Ne-Yo has skipped the wrong concert, and he should definitely be concerned, because this is going to involve sacks stacks:

R&B/songwriter Ne-Yo is facing another court case — this time over a missed New Year’s Eve concert in Bellevue, Washington.

As reported on Singersroom in January, Ne-Yo had been booked for what was to be a ‘big’ New Year’s Bash at the Meydenbauer Center. Unfortunately for fans who paid $75 – $1,200 for tickets and exclusive VIP access Ne-Yo only showed up via a club television screen. Continue »

He says, “People are expecting something fantastic and I think they are going to get it. Whitney doesn’t want any sad songs on this record. She isn’t going for tear jerkers. She’s happy raising her children and wants her music to reflect that. It’s already sounding great”.

Ne-Yo is  performing in Amsterdam, doing the damn thing from the looks of it. His gentle-man swag is definitely grown up, but just a little soft to say the least.
