Rapper and actor Saigon pounded out Mobb Deep’s Prodigy at club SOB’s this month in NYC. Prodigy who is a member of G-Unit has responded to Saigon’s claims he “snuffed little punk ass Prodigy”:

“For people to say, ‘He snuffed P,’ first of all, that’s what happens in a fight,” P says. “People get hit. I been hit plenty of times in my face in a fight. I done got people’s teeth lodged in my knuckles and all that. That’s what happens. At the end of the day, he got chased out the building

Mobb Deep’s Havoc also discussed the fight:

“How do you jump on another man’s back,” Havoc jokingly said about Sai’s departure from the club. “How do you do that? He jumped on another man’s back [to flee the club]. He started with us from the beginning. He’s a wack new rapper who will never be a legend. Mobb Deep are legends. If you think I’m wrong, say I’m wrong, but I got mad gold and platinum plaques.”

If you’re 4 ft 8 talking about spraying everyone and you will do this, do that on records…, these types of things happen when you meet the real.

Young Jeezy had a party this weekend in Atlanta in which many “exclusive” names were confirmed to attend (this is the same party Jay-Z and Beyonce were rumored to make their entrance in a private jet) but ended up being a D-list affair. Obviously, grubbing on burritos and enchiladas at La Esquina was more important than showing the Snowman some birthday love.

Who needs them anyway. Our favorite couple T.I. and Tiny were in attendance. The metrosexual committee was also in full effect.  Jermaine Dupri must’ve rummaged  through Kanye’s closet…he looks funny as hell rockin that Taliban scarf.

Slow news day, so here is Kanye West and his boo Alexis in Paris and photographs of their crib from Kanye’s blog. The house altogether looks pretty fly, but we hope the stuffed animals and flowers pillows belong to Alexis.  Kanye’s manhood could possibly be at stake if those things belong to him.  Damn, the Jetson’s need to make a comeback.

Beyonce and Jay-Z were photographed leaving La Esquina restaurant in NYC. Aww, look at Joey Camel being all gentlemen-like allowing Beyonce to walk first.

Damn, is Rihanna rubbing off on Bey?? First the dark hair and now she’s rockin those I’m a Bad Ass boots the “black Madonna” wore back in July. Let’s hope she keeps this up and puts those blonde lacefronts to rest.

Bobby Brown has probably been catching up our “Jesus Take the Wheel” posts because it seems like he has taken our advice. The King of R&B has been spotted getting crunk for Christ recently.

Over the last month, Brown has spent many Sunday hours at the Agape International Spiritual Center in West Los Angeles. The church, which can host well over 1000 worshipers in services led by Dr. Michael Bernard Beckwith, has been “holding him in prayer.”

Good for Bobby. Hopefully the rocks are no longer ruling his life and he’s getting some spiritual sense knocked into him. He was one step away from the streets for real. Shacking up on Superhead’s couch and living out of his car had to be an all time low. He must be feeling the heat tough since Whitney is trying to get her A game back. Now if they could only do something about that crooked crack mouth.

Kimora Lee Simmons, Alicia Keys, Gabrielle Union, among others all celebrated Russell Simmons’ 50th birthday in NYC.

Damn, that Kimora/Russell separated situation just seems a little too gravy for reality. Kimora’s mandingo deal Djimon Hounsou was there to kick it. By the looks of Russ on that bike last week, he probably wants a piece of that Amistad ass as well.
