Ludacris hit up the Boost Mobile Rock Corps this weekend in NYC looking unusually handsome. He and Alicia Keys made the right decision when they switched it up from the cornrows. This is really a nice picture of Mr. Bridges, but when are rappers gonna quit dressing alike??  The formula these days: fitted cap, jeans/t-shirt, iced out chain and earrings.  Well at least no one’s really rockin those those super extra large white tees that come past the knees anymore.

Autumn has certainly jumped off as stuntin season and so many lovely ladies are having photo spreads and gracing magazine covers. Kelis lit up the pages of Bon a Swedish mag, and Alicia Keys and Mariah Carey are getting their shine on in the glossies so we condensed them all into one post.

Kimora Lee Simmons, Alicia Keys, Gabrielle Union, among others all celebrated Russell Simmons’ 50th birthday in NYC.

Damn, that Kimora/Russell separated situation just seems a little too gravy for reality. Kimora’s mandingo deal Djimon Hounsou was there to kick it. By the looks of Russ on that bike last week, he probably wants a piece of that Amistad ass as well.

The last artist standing, the beautiful and talented Alicia Keys recently worked with John Mayer on her new album. He co-signs our sentiments about AK on his blog:

This is probably about as obvious as telling you the sky is blue, but Alicia is the most authentic artist of our generation… She’s strong where she needs to be…Not just strong as a woman (there are many strong women out there) but strong as an artist (there are few, regardless of gender).
