Usher’s dad, Usher Raymond III (not Ben Vereen) passed away on Friday in a hospital in Atlanta, GA and the cause of death is still unknown. At least little Usher V got to see his grandfather before he died. R.I.P.

Usher’s little brother, music producer JLack (James Raymond) just signed a deal with EMI Music Publishing. He has currently produced the hit “Get It Shorty” by Lloyd and Usher’s “Singin In the Rain” performance for Condé Nast Media Groups 2007 Movies Rock event to air on TV tonight.

We know mom and manager Jonnetta is so happy to still have one of her boys under her wing. She’s probably setting up a plan right now to prevent another Crazy Tameka situation from occurring.

Star magazine is stating that Usher is one of the newest victims of the Scientology cult:

It looks like Scientology is adding another celebrity to it’s ranks… Usher! “He’s so excited,” a source close to the singer tells Star, “He’s in training now.” The reason: fatherhood! “He thinks it’s important to raise his baby as a Scientology,” says the source. Usher, who is expecting a boy with new wife Tameka Foster any day now, is so serious that he co-chaired a $1,500-a-plate fundraiser for both his New Look Foundation and Scientology’s controversial New York City Rescue Workers Detoxification Project. Meanwhile, über-Scientologist Tom Cruise sits on the board of Usher’s foundation, which tries to assist “underserved communities” through social programs.

This is getting out of hand. First getting married to old broads, then joining the weirdo Scientology cult…Usher say it ain’t so.

Usher went on Ellen a few weeks ago and announced that he wanted a boy, his own little doll to be named Usher Raymond V. Well it appears that his dreams of dressing up a little baby boy in designer jeans and Louis Vuitton backpacks have come true. Last night he disclosed at his fragrance launch event that they were expecting a boy, and Usher, Tameka, and his mom were all there to comment. Via People:

Usher states: “I just want my son to fully be coherent and to be healthy, first and foremost. I’ve found that it is a step-by-step process. You can wish for a million and one things. But I hope that my son has the same energy I had as a child. Hopefully, he won’t be as bad as me. I hope that he’s just a healthy son.”

Tameka on her cravings and childbirth: “I eat ice all day. It’s a weird thing. I love it. Now I’m thinking about ice. I want to find some ice. I don’t want drugs. I’ll try. I say that now. You call me about ten hours into labor. I’ll be asking for everything. Vicodin and everything.”

Jonetta: “I’m very excited about being a grandmother.”

Aww, don’t they all just sound so happy.  Tameka must’ve cast her voodoo spell on Jonetta as well.

Usher’s mother, Jonetta Patton, showed up in NYC to support her son’s fragrance launch yesterday.

Tameka didn’t come. It was rumored that Jonetta Patton, who didn’t attend Usher’s wedding, slapped a restraining order on Tameka. Pregnant Tameka lied to Essence Magazine this year saying she has a good relationship with Jonetta. Throw some D’s the law on that B*tch.

What happened to Usher’s planned wedding that was to take place over the weekend? After getting owned by Tameka Foster last year, Jonetta Patton struck back and did a drive-by on Usher’s planned wedding to the old woman with three kids. Ms. Patton was fired by Usher Tameka as her son’s manager last year.

Contrary to Tameka’s claims that her and Ms. Patton are all good to various media outlets, Jonetta said she wasn’t co-signing the wedding and refused to show up. Tameka, who is currently in the hospital after a pregnancy scare, is now talking to People Magazine about the canceled wedding. According to one source, Usher wasn’t taking Tameka’s calls after canceling the wedding and she is playing the pregnancy card to get her some attention.

If the Mama’s boy is trying to find another mother in Tameka, he needs to take a better look, Jonetta is bangin’. Maybe he wants a mother and a dude together, Tameka would fit in nicely with that. SMH.

According to In Touch Weekly, Tameka Foster let Chilli have it when they saw each other over Ms. Patton’s crib. Chilli still talks to Usher’s mother and was visiting when Tameka walked in:

Tameka walked in and hit the roof. She screamed at Chilli, “Doesn’t your boyfriend have a mom you can visit?” Chilli just told her to grow up and walked out laughing

After firing his mother-manager Jonetta Patton (poor thang) and a couple of assistants, Usher is not done ridin’ for his old woman. Now, he wants to kill his own #1 fan site, usherforever.com. Tameka Usher had a lawyer send the fan site ‘shut down’ papers already for not saying nice things about Tameka.

