Narseal Batiste(L) and his ace boon coon, Patrick Abraham, were part of a five man squad that was just convicted in Miami for trying to blow up the Sears Tower:

Five men have been convicted in Miami of plotting to blow up the Sears tower in Chicago and carry out attacks on FBI offices across the United States. Prosecutors say the men conspired to provide material support to al-Qaeda, but defence lawyers argued the whole thing was an FBI set up. A sixth man was acquitted of all charges. It was the third trial for the men, who were arrested in 2006. Previous juries were unable to agree on whether their plot was genuine. In the earlier trials, a seventh man was also acquitted of all of the charges he faced. The latest verdicts were handed down after six days of deliberations. The men – who were known as the Liberty City 7 after the poor area of Miami they operated in – now face 30 to 70 years in prison. Sentencing has been set for 27 July.

‘Kill the devils’

The men, most of whom have Haitian backgrounds, were caught on tape by an FBI informant discussing plans to cause an anti-government insurrection. Continue »

The Jury did not take long to convict Hosea Thomas in that random act of thuggery that killed Philiant Johnson:

It took a Cincinnati jury less than a day to render a guilty verdict on Wednesday (November 26) in the murder trial of Hosea Thomas. According to the Cincinnati Enquirer, the jury convicted Thomas on all 11 counts he faced in the 2006 shooting death of rapper T.I.’s boyhood friend and assistant, Philant Johnson, 26, including murder, five counts of felonious assault and illegally having a gun after a felony conviction. Thomas will be sentenced on December 23 and faces a minimum of 20 years in the case, which hinged on the devastating testimony of the defendant’s brother, who was driving the car Thomas was traveling in on the night prosecutors said he opened fire on T.I.’s entourage.

Lock that dumb @ss up and throw away the key. F*ck a thug.

Remy Ma Files Appeal In Her Shooting Conviction

Remy is trying to fight her conviction for busting shots into her close friend:

Attorneys for Remy Ma filed a motion in a Manhattan Court Room this week appealing the verdict handed down against the rapper in March of this year. In court documents, the lawyers argue that errors committed by the judge presiding over the 15 day trial may have lead to an inaccurate verdict. At issue specifically, were the judge’s instructions regarding the testimony of Remy’s victim, Makeda Smith-Barnes, who was shot by the rapper outside a New York City nightclub during an argument over $3000.  Fisher was barred by the court from arguing that the shooting in fact occurred during a struggle for the .45 caliber automatic handgun which, allegedly resulted in Smith-Barnes being shot in the abdomen at close range. In addition, Remy’s lawyers argue that by including a previous unrelated violent incident at the Player’s Club in the indictment of Remy Ma, Assistant District Attorney Michael McIntosh effectively managed to taint the jury, predisposing them to issue a guilty verdict. Remy, born Remy Smith, is currently serving an eight year prison term at the Bedford Hills Correctional facility, a maximum security prison just north of New York City. The rapper was convicted of first degree assault, criminal possession of a weapon and attempted coercion. She will be eligible for parole in September 2014.

Sounds like she is paying the lawyers to find reasons to release her…and saying the judge messed up is a crock of sh*t.

Permed Up Al Sharpton was convicted of disorderly conduct for protesting the Sean Bell case:

A New York judge has convicted the Rev. Al Sharpton of disorderly conduct during protests over a police shooting and sentenced him to time served. Criminal Court Judge Larry Stephen issued the verdict Wednesday against Sharpton and seven other activists. Sharpton has already served 5 1/2 hours in jail. About 250 protesters were arrested in May for blocking bridges, tunnels and intersections in response to the police killing of Sean Bell on his wedding day. Most of the cases were dismissed, but Sharpton and his co-defendants had insisted on a trial. Sharpton testified Monday that the protests were peaceful, saying: “We wanted to stop violence, not cause violence.”

This whole situation is f*cked. A reverend and a slew of others get convicted for peacefully protesting the acquittal of some murderous cops. SMH. When is it going to stop being ok for crooked cops to kill Black people??
