The paperwork was released after a federal judge ruled in favor of a motion to declassify the documents, filed by the New York Civil Liberties Union and The New York Times. ...

'Lil Mandingo" Teacher-Sex Scandal

Two women teachers were arrested for having sex with their young students, one a 11 year-od. The teachers had sex with a total of six Black students in one of South Carolina's most conservative counties. The case has taken on a racial tone after the teachers were released:

“If this had been black teachers, they would not be out of jail right now,” said Corinnie Young, a 49-year-old bookstore employee who is black.

“I can assure you if it were an African American male who committed such an offense against a white female, history shows us that the charges, the punishment and the sentencing would be totally different,” said state NAACP president Lonnie Randolph. “The system ain't blind when the perpetrator is an African American male or female or when the victim is a white female.”

You know R Kelly wouln't be making an "I am a Flirt" video if he pissed on lil Jojo a couple years ago. SMH at the young white kids not being able to get some of that teacher love.

According to AHH, music executive Jimmy Henchmen's son was assaulted by 50 Cent and Tony Yayo:

Sources close to Rosemond's Czar Entertainment told AllHipHop.com the assault occured on Tuesday (Mar. 20), as Rosemond's 14-year-old son was heading to his internship at his father's record label/management firm, located at 11 W. 25th Street. According to sources, 50 Cent and Tony Yayo were leaving the offices of Violator Management, which is located on 36 W. 25th Street, when they saw the boy walking down the street, wearing a Czar Entertainment T-shirt. Tony Yayo and several associates allegedly approached the teen and confronted him, not knowing he was Rosemond's son. "As 50 was getting into his SUV, he hand signaled over to Yayo and his entourage to approach and harass the boy," a source told AllHipHop.com. "After being interrogated for several minutes as to why he was wearing a Czar Entertainment sweatshirt, Yayo pushed the boy up against the wall."

Yayo allegedly backhanded the boy and shouted several explicatives directed toward Czar Entertainment. According to sources, criminal charges may be filed against 50 Cent, born Curtis Jackson and Tony Yayo, born Marvin Bernard.

TMZ has learned there's a warrant out for the arrest of Foxy Brown. Brown failed to appear in Broward County court today on battery charges -- the result of a big hoo-hah at a Florida beauty supply shop. Brown was applying beauty products in the store's bathroom when the owner tried to close up shop. Brown allegedly threw a tantrum and threw hair glue at the owner, then allegedly spat on him. After it became apparent that Brown was not going to appear, Judge Lazurus issued a bench warrant for her arrest.

SMH, when will this shit stop??? Does she want the publicity that bad? Maybe she is just cracked out of her mind. Maybe she couldn't hear the phone ring when her lawyer was calling. Maybe she was busy with something. Maybe everyone is racist and wants to slap cuffs on Foxy. Maybe...blah...blah...blah.

Vivica Fox Arrested for DUI

TMZ has learned Vivica A. Fox has been busted for DUI. It happened last night on the 101 Freeway in the San Fernando Valley at 10:57 PM. We're told Fox passed a marked black and white while going approximately 80 mph. Sources say the officers went after the 2007 Cadillac Escalade she was driving. The officers administered a field sobriety test -- which Fox was unable to perform. The former "Dancing With the Stars" contestant was then placed under arrest on suspicion of driving under the influence. Fox was taken to Van Nuys jail where she submitted to two breathalyzer tests. CHP spokesman Leland Tang told TMZ, "It was definitely over the .08 legal limit." Fox was cited and released on her own recognizance and ordered to appear in court.

That's good, One-Time cuffed her before she could kill someone . All that bad plastic surgery probably has her hitting that Henny pretty hard, with no coke. Just how I like it.

Body Found is Missing 6-Year-Old Georgia Boy

The body of a 6-year-old boy missing since last week was found Thursday alongside a road near the Glynn County Airport, police said. A Department of Natural Resources ranger found the body of Christopher Barrios about 4 p.m., Glynn County Police Chief Matt Doering said.The body was covered but not buried and the case is being treated as a homicide, Doering said. Police on Wednesday named a convicted sex offender, his parents and a family friend as suspects in the boy's disappearance.

