Beyonce was spotted shopping in Paris this week. She recently talked about feeling sexy with messy hair and bare feet to Cosmopolitan magazine:

Beyoncé told Cosmopolitan magazine: "I like to walk around my house with bare feet and messy hair, but that can be sexy, too. "I have an old-fashioned view on sexuality, in that I don't think it should be in your face.

The "hottest chick in the game" also discussed her pork skin diet in another interview:

“I’d just eat pork skins because that’s the closest thing to chips that I could eat.
“I run and do press-ups to try and stay in shape, but I can’t resist chocolate.” The singer turned actress - also admitted that she finds her healthy diet boring.

Dreamgirls, Jhud and Beyonce were both nominated for Best Performance by the MTV Movie Awards. Besides competing with each other for the award, they will go up against Johnny Depp, Will Smith, Keira Knightley, and Gerard Butler who were nominated in the same category.

Beyonce admits to getting "mixed up" when looking at herself and Shakira in the Beautiful Liar video:

"For the video, they put us in a room together for about two hours and we just came up with the choreography and played off the fact we look similar. It was really cool because I don't even know who is who sometimes - even I get confused!"

Songwriter's Lawsuit Forces Halt of B'Day Sales

According to MTV News, Beyonce was forced to pull the plug on the re-release of her recent solo album B'Day. A lawsuit filed last week by singer Des'ree alleged copyright infringement over the song "I'm Kissing You". Beyonce told MTV News the song wasn't originally intended for release and that she had just recorded it because "she always loved it".

Does that make it ok? Des'ree is probably considered a "hater" by all the cult Beyonce stans out there, she better hire some security. Columbia and Sony have agreed to engage in no further distribution of the album or video anthology with the song in question, at least until a preliminary injunction hearing hearing May 4.

Update: Des'ree Alleges Knowles Family Cover Up

We posted a story about a new lawsuit brought against Beyonce and her people and more information is coming out.

Here is the update via TMZ:

In the lawsuit, Des'ree and her reps claim that Beyoncé, along with her record company people, originally tried to work out a deal to use the song. When they weren't satisfied with the proposed terms -- which included not being able to change the title or make a music video for the song -- Beyoncé allegedly blew off copyright law completely, and recorded the song and video without permission. The song was eventually released on Beyoncé's album, "B'Day - Deluxe Edition" on April 3, 2007, with the title "Still in Love (Kissing You)."

Des'ree is suing to halt distribution of the song, video and album and seeking at least $150,000 in damages.

Des'ree must really be down on her luck, she is only asking for 150K?

The Royalty Network claims Beyonce Knowles dba B-Day Publishing, Columbia Recording Corp., Sony BMG Music Entertainment and EMI April Music violated copyright on the tune “I’m Kissing You,” by Timothy Atack and Desree Weeks, which the plaintiff administers on behalf of Westbury Music, in Manhattan Federal Court.

This "counterfeit music"-music industry needs to start promoting some real artists, the kind that play instruments, write their own sh*t, real creative, etc. This fair-skinned with a good wig and a good voice package deal is getting kinda played. You can't really go at Beyonce or Rihanna, they are just part of the machine and trying to get paid.

In the March 9 issue of In Touch Weekly, they cite an unidentified source as contending Joe Camel is trying to dissuade Lil Camel's mother from taking legal action.

Shanelle told the Guardian, a newspaper in her home country, in 2006:

"It was crazy. You have young multimillionaires throwing themselves at you. Somehow you end up falling for it."

What's interesting is that In Touch Weekly contacted Jay-Z's reps and they had no comment. Why doesn't he deny Lil Camel is his and shut that Shanelle broad up?

The couple have been at the centre of wedding rumours for months but a friend close to Beyoncé claims the pair won't be walking down the aisle anytime soon. The source said: "They are still very much an item and in love, but there will be no summer wedding - or any wedding this year for that matter. Jay wants to settle down, but Beyoncé is not about to step off the gas as far as her career is concerned. "She told Jay he is going to have to wait a while before she is ready to walk down the aisle." Although wedding bells aren't ringing for the couple just yet, Beyoncé does want to tie the knot with Jay-Z.

Maybe when President Camel is 50 he can have the privilege of marrying Beyonce. She was spotted wearing a "Shawn" ring on NBC's Today show this week, shortly after Joe Camel appeared under Rihanna's umbrella.

The rumors of Jay-Z having a son in Trinidad seem to have a couple of "facts" that make it likely it is his child. Sources exclusively tell Bossip that Jay-Z and Shanelle Scott did have a sexual relationship after they met back in 2000.



Joe Camel and Beyonce started appearing together back in 2000 around the same time Shanelle Scott and Joe Camel met. He may have wanted to keep the pregnancy quiet due to wanting to "win" Beyonce and her family over.
