While most fathers would probably bite the bullet and give the mother of their child whatever they want, Gabriel Aubry is not that type of guy. Yesterday, Halle Berry’s rep released a statement in regards to Halle’s concerns for daughter’s safety while in the care of her father Gabriel. Well… Mr. Aubry will not allow Halle to defame his name…

“While Gabriel is disappointed in Halle’s decision to falsely malign him publicly and for her own purposes, he refuses to be pulled into her dispute over a canceled film production. Gabriel also refuses to air their issues in the press as he believes this may ultimately harm their daughter. The fact is that Gabriel is a caring father who shares custody of Nahla,” the statement read.

“Gabriel fully believes that a consistent and balanced living situation and two loving parents are crucial for their child even if Ms. Berry feels otherwise. He will always defend his rights as a father and will always consider Nahla’s best interest. Halle’s continuing allegations in the press are untrue and irresponsible.”

Who are we to believe? Is Halle Berry that crazy or Gabriel that stupid… What are your thoughts on this situation?

Does anyone really know what the relationship is between Akon and his “partner” Devyne Stephens?

These two were among the revelers at Devyne Stephens’ Annual Christmas Gala: Winter Wonderland at Buckhead Theatre in Atlanta last night. And in an event rife with suspect-ness – i.e. Jazze Pha’s paisley suit; Kenny Leon’s sequined Adidas and Babyface… just being Babyface – Akon and Devyne managed to stand out.

Is it just us, or should no man be okay with being photographed this close to another man that’s not his lover or brother?

Babyface was spotted with girlfriend Nicole Patenburg at “THE” Hollyweird event to attend last night.

The Los Angeles County Museum’s “The Unmasking” gala was a celebration the grand opening of the $45 million Lynda and Stewart Resnick Exhibition Pavilion, named for the major donors and owners of Fiji Water and Pom Wonderful.

The event drew out major star power, from Desperate Housewife Teri Hatcher and Hollywood leading man-meat Don Cheadle, to celebutantes Kimmy Cakes (with Mama Kris as her date), Nicole Richie and Nicky Hilton.

But with all that glam, we can’t help but ask: what is going on with Christina Aguilera’s tan and/or face these days?

Khloe and Lamar were spotted in an L.A. hotel after the festivities. We see they wasted no time consummating their marriage. Even though cameras and blackberrys were not allowed, the paps got creative with getting pictures. One of Khloe in her Vera Wang wedding dress, Lamar in his tux and also Kim K., Lauren London, Kourtney K, and the twins in their Vera Wang bridesmaid dresses.

The paps got pictures of a few guests as they all arrived to music mogul Irving Azoff’s house in Bel Air. Her wedding was planned by the same person that did J. Lo and Catherine Zeta Jones’ weddings, Sharon Sacks.

Kobe Bryant and his wife, Phil Jackson, Ron Artest, LaLa and more danced the night away. They say Lamar Odom was crying and very emotional during the entire ceremony. Lamar Odom’s family is small. His mother died when he was 12, he never knew his dad and his grandparents that raised him also passed away.

With training camp beginning on Tuesday, that is the reason that the wedding was rushed, plus Lamar wanted his wife in his home before the season starts. Also, they are waiting until after the season is over for them to take their honeymoon.

Sanaa Lathan and Gabriel Union both showed up at the Hollyrod Foundation event this past weekend. Sanaa with the elegant classy look going on as always and Gabby cleaning up nicely too, aside from the “Home Wrecker” stamped on the forehead at all times. So we have to ask… Who Looked More Bangin???
