Don’t expect the double cover of Vibe Magazine’s September issue to be Kanye West and Fifty Cent. For the first time, Vibe goes political with Illinois Senator and 2008 Presidential Candidate Barack Obama. They feature an exclusive interview with Obama that cover various topics from his childhood to Don Imus.

Maybe this will be a little more effective than Diddy’s “Vote or Die” campaign for getting more people to vote.

Damn, I know Puffy couldn’t wait to be “officially” single, but he has been kicking it awfully hard in St. Tropez. He has been seen yachting with Dr. Dre and has been spotted leaving restaurant Club 55 in a white Maybach with French model Noemie Lenoir. No one would ever tell that those French people ain’t checking for his ass though…

ET has learned that EDDIE MURPHY and his girlfriend of 10 months, TRACEY EDMONDS, are engaged! According to OK! magazine, the 46-year-old ‘Dreamgirls’ and ‘Shrek the Third’ star proposed on July 25 with a “massive,” roughly 8-carat CARTIER yellow diamond engagement ring.

A friend of the couple says, “They’re very adorable together, very happy,” adding that they plan to tie the knot before the end of the year with a private wedding: “something low-key and romantic.”

You have to respect her career game. Who gives a f*ck about a degree, she got her BA from Face and a Master’s with Eddie. This is perfect for her career in Hollyweird.

She probably doesn’t even believe Eddie was really being ‘friendly’ and giving a tranny a ride home. Fu*kin for movie deals?

Bossip spies snitch that Taye Diggs, who is never going to get groove back, was spotted at Pure Nightclub in Vegas grindin’ on a brunette and throwing game at a couple ladies in the club.

Chris Tucker, who is currently in Vegas promoting Rush Hour 3, was also spotted at the club .

This is not the first time Taye was spotted creepin’ on his wife, Idina Menzel.
