Lil Wayne may be letting all the fame go to his head. TMZ caught the ‘self-proclaimed blood’ taking shots at a young brotha trying to snap his picture. It seems the white papparazzi got a pass. SMH.
The Papp then got mad and asked Lil’ Wayne about an incident where he and baby were chased in LA by some crips, including 40 Glocc and Spider Loc.
