Tim Hardaway, who once said “I let it be known I don’t like gay people. I don’t like to be around gay people. I’m homophobic. It shouldn’t be in the world, in the United States, I don’t like it.” Is now seeking help and is embraced by some of the gay community.

“I just wanted to go in and get educated, that’s all. Get educated on what I said and why I said those things. I’m working on understanding it now. I’m not really trying to make amends. I’ve been there trying to get help. I was scared out of my … mind. I didn’t know how they were going to act toward me. But you know what? They welcomed me with open arms. That eased a lot of my nervousness. I have taken steps and I’m happy that I did. If I didn’t, I’d still be naive about it, ignorant about the whole thing. But I can talk about it now. I’m a polite person. That’s how I am.”

Polite person now, huh, Tim? Well at least he’s making an effort, he should also make an effort to do something about that crazy forearm hair.

Vivica Fox was charged with a DUI earlier this year and is now pleading not guilty. Vivica’s blood alcohol level was .09 with it just a little bit over the legal limit of .08 when she was caught speeding on a LA freeway back in March.

Drunk? .01 over the legal limit is hardly drunk. She was probably just rushing home to to take that wig piece off and be free. We still love Viv, though she looks weird as a knifed up hurricane victim in her role as Loretta Black in the current season of HBO’s “Curb Your Enthusiasm.”

The banger that is Halle Berry has hired security guards after receiving racial death threats over her new baby:

A source tells the Daily Record that one threat said the child would be ‘cut into hundreds of pieces’.

The threats, which were sent directly to Berry’s home in LA, are being investigated by police and the star has decided to pay for her own protection. “Halle does not normally use security,” the source says, “but she has taken on a couple of guys to make sure nothing happens.”

That’s a good thing she hired some security, her pet model K-Fraud looks like he would run if someone tried to hurt the baby and split Halle’s wig.

It looks like someone is out flaunting the newfound tities hard. Rihanna walked in the Dsquared runway show yesterday wearing a purple people eating gown that accentuated her alleged new puppies quite nicely.

At 5’9″, she should keep modeling and keep up with that f*ckin for tracks prevention plan, her little stint with music might not last that long.

Damn, there isn’t a day that goes by where we don’t have to hear this dude’s name. Michael Vick can’t catch no breaks, no wonder he stay chiefin on the reefer. Now there is a 2.3 Million dollar lawsuit against him:

Royal Bank of Canada is suing Vick for more than $2.3 million (U.S.), alleging the suspended NFL star’s recent guilty plea on federal dogfighting charges has caused him to default on a loan. The lawsuit was filed Sept. 20 in U.S. District Court in Newport News, Va. According to court documents, Vick obtained a $2.5 million line of credit from the bank’s Global Private Banking office in New York City in January and drew on that loan to invest in real estate “which is not a primary residence.” The documents provide no other details of that investment but specify the proceeds were not to be used for “personal, family or household purposes.” As of Sept.19, the balance due from Vick was $2,313,694.37, the filings said. Royal Bank is seeking repayment of that amount plus $499 in interest charges per day and legal fees.

The body of a woman was found this morning in an area of Calumet City where police have been searching for Nailah Franklin, a Chicago woman missing for about a week. Patrol officers found an unclothed body early this morning behind several vacant businesses at River Oaks Drive and Gold Coast Lane, near the Wentworth Woods Forest Preserve. Dozens of investigators with Calumet City police, Chicago police and the Cook County medical examiner’s office were on the scene this morning. The identity of the woman was not being released, but several of Franklin’s relatives were on the scene awaiting word. Continue »

Asshole Bill O’Reilly speaks on his comments made about dining at Sylvia’s Restaurant in Harlem. He feels the media “fabricated a racial controversy where none exists.” Click here if you missed what he said.

Via NY Daily News:

“If you listened to the full hour, it was a criticism of racism on the part of white Americans who are ignorant of the fact that there is no difference between white and black anymore,” he told the AP. “Circumstances may be different in their lives but we’re all Americans. Anyone who would be offended by that conversation would have to be looking to be offended.”

Sylvia’s manager Trenness Woods-Black told the New York Daily News that O’Reilly’s remarks were “insulting” and showed he has little knowledge of the black community.

At one point on the radio show, Williams mentioned that too many people see little else in black culture beyond profane rap. “That’s right,” O’Reilly said. “There wasn’t one person in Sylvia’s who was screaming, ‘M.F.-er, I want more iced tea.’”

“This isn’t about a racially insensitive remark,” he said. “Anybody can listen to the unedited version of the conversation on Billoreilly.com. You want to think I’m insensitive to race, you go right ahead.”

The National Enquirer is reporting that Michael Jackson is married to Prince, Paris, and Blanket’s nanny 40 year-old Grace Rwaramba. Jacko and Grace got hitched in Vegas earlier this year.

This is way off topic, but Michael’s hair be on point. His hair looks better than most broads in the industry. He needs to hook Britney up with his hair stylist’s contact info, stat.

Yaya DaCosta, runner up in Cycle 3 of America’s Next Top Model was photographed at the San Sebastian Film Festival in Spain yesterday. Her new film Honeydripper, starring Danny Glover and Charles S. Dutton is one of those 1950′s juke joint flicks.

Although I think I’ve seen enough 1950′s juke joint movies, it’s great to see an ANTM alum using her “fame” for something other than showing up at parties and posing in smutty magazines. Good for her.
