A source exclusively tells us that Christina Milian has declined to appear on Dancing With The Stars when asked by producers because her "extensive dancing background would give her an unfair advantage."

Unfair advantages or no unfair advantages, I don't think she needs to be turning down any paying gigs with all those broke rumors circulating. Hopefully her new show Eight Days a Week will be successful, because I'm sure those Disney residual checks won't pay the rent forever.

We were the first media outlet to break the "who cares" news that Nick Cannon was dating Kim Kardashian and now sources tell Bossip exclusively that Nick dumped Kim Kardashian last week over Kim's refusal to deny a sex tape existed with Ray-J where she allegedly gets pissed on. The source who is close to Kim Kardashian exclusively tells Bossip that she was "not really feeling him" and she is "totally not hurt" by the break up.

According to NY Daily News:

....Milian's PR rep confirmed the split with the record label, but tried to give it a sweet sound: "Christina Milian and Island Def Jam have decided to end their relationship due to creative differences. This was a mutual decision." Island Def Jam had no comment.

But I hear that Milian — who a few months ago antagonized her ex-flame, MTV "Wild 'N Out" star Nick Cannon, by dissing him in interviews and a song — also irked record execs by refusing to take direction from Island Def Jam CEO L.A. Reid. Despite Reid's pleading, I'm told, Milian passed on recording "S.O.S. (Rescue Me)," which ended up becoming a hit single for her label mate Rihanna — whose record, "Girl Like Me," sold 115,000 copies in its first week.

By contrast, Milian's heavily hyped album sold fewer than half that number — a meager 50,202 units — in the week after its May 16 release. Never mind that Island Def Jam laid on a promotional budget worthy of Mariah Carey.

I'm told folks at Island Def Jam are blaming Milian's boyfriend and executive producer, Marcello (Dre) Valenzano, of the producing team Cool & Dre, for the artist's alleged lack of cooperation.

With the delayed release of Kelly Rowland's second album, "My Story: Kelly Rowland, one has to think whether it has the credibility to stand out against all the emerging superstars, that include best pal Beyonce.

Kelly's Manager, Matthew Knowles (yes, Beyonce's Dad) has delayed the release of the LP until 2007, due to actually drop this July, Manager Knowles "wanted to avoid competition with all the hot records dropping this summer".

Christina Milian's new LP, "So Amazin" is a well orchestrated work of art. A new man in her life may have a lot to do with it.

Milian is seeing part collaborator and Music Producer(above pic, right), Andre Lyon of Miami hits team Cool and Dre. During an interview together, she was quoted as saying that he is "full of surprises" and "he makes me smile" .
