Brandy was replaced as a judge for America's Got Talent, a bootleg American Idol. Brandy's replacement is Sharon Osbourne. SMH. It is unclear whether Brandy killing someone with her car had something to do with it. When will the downward spiral stop for Brandy??? Doesn't she look a little "Interrupted"? Ok, maybe a lot.

Brandy Sued for $50 Million for Killing Woman

Brandy was sued for $50 million today by the parents of the woman killed in a car crash. The parents allege Brandy was driving "recklessly" before killing their daughter. In other Brandy news, the Norwood family apparently have contacted some civil rights folks in Cali to pressure the L.A. district attorney to not pursue charges. I like how the only time you hear about race from some of these celebrities is when they are in trouble. SMH.

Police: Brandy Should Be Prosecuted for Fatal Crash

The California Highway Patrol has recommended that singer-actress Brandy be prosecuted for misdemeanor vehicular manslaughter. A CHP source tells TMZ his department has ruled out mechanical malfunction as the cause of the crash. The source adds that the CHP believes Brandy "was just going too fast" and "was the person at fault."

If convicted, Brandy could face one year in L.A. County Jail and a $1,000 fine.

Ever since that "I Wanna Be Down" remix and her second album, everything with Brandy has kinda been a wreck . Did Scientology curse her for not wanting "to be down" 100%? Send up a prayer for the poor child. Don't forget Ray-J . SMH.

You knew Jenny was flirting with Scientology when she and her coked-up looking husband Marc got a "pass" to go to the first couple of scientology's wedding. The Hollyweird cult almost got Brandy and I think they are working on Will and Jada. Whose next?

Brandy Kills Someone With Car

TMZ has learned R&B sensation Brandy was involved in a fatal accident last month, and it appears to be her fault. It happened at 10:30 AM on December 30, 2006 on the 405 Freeway in Los Angeles. Law enforcement sources tell TMZ Brandy was driving her 2007 Land Rover at 65 mph and did not notice that cars in front of her had slowed considerably. We're told Brandy's vehicle struck a 2005 Toyota. The Toyota then hit a 1989 Toyota. The 2005 Toyota then slid sideways and hit the center divider. As the 2005 Toyota came to a halt, it was struck by a 1988 Acura.

We're told the driver of the 2005 Toyota, Awatef Aboudihaj, was taken to Holy Cross Hospital in critical condition and she died the next day. Aboudihaj, a 38-year-old married mother of one, was a Los Angeles resident.Brandy was not injured. The driver of the Acura suffered moderate injuries. Brandy was not arrested and there is no evidence drugs or alcohol were involved

Brandy killing people with her car, Ray-J pissing on his girls, all this could probably be blamed on Brandy messing with Scientology. SMH.

Hook Up Alert: Brandy and Michael Knight from Project Runway a Couple?

Popstar and America's Got Talent judge Brandy, 27, has fallen for Project Runway finalist Michael Knight, 28! The two hit it off after being introduced by an industry acquaintance while L.A. based Brandy was Atlanta promoting her show, says sources.

"He's the perfect gentleman and has really won her affection," says a source close to the singer. They're so smitten with each other that they're racking up frequent flyer miles. She even showed her support by sitting front row at Michael's show during New York Fashion week.

Well, well, well...not saying anything about Michael's sexuality, but we all know Brandy's track record with the men folk....didn't her ex-husband turn out to be gay??? Well at least, she'll get a decent sense of style out of this relationship if it goes bad. Can't wait for the finale of Project Runway. If Michael doesn't win I'm sure Brandy will front the cake for the launch of his clothing line....

An insider also told PEOPLE that ABC is having different celebs come in and "fill in" and also having a try out at the same time. So let's keep our fingers crossed for our girl Brandy.
