Kelly Rowland hit up the Capital Awards 2008 in London yesterday. If we remember correctly, Kelly’s reason for getting breast augmentation is so she can “fit into designer outfits“. Hopefully, she’s not referring to the fit she’s rockin here, because she could’ve worn this garbage flat-chested. She got her newly purchased girls all covered up, she needs to let those puppies breathe.

Dr. Dre’s mom has a book coming out, and in it discusses an incident on how his first child was conceived:

“One day I received that phone call — the call that all moms of teenagers dread,” Dre’s mother, Verna Griffin, writes in her upcoming memoir, “Long Road Outta Compton.” Just 17, Dre (real name: Andre Young) had been secretly seeing 16-year-old Lisa Johnson. “Lisa’s mom called me to inform me that Andre had been sneaking over to their home and Lisa was now pregnant. When I asked her if she was sure that it was Andre who had been with Lisa, she got very upset. She said, ‘If I had come home and caught that n – - – - r in my house, you would have been picking him up in a box.’ Needless to say, the conversation went down from there.” Continue »

Hov is asking for stacks upon stacks upon stacks for his label:

Jay-Z is apparently asking “way too much,” an insider said. “He wants a label to give him $100 million for the Carter Music Group and provide for overhead, development and digital investment. It’s crazy. He wants the labels to basically be his venture capital fund — but unlike a venture cap, they won’t get 50 percent. This is not the ’90s anymore.” A rep for Jay-Z, who is branching out into hotels and bars, called this account “rumors.”

Sounds a bit much Jigga, especially for a label that will most likely do all of its artists dirty.

Snoop is featured in the upcoming May issue of the Source and talks about one of his tracks that keeps it positive for the kids:

“It’s gonna teach [the youth] to be aware that life is beautiful, and you should enjoy it. Live it all up as well as you can. From the mistakes that you’ve made, try not to

Bishop Don “magic” Magic is a new member of the save Britney Spears coalition and here what he has to say to reach out to her:

“Britney all I need is 33 minutes of your time to sit down, to talk and to find out what it is that you’re missing in your life to fulfill your dreams because dreams do come true. I’ve been there. I’ve done that. I understand what you are going through Britney and you don’t have to go through it like that. One day at a time. That’s all God asks for. One day at a time. Don’t worry about the day before or the day after.”

At this point, Britney has to save herself. But it’s a nice gesture. Hopefully he won’t try to step her game up in the style department. SMH at dude’s fit.

Apparently your girl Bey isn’t feelin the stans like she should, according to reports:

Spywitnesses on the set of “Cadillac Records” in Harrison, N.J., tell us that the diva, who plays Etta James in the flick, ignores kids who wait for hours to get her autograph and instead seems to concentrate on keeping her coif covered. Yes, it was drizzling out, but Knowles ran past cheering fans in a phalanx of bodyguards, all holding umbrellas over her. When she emerged later, she had a blanket over her head, says a source. Meanwhile, the spy adds, co-star Adrien Brody “goes out, talks to the kids, signs autographs and everything.”

Say it ain’t so.