Kelis was arrested Friday in Miami Beach for yelling racial slurs at undercover cops posing as prostitutes. She was charged with two misdemeanors: disorderly conduct and resisting arrest.

Bobby Brown Bailed out of Jail by Radio Station

A radio station paid Bobby Brown's $20,000 bail and he walked out of jail today after spending three nights behind bars for failure to pay child support. The King of R&B agreed to appear on the radio station for a week in exchange for the bail money. Bobby's attorney Phaedra Parks in Atlanta discussed the child support agreement:

"Although this agreement was put in place when he was Bobby Brown the star, this agreement is being enforced when he is not always able to find work," Parks told The Associated Press. "He hasn't made an album in quite some years."

TMZ has learned Sean "P. Diddy" Combs is being investigated by the Los Angeles Police Department for allegedly attacking a man at a Hollywood Oscar party. Gerard Rechnitzer was at a post-Oscar bash Sunday night with his fiancee at Teddy's at the Roosevelt Hotel in Hollywood. At around 2 AM Monday morning, the 27-year-old Rechnitzer was on his way to the parking lot when he made a pit stop in the bathroom. When he walked out, he noticed his fiancee was surrounded by six men, including Combs. We're told the 5'7", 140 lb. Rechnitzer watched as Combs chatted up his girl for about five minutes, and then asked his fiancee to leave with him.At that point, Combs allegedly told the woman he was having a party and invited her to come. Rechnitzer persisted and asked his fiancee again to leave with him. Combs then allegedly socked Rechnitzer in the jaw. Rechnitzer, a real estate broker, called 911. The LAPD came out and took a report, but Combs had left before the cops arrived. An ambulance came but Rechnitzer declined treatment. We're told the LAPD contacted Rechnitzer yesterday, and as many as five witnesses who observed the incident.

"He was picked up last night outside his daughter's cheerleading competition" at her high school, Patrick McDermott, clerk of Norfolk Probate Court in Canton, Mass., tells PEOPLE. "He went very cooperatively. According to the constable, no one was really around" – so his daughter was not embarrassed by the situation. Brown, 40, owes money to his former girlfriend Kim Ward, who lives in Massachusetts and with whom he has two teenage children: LaPrincia and Bobby III. "Yes, it is true. He was arrested yesterday in Boston for late child support payments," Brown's publicist, Phaedra Parks, told PEOPLE on Monday. "We are bringing those payments current right now as we speak."

SMH, don't you need a job to be responsible for child support payments? As of 8:00 PM EST, the King of R&B is still in jail and needs 19K to get out. That is how much he is backed up on child support.

Brandy Kills Someone With Car

TMZ has learned R&B sensation Brandy was involved in a fatal accident last month, and it appears to be her fault. It happened at 10:30 AM on December 30, 2006 on the 405 Freeway in Los Angeles. Law enforcement sources tell TMZ Brandy was driving her 2007 Land Rover at 65 mph and did not notice that cars in front of her had slowed considerably. We're told Brandy's vehicle struck a 2005 Toyota. The Toyota then hit a 1989 Toyota. The 2005 Toyota then slid sideways and hit the center divider. As the 2005 Toyota came to a halt, it was struck by a 1988 Acura.

We're told the driver of the 2005 Toyota, Awatef Aboudihaj, was taken to Holy Cross Hospital in critical condition and she died the next day. Aboudihaj, a 38-year-old married mother of one, was a Los Angeles resident.Brandy was not injured. The driver of the Acura suffered moderate injuries. Brandy was not arrested and there is no evidence drugs or alcohol were involved

Brandy killing people with her car, Ray-J pissing on his girls, all this could probably be blamed on Brandy messing with Scientology. SMH.

Naomi Campbell Pleads Guilty for Misdemeanor Assault

TMZ has learned that supermodel Naomi Campbell has plead guilty to a misdemeanor assault charge that she threw a BlackBerry at her maid last March. Campbell's lawyer was unsuccessful in November in cutting a deal with the District Attorney's office last year. Naomi was arrested in March 2006 after Scolavino claimed she was the target of the supermodel's flying BlackBerry over an allegedly stolen pair of jeans.

