The Toni Braxton impersonator we reported on a while back, Trina Johnson, is pleading for your help with her legal woes:

A rep for celebrity impersonator Trina Johnson-Finn who was arrested in Suriname and charged with fraud for performing as Toni Braxton, has released a statement saying her client has been held “under corrupt conditions” since early March. Publicist  Billie Jordan said Johnson-Finn’s proof of innocence “was clearly established.” In accordance with the law, U.S. booking agency RNRH Entertainment employed Johnson to impersonate Braxton, according to Jeter. Johnson-Finn states: “I am completely innocent. I was hired to do a tribute imitation act for a birthday celebration.”… Continue »

Toni Braxton was spotted in Beverly Hills yesterday. She is looking good with those cute little chipmunk cheeks of hers. We wonder if she’ll be dropping an album anytime soon vs. doing those shows in Vegas.

Toni Braxton is denying breast cancer reports by the reputable National Enquirer:

“There has been a rumor circulating that I have been diagnosed with breast cancer. After feeling something uncomfortable in my left breast, I went in for a screening. I was very fortunate that they did not find anything and I am in great health. However, I encourage women to take their annual tests and suggested precautions to prevent this disease that continues to affect so many women.”

Some good news. Ladies listen to Toni and get checked regularly Breast cancer is the most common cancer in African American women and the second leading cause of death among African American women, exceeded only by lung cancer.

Toni Braxton has been diagnosed with Breast Cancer according to the National Enquirer.

She is a fighter and has already overcome a heart condition, pericarditis, in 2002 after passing out. Our prayers go out to her family.

Might wanna change that name now… Babyface.
