The musicians were listed in the 600-page report as those expected to attend a rally held by Russell Simmons' Hip-Hop Summit Action Network. The paperwork was released after a federal judge ruled in favor of a motion to declassify the documents, filed by the New York Civil Liberties Union and The New York Times. ...

'The Juice' Kicked Out of Steakhouse, Claims Racism

OJ Simpson was trying to get his Kentucky Derby on and was kicked out a luxury steakhouse. The owner told the press:

"I didn't want to serve him because of my convictions of what he's done to those families," Jeff Ruby said in a telephone interview Tuesday. "The way he continues to torture the lives of those families ... with his behavior, attitude and conduct.""I didn't want that experience in my restaurant," Ruby said, later adding that seeing Simpson get so much attention "makes me sick to my stomach."

He said he went to Simpson's table and said, "I'm not serving you." Ruby said when Simpson didn't respond, he repeated himself and left the room.Ruby said Simpson soon came up to him and said he understood and would gather the rest of his party to leave.Simpson's attorney, Yale Galanter, said the incident was about race, and he intended to pursue the matter and possibly go after the restaurant's liquor license.

"He screwed with the wrong guy, he really did," Galanter said by telephone Tuesday night.

You know the owner got mad because OJ brought about eight broads to the restaurant.

Imus was just fired by CBS radio and this comes on the back of being kicked off MSNBC. He is out of J-O-B. When you look like you have been to a couple of lynchings, rockin' a cowboy hat, you may want to be careful throwin' "nappy" in front of hoes in this context.

Isaiah Washington Close to Being Fired

Isaiah Washington may be on his way out. I just received word from a highly placed source within the Touchstone/ABC family that ABC and Disney executives are currently considering the option of firing Isaiah Washington from Grey's Anatomy, effective immediately, without having him appear in any kind of farewell episode. According to this reliable source, if the network does follow through with this option, the producers are likely to run a full-screen announcement at the beginning of the first Burke-less episode that announces Isaiah Washington is no longer part of the show.

Isaiah fired his publicist yesterday and is desperately trying to keep his job by meeting with gay organizations. The show's creator Shonda Rhimes recently said the following:

"I found (those rumors) not only ridiculous but offensive that we would consider replacing a member of our family. And also the (idea) that one black man was interchangeable with another seemed disturbing to me."

I am sure some outside agitators don't like the fact that a hit show has it poppin with a Black creator and Isaiah over there. Wouldn't rule out some Hollyweird sabotage here. If they were going to fire him, they should have fired him last year when he allegedly called T.R. Knight a "f*ggot".

According to the two men, they were out for a night on the town to celebrate a friend's birthday. They arrived at the Laugh Factory at the beginning of Richards' act. They ordered drinks and acknowledged they probably disrupted Richards' act with their talking. What they got next was outrageous. Doss says Richards made a racial comment and gave him the finger -- and then launched into the tirade.. The two are now represented by omnipresent publicity hound Gloria Allred, who says a retired judge should decide what monetary compensation these two should receive.