Naomi you know you were supposed to beat her ass for stealing your $200 jeans. Forget the coke rehab, Naomi probably needs some "mental help" for that "interruption".

TMZ has learned Wesley Snipes has been arrested and taken into custody by federal authorities. The actor was arrested Friday morning after arriving at Orlando International Airport. Snipes said he was a scapegoat and unfairly targeted by prosecutors in connection with a federal tax fraud investigation. Snipes had been shooting a movie in Namibia.The "White Men Can't Jump" star is accused of failing to pay nearly $12 million in taxes. Officials allege that Snipes fraudulently claimed refunds in 1996 and 1997, and then failed to file returns between 1999 and 2006.

Rapper Snoop Dogg was arrested Tuesday night for allegedly possessing drugs and a firearm. Detectives from the Burbank Police Department served a search warrant on Snoop, whose real name is Calvin Broadus, outside NBC studios in Burbank at approximately 7:30 p.m. this evening. Police say they found the rapper in possession of cocaine, a firearm and a large amount of marijuana. He was also cited for allegedly having a false compartment in his vehicle.The rapper had just performed on "The Tonight Show with Jay Leno" and was leaving the studio when police pulled his car over on Bob Hope Drive and placed him under arrest. Bail has been set at $60,000, and TMZ is told that the lawyer for the rap star expects him to be released sometime this evening.Law enforcement officials tell TMZ the search warrant was conducted as part of an ongoing investigation into the Dogg's arrest earlier this month at the Burbank Airport, after he allegedly tried carrying a gun in a carry-on bag onto a plane.

This is the third time Snoop has been arrested in two months so getting busted by "one-time" is not a big deal, but what the hell was he doing with some cocaine? If you think about it, bringing guns to the airport and getting arrested every week does sound like someone is smoking that shit. Katt Williams was arrested Monday at Los Angeles International Airport for allegedly carrying a stolen concealed weapon.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ the arrest occurred at 3 p.m. in Terminal 5. Williams, a popular comedian who recently starred in his own HBO stand-up comedy special, was stopped at the security checkpoint. Security officers found a concealed weapon in his carry-on luggage. The LAPD was called and Williams, who is also a popular rapper, was arrested. Cops determined the concealed weapon was stolen. They also found three additional weapons in luggage that Williams had already checked in.

BURBANK, Calif. - Snoop Dogg was arrested on suspicion of illegal drug and gun possession, police said. The rapper, whose real name is Calvin Broadus, was arrested at 3:45 p.m. Thursday at Bob Hope Airport, police said. Snoop Dogg posted $35,000 bail and was scheduled to appear in court Dec. 12.

Airport police officers stopped Snoop Dogg at a loading zone for a vehicle code violation. When officers searched the vehicle they found a gun and marijuana, police said. "There was no basis for this arrest," the rapper's attorney, Donald Etra, said in a statement. "We believe that once this is cleared up, all charges will be dismissed."

Damn, people sure do like to get into trouble, sometimes for trivial shit, especially right before album/mixtape release dates. After getting caught once last month, a half-sane person should know you can't bring heat to the airport. SMH

Naomi Campbell has a rep for being the typical stereotypical "bitchy" supermodel. She took that rep to another level when she turned her out of control anger on her drug counselor today. The reason Ms. Campbell is seeing a drug counselor is because of a little nose candy habit she has admitted to. The counselor alleges that Campbell attacked her leaving scratches all over her face, the woman made the report just a few hours ago at a London Police station.

According to Yahoo News, the London police picked up Ms. Campbell earlier today and are still in questioning. According to Campbell's people this is nothing more than a simple "misunderstanding."

This "bitch" needs some good hard jail time she takes out her frustrations on people who are trying to help her ass. Not too long ago she was accused of beating up her assistant Georgina Galania, and is still awaiting trial in New York because the diva failed to show up. I say lock her ass up in the state penitentiary like everyone else who goes around assaulting people on a regular basis, and we will see an extreme change in her diva like attitude.

