Kelly Rowland is setting down roots in the UK:

“R&B star Kelly Rowland is planning to buy a house in London so she can enjoy her home comforts when she is away from her native U.S. The hitmaker has been busy promoting her latest album Ms. Kelly in Europe over the last few months, and admits she is in the U.K. so often she needs a more permanent base. She says, ‘I’m here once a month. I’m ready to get a place here.’”

Smart move Kelly Kell. Stay yo ass over where it is appreciated. She is apparently taking a cue from Amerie. Her solo career is slowly being eaten alive by Lady Bey. We can’t knock her desperate attempt at maintain her divatude. Keep your head up Kell!

After Beyonce’s track “Beautiful Nightmare” was leaked last week she made this statement:

“Beautiful Nightmare,” a demo I’ve been working on for possible inclusion on my next album, leaked on some websites. I want to thank all my fans for the positive response to the song, but I want to tell you that this is just a work in progress. It is not my time to put out new music. If you really want to hear some really great music now, you have to support my girls Kelly, Michelle and my sister Solange. Kelly just re-released her album digitally in the US, so check out “Ms. Kelly: Diva Deluxe.” Michelle is about to put out the first single, “We Break The Dawn,” from her album and Solange’s single, “I Decided,” is already one of my favorites.

Yeah right Bey. Anyway, here are some new promo pics of Michelle Williams for your morning pleasure, as well as a listen to her newest track that was released by Matthew Knowles. When are these broads gonna learn that they will never blow up with those Knowles characters behind their music. Kelly Rowland is a prime example. Poor thangs.

“I was in first class and the other passengers were not happy with the smell! I looked around and could see a lot of disgusted faces. I put everything on it, and the onions made it really honky! If I think I’m going to get into trouble I always say that I’m sick. They think you are too feeble for them to be angry with you.”

Kelly Rowland speaks about Amy Winehouse and Kanye West:

On Amy:

“Things haven’t been easy for (Winehouse) lately. But people should let the music do the talking. She deserves to take home some silverware. People should get behind her in support now – my prayer for her is that she be herself and love herself without all the extras. But I won’t judge.”

On Kanye:

“People may see him go on stage and act cocky and arrogant but he’s just honest, like: ‘I’m good and I know I’m good.’ “What’s wrong with that I wouldn’t have (West’s song) Stronger as my ringtone if he wasn’t. In fact more artists should have a bit more of Kanye’s self-belief. I know I’d like to have a piece of that.”

Thanks for your two cents Kelly, but maybe you should be worrying more about hooking those underarms up with a Gillette blade or some Nair.

The singer is desperate to shed her R&B image and is currently visiting London’s top nightclubs in a bid to change her sound. ’07 has been an interesting year for Kelly Rowland. Kelly Rowland tickets for her performance November 23rd at the House of Blues in Atlantic City are complimentary. Of course there is some special Ticketmaster gobble up turkey promotion going on, but damn, Kelly, Clay Aiken tickets are being auctioned off starting at 80 bucks a pop, and his ass didn’t even win American Idol. SMH.

This is just a clear sign that Kelly start dabbling into other arenas careerwise. Countdown time to “When the Checks Stop Coming In”.
