New York Giants star wide receiver Amani Toomer claims that his wife "Dr. Yola Dabrowski" wouldn't have kids with him and aborted four pregnancies in his recent divorce court filing. Toomer also claims his wife "disrespected his integrity and manhood." Dabrowski has been granted $11,000 a month in temporary support and is seeking half of Amani Toomer's assets in their divorce. According to the court papers, Joumana's "extreme cruelty" toward Kidd has included trying to make him look bad in front of the children by talking trash about his career - not to mention tossing paint on his beloved golf clubs.Kidd charges that his wife even recently used T.J. to "sneak into" the team's locker room to rifle through his belongings and dig up dirt on him.On Dec. 27, she swiped his cellphone and then left the boy alone to take a front-row seat at the game - where she proceeded to openly taunt her husband with "personal insults," the court papers allege.Sources said Joumana waved her hubby's phone at him and punched in numbers from his personal address book as she screamed at him.Six days earlier, according to the papers, an irate Joumana sat on the hood of Kidd's car and refused to budge, preventing him from getting to practice. "On other occasions, the defendant has laid in front of the plaintiff's car in order to prevent him from attending professional obligations," the papers claim. The "increasingly jealous and paranoid" Joumana, 34, also installed tracking devices on all of Kidd's vehicles and computers to trace where he's been and whom he's been talking to, according to the legal document. Kidd says in the papers that his wife finally agreed to dismantle the devices after he confronted her - only to secretly reactivate them. Kidd also blames his wife for wildly lavish spending.

Spears filed legal papers today in Los Angeles County Superior Court, citing "irreconcilable differences." In her petition, Spears asks for both legal and physical custody of the couple's two children, one-year old Sean Preston and two-month old Jayden James, with Federline getting reasonable visitation rights.
As for money, sources tell TMZ the couple, who married in Sept. 2004, has an iron-clad prenup. Not surprisingly, Spears is waiving her right to spousal support. She's also asking the judge to make each party pay their own attorney's fees. Spears gives the date of separation as yesterday, the same day she flaunted her incredible revamped hysique during a surprise appearance on David Letterman's show. Sources tell TMZ there was no single reason for Britney pulling the plug, rather it was "a string of events."

TMZ has learned Chris Rock has begun divorce proceedings against his wife of nearly 10 years, Malaak Compton-Rock. TMZ is told the comedian has hired a high-powered divorce attorney to represent him.
The couple, married in November of 1996, has two daughters -- 4 year-old Lola and 2 year-old Zahra. Malaak is the founder and executive director of StyleWorks, a non-profit, full-service salon that provides free services for women leaving welfare and entering the workforce.
When contacted, Rock's rep would only say "I cannot comment at this time."

Whitney Houston filed for divorce from Bobby Brown this week in Southern California's Orange County Superior Court, her publicist Nancy Seltzer confirms. The move is hardly unexpected – Houston, 43, filed for legal separation from her husband of 14 years on Sept. 8, and at the time Seltzer told PEOPLE, "We're saying she filed for divorce because that is (Whitney's) intent."
In the separation papers, Houston had asked for custody of the couple's 13-year-old daughter, Bobbi Kristina, and that Brown, 37, be allowed visitation rights, the Associated Press reports.
Brown's attorney, Phaedra Parks, declined to comment to the AP on the divorce filing, though earlier Parks had said that Brown was having a "very difficult" time with the separation.

The marriage of Eddie and Nicole Murphy officially ended Monday, court papers reveal.
The comedian will pay child support to his ex-wife, with whom he has five children. Their youngest daughter, Bella Zahra, is 3 years old. Their eldest, Bria, is 15.
Attorneys for Murphy had no comment. Nicole Murphy's lawyers could not be reached.
Nicole Murphy, a 37-year-old former model, filed for divorce on Aug. 5 in Los Angeles after 12 years of marriage.
"The welfare of our children is our main concern and their best interest is our first priority," Murphy, 44, said in a statement issued by his rep, Paul Bloch, after the filing.