Wesley Snipes was spotted in Swakopmund, Namibia posing with a local artist in a gym recently, as the actor avoids the long arm of US justice in the African nation, whether intentionally or not. The "Blade" star also signed another photo that he took with the artist with the following inscription: "From one great artist to another ... long life and bright light, Wesley Snipes."The next bright light Snipes faces, of course, might be that of U.S. marshals seeking his arrest, as he is wanted here on charges of tax fraud. Joanne Reay, one of the producers of "Gallowwalker," the film on which Snipes is working in Nambia, told the Associated Press today, "As far as we understand, Wesley is not going to be arrested in Namibia." What's more, Snipes is expected to stay in Namibia until December.

According to Reay, Snipes is not staying at the same luxurious lodge at which Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie stayed when Jolie was pregnant and gave birth to their daughter Shiloh Nouvel this summer.

I wouldn't expect Snipes to be coming back to the U.S. anytime soon. No need to gamble with your freedom with a trial and jury. According to the New York Daily News, producers of Snipes movie "Gallowalker" are hoping the Feds don't come and swoop him up.

TMZ has learned that rapper Snoop Doggy Dogg (aka Calvin Broadus) was busted for attempting to carry a weapon through an airport security checkpoint.

According to law enforcement officials, Snoop attempted to walk through an X-ray machine at John Wayne Airport in Orange County, Calif. late last month with a 21”, collapsible baton packed in his laptop computer case. Orange County Sheriffs' deputies were called to the scene where they detained the rapper and confiscated the weapon. Snoop was not arrested, however, and we're told the Sheriffs Department file was sent to the Orange County District Attorney's Office.

The D.A. may decide as early as today whether to file criminal charges against the rapper.



In related Snoop related Bossip, multiple reliable sources in Long Beach exclusively tell Bossip that Snoop used to fuck with weathergirl Jillian Barberie, the former wife of former baseball player Bret Barberie. No word on whether he still fucks with her.

NEW YORK (AP) -- Rapper Fabolous was shot early Tuesday as he stood at a Manhattan parking garage, spurring a sequence of events that left him hospitalized in stable condition and under arrest, police said.

The 28-year-old rapper, whose legal name is John Jackson, was shot once in the thigh when a male with a gun approached him and three others shortly after midnight and opened fire, police spokesman Sgt. Mike Wysokowski said.

The foursome jumped into a 2005 Dodge Magnum and fled, attracting the attention of police when they ran a red light. Officers stopped them and discovered two loaded guns in the vehicle, both of which were apparently unlicensed, Wysokowski said. All four men were arrested, and charges were pending.

Jadakiss Caught Riding Dirty, Arrested

Jadakiss was arrested early Saturday in his hometown of Yonkers, New York, on gun and drug-possession charges. A Yonkers Police Department spokesperson said the MC (real name: Jason T. Phillips) was one of four men sitting in a 2006 Toyota Camry that was parked near the intersection of Nepperhan Avenue and Elm Street in Yonkers at around 5 a.m. Saturday. Officers said the vehicle's driver was behaving oddly and said they noticed a strong odor of marijuana while approaching the car.

Inside the vehicle, police found a .38 caliber revolver that had been reported stolen. According to The Associated Press, the weapon was loaded.

Now this looks like a "legitimate" rapper arrest, the type of shit you would expect when someone is talking about smoking weed and killing niggas every 2 bars on their song. This arrest however looks suspect.

"A judge in Massachusetts added to Bobby Brown's troubles on Monday, ordering him arrested if he steps foot in the state, after Brown skipped a court hearing over delinquent child-support payments to Kim Ward, the mother of two of his children.

In explaining his absence in court, Brown's lawyer, Phaedra Parks, told the judge it was a "very difficult time" for Brown, whose wife, Whitney Houston, is divorcing him – but the judge said that was no excuse, the Associated Press reports.

"The media is very aware of this very public divorce that's going on right now," Parks told Judge Paula Carey, who shot back: "Whether or not he's going through a divorce doesn't negate the fact that he still owes child support relative to his two children that he had prior to his marriage," she said.

Ward claims that Brown currently owes two months' support, or $11,000."
