Bossip was invited to attend the opening of District-8, Terry Kennedy’s new store in Long Beach, and the launch of TK’s Supra shoe, TK Society.

Bossip got the chance to see a pre-screening of Next Day Air a few days ago and it’s pretty good. Mike Epps got a chance to flex his dramatic skills, Mos Def is hilarious, and Donald Faison gave a solid performance. It comes out today and it’s definitely worth the $10.00 – $13.00 you’ll be forced to spend.

Jayson Williams, who “accidentally” shot his chauffeur, and own wife revealed that he is in love with rocks and going down on white girls, has been admitted for a psychiatric evaluation:

Former Nets superstar Jayson Williams was taken to a Manhattan hospital for a psychological evaluation early today after he barricaded himself inside a hotel room and was acting “suicidal” and “violent,” authorities told The Post. Williams, 41, was removed from his room at a Manhattan hotel at 4 a.m., police sources said. Once inside the hotel, the officers confronted what sources described to The Post as “a suicidal man” who was acting “violent.” Continue »

The Boston man charged with killing a Manhattan woman he met on Craigslist said Phil Markoff’s motive was to rob his victims in order to pay off gambling debts, authorities said. Investigators told ABC News today that a search Markoff’s home also turned up guns and plastic ties – the same ones used to bind all three women. “Detectives are aggressively pursuing a number of promising leads,” said Boston Police Department spokeswoman Elaine Driscoll, refusing to comment on the plastic cuffs.