The kids on the fan site don’t even like Tameka and know something is up. SMH.

Usher wants to set the record straight about his old woman controlling him and his career:

“It has already been announced that I plan to marry this year. However, since my wedding day will be special to Tameka and I, this is information that we would like to keep private. It’s disturbing that the media and bloggers (under the guise as ‘fans’) continuously speculate on the personal aspects of my life, therefore making assumptions and wrong insinuations that my fans are subject to believe.

“I am happy, excited, completely clear and independent on my direction, feelings, decisions and I am NOT BEING LED. Some media and bloggers have been totally intrusive, they have misconstrued aspects of my personal life and, because of this, my ‘true’ fans are not sure about what is fact and what is fiction. There is a difference in stating an opinion versus drawing a conclusion that is incorrect.

“As previously reported, I have NEVER threatened or harassed anyone from any media format – print, radio, television or Internet media. At this point the best thing to say to my fans is just because it sounds enticing and it MAY sound ‘true,’ that does not make it truth. I understand the fact that I must sacrifice some anonymity for the career I love, however some things are personal like having a child or a marriage. These aspects are not for the public and, to me, are sacred. I would hope my privacy in these areas would be respected.”

The old woman probably told him to put this out. Come on, he doesn’t expect us to believe the “face cream junkie” is running things with Tameka. Ms. Patton who was fired by Tameka this year knows what’s up.

Usher’s fiancee Tameka Foster is getting her publicity on and is featured in the current issue of Essence Magazine. She says the couple like to go shopping and work out together. She also says Usher is “sweet” and confirms she is pregnant:

He was on tour when my marriage was officially over. He had nothing to do with what happened between my husband and me. Between my hectic travel schedule and our personality differences, my ex and I grew apart. There are no hard feelings between us. He is a wonderful father. I don’t have any regrets or anger toward him. We have great, smart, well-rounded children. What people don’t realize is that Usher and I were friends for nearly seven years and I worked as his personal stylist for five years. I was the only female friend he felt he could talk to. Because I was older, he would often ask me questions to help him understand the mentality of an older woman. He was really into Chilli. And when things began to get shaky in my marriage he was there to listen to me as well. But I want to make this clear: We only began dating when Usher was certain that there was no chance of reconciliation between me and my ex, because who wants to be known for breaking up a family or for sharing a woman?

A source who used to work for Tameka Foster in Atlanta when she was Usher’s stylist, exclusively tells Bossip that Tameka Foster is “crazy” and was very “difficult to work with”. Adding weight to our snitch, word from Jawn Murray who writes for the New York Daily News, is that Jonetta Patton had previously taken out a restraining order against Tameka Foster. Patton fired Tameka as his stylist and Tameka just fired her as Usher’s manager .

Rumors are going around that Tameka has been in the cut for a while and was cheating on her husband with Usher while the singer was with Chilli. Tameka is pushing 40 with three kids and left her family for Usher.

Mother’s Day is Sunday. SMH. Yeah, this sh*t is messy. JESUS TAKE THE WHEEL, we are done with it. Maybe for a week.

“They definitely don’t get along,” one spy tells us. “Tameka came to Jonetta’s birthday on April 6. They hugged and posed for photos, but it was all for the cameras.”The rift dates back to when Jonetta encouraged Usher to fire Tameka as his stylist. “Tameka went on the radio and took some shots at Jonetta,” says a source.”Tameka has a hold over him,” says one friend. “Nobody can figure it out. Some people think he may make Tameka his manager.”

It looks like the mama’s boy loves his mother so much, he found a medium-sized Jonetta, only with about three kids.. How “sweet”. There is nothing like having your girl and mother fighting over you. This is definitely something to brag about while watching basketball with the homies.

According to V103 radio station in Atlanta, stylist Tameka Foster officially gave up on her marriage and family (she has 3 kids) and finalized her divorce from her husband Ryan Glover. This move clears the way for the 34 year-old woman to marry Usher. Usher as a step-dad, lets see, he would probably teach his sons how to shop, apply face cream, and manicure their fingernails . What else????

Usher juggled Eisha Brightwell and Tameka for a while and it looks like we have a winner. Usher who is very close to his mom probably wanted someone closer to her age.
