by Usher Tameka as her son’s manager last year.

Contrary to Tameka’s claims that her and Ms. Patton are all good to various media outlets, Jonetta said she wasn’t co-signing the wedding and refused to show up. Tameka, who is currently in the hospital after a pregnancy scare, is now talking to People Magazine about the canceled wedding. According to one source, Usher wasn’t taking Tameka’s calls after canceling the wedding and she is playing the pregnancy card to get her some attention.

If the Mama’s boy is trying to find another mother in Tameka, he needs to take a better look, Jonetta is bangin’. Maybe he wants a mother and a dude together, Tameka would fit in nicely with that. SMH.

ET has learned that EDDIE MURPHY and his girlfriend of 10 months, TRACEY EDMONDS, are engaged! According to OK! magazine, the 46-year-old ‘Dreamgirls’ and ‘Shrek the Third’ star proposed on July 25 with a “massive,” roughly 8-carat CARTIER yellow diamond engagement ring.

A friend of the couple says, “They’re very adorable together, very happy,” adding that they plan to tie the knot before the end of the year with a private wedding: “something low-key and romantic.”

You have to respect her career game. Who gives a f*ck about a degree, she got her BA from Face and a Master’s with Eddie. This is perfect for her career in Hollyweird.

She probably doesn’t even believe Eddie was really being ‘friendly’ and giving a tranny a ride home. Fu*kin for movie deals?

Lady “Knockout” and dance extraordinaire Laila Ali wed former NFL player Curtis Conway Sunday in Los Angeles. The two have been engaged since last Thanksgiving, and enjoyed a simple yet elegant ceremony with 200 guests.

It was a family affair with Laila’s sister as a bridesmaid and Curtis’ twin sons, Kelton and Cameron, 12, as the ringbearers and his daughter Leilani, 8, was the flowergirl.

 They seem to be a great couple and we wish them congratulations and the best of luck!
