Looks like anger issues might cost Halle Berry’s baby daddy “Catch Fade” Gabe quality time alone with his kid…

According to RadarOnline reports:

Halle Berry enjoyed a victory Friday in her ongoing bitter custody battle with baby daddy Gabriel Aubry, as a judge ruled the Canadian model’s visitation with daughter Nahla must be supervised, RadarOnline.com is exclusively reporting.

In addition, the judge ruled that Aubry will not be allowed any overnight stays with his three-year-old daughter.

As RadarOnline.com previously reported, the couple’s custody war was ramped up a notch recently when their nanny alleged that Aubry physically attacked her while she was holding Nahla, a claim Aubry vehemently denies.

Reports surfaced Friday that Aubry would be fully stripped of custody, but as RadarOnline.com exclusively reported, that was never on the table. However, Aubry is contesting social workers’ recommendations that he undergo anger management classes.

The nanny claims the alleged assault occurred after she went to pick Nahla up at school and she wasn’t there, so she went to Gabriel’s home. “Gabriel and the nanny got into an argument because no one alerted her that Nahla didn’t go to school,” a source told RadarOnline.com.

“She picked up Nahla to leave and Gabriel yelled at her and shoved her out the door so hard that she hit the wall while she had Nahla in her arms,” the source alleges, adding that the nanny claims the abuse is ongoing. The nanny filed a police report and Aubry is now being investigated for misdemeanor battery and child endangerment.

Adding to the baby battle drama, Halle has requested permission from the judge to move to France with her fiancé Olivier Martinez, because she fears for her safety after a recent threat from a deranged stalker. Aubry has vowed to fight his ex on this latest request.

This guy is gonna eventually lose it. He has already been acting up something tough since his break up with Halle and things have only gone more and more downhill. With Halle super happy with her new boo it’s only a matter of time before he has less and less access to Nahla. Do y’all think he dug his own grave? Or is Halle doing too much to keep her kid away from her ex?

According to TMZ reports:

Halle Berry was not engaged to Olivier Martinez when numerous outlets reported she was back in December — but we found out … SHE IS NOW!!!

You’ll recall, after Halle sported a big ol’ ring that Olivier Martinez gave her everyone jumped to false conclusions — but it was NOT an engagement ring.

But we’ve learned Halle did become engaged to Olivier sometime after the first of the year.

The engagement is significant because Halle is asking a judge to allow her to move to France with Olivier and 3-year-old Nahla.

TMZ broke the story, Halle wants to make the move and baby daddy Gabriel Aubry vehemently objects.

In California and most states, a judge would look at the stability of the parent’s relationship and a marital relationship is far more impressive than boyfriend and girlfriend.

No word on when the two will marry, but we’re told a marriage will DEFINITELY take place.

Halle said she would never marry after her second marriage to Eric Benet was such a major fail, but Gabe might as well get used to seeing a lot of pictures like these:

Halle Berry is asking the judge in her custody war for permission to move to France with Nahla — and baby daddy Gabriel Aubry is saying … over my dead body.

TMZ has learned Halle filed papers with the court requesting the move and the hearing is pending. Sources tell us Gabriel is livid because he believes the move is punitive and designed to strip him of any contact with his daughter.

And Gabriel is particularly upset because Halle’s longtime boyfriend Olivier Martinez will be living with Halle and Nahla if the move is approved … informed sources tell TMZ.

Halle could have an argument that it’s safer for Nahla to be in Europe … especially because her latest stalker — who broke onto her property multiple times — has recently been released from jail.

We get that Halle fear for her and Nahla’s safety from the stalker, but moving to Europe?! Isn’t that taking it a bit too far???

When will the baby daddy drama end!?

The Los Angeles County of Department of Children and Family Services is recommending that Halle Berry’s ex-boyfriend, Gabriel Aubry, have another adult present during his custodial time with their three-year-old daughter, Nahla.

According to Radaronline:

“Case workers are recommending that a nanny be present with Gabriel during his visitation times. Halle’s nanny had been with Nahla when Gabriel had his custodial time from noon until she went to sleep. However, after the alleged incident between the nanny and Gabe, that hasn’t been in place, and he has been alone with Nahla.

“It will be up to the judge to implement the recommendations. Gabriel is fighting having another person with him, he feels that Halle is trying to make his time with their daughter as uncomfortable as possible,” the insider says.

“The report does recommend that Halle and Gabriel attend parenting classes together, so that they can co-parent Nahla more harmoniously. The classes will give them the tools to work through their issues, and hopefully become better parents for it.”

Meanwhile, “Gabriel Aubry is unlikely to be charged with any crime in relation to the police report the nanny filed,” a law enforcement source revealed.

The Los Angeles Department of Children & Family Services is recommending that Halle Berry and Gabriel Aubry take parenting classes together, RadarOnline.com is exclusively reporting.

The Academy Award winning actress and the Canadian model will be in a Los Angeles courtroom Monday, as Berry continues her battle to have Aubry stripped of visitation of their three year old daughter, Nahla.

Halle wants Gabriel out of the picture because of allegations he pushed their daughter’s nanny while she was holding Nahla.

A source told RadarOnline.com the altercation happened after the nanny went to pick Nahla up at school and she was not there because Gabriel had kept her home sick for two days. “So she went to Gabriel’s home,” a source told RadarOnline.com. “Gabriel and the nanny got into an argument because no one alerted her that Nahla didn’t go to school.”

“She picked up Nahla to leave and Gabriel yelled at her and shoved her out the door so hard that she hit the wall while she had Nahla in her arms!” the source alleged, adding that the nanny claims the abuse is ongoing.

Aubry vehemently denies pushing or even touching the nanny. The nanny filed a police report and Aubry is now under criminal investigation for misdemeanor battery and child endangerment.

As RadarOnline.com exclusively reported, social workers interviewed Halle and Gabriel on Friday. Separate interviews with both were conducted earlier last week.

The purpose of the joint interview “was to get these two in the same room and recognize that all of this fighting, is hurting their daughter. It was an emotionally charged interview as Gabriel feels that he can’t do anything right, and there is reason to believe his concerns. Social workers have written an extensive report that will be given to the judge for his consideration, and that report will recommend that no changes in custody be made. The report recommends that Halle and Gabriel attend parenting classes together, so that they can co-parent Nahla together. The classes will give them the tools to work through their issues, and hopefully become better parents for it,” a source close to the situation tells us.

The official investigation by child protective services will “remain open while Gabriel and Halle take the parenting classes and to ensure that Nahla’s safety and well-being continue. Gabriel absolutely wants to work with Halle, and that hasn’t happened, so he is hopeful that can happen now,” the source says.

“Of course, Gabe doesn’t like being accused of hurting his child or anyone, but he knows the truth and that he didn’t do anything the nanny has accused him of. He wants to take this negative and turn it into a positive so that he can be the best father for Nahla,” the insider asserts.

SMH. To read this you would think Halle Berry was some kind of crazy, man-hating, jealous mother or something… Hmmm does that sound like her to y’all????

And all this ish about the nanny holding Nahla when Gabe pushed her sounds hella fugazi because that kid is damn near kindergarten age and doesn’t need to be toted around 24/7 anyway! Let her walk!

The good news is, Nahla seems to be doing well despite the drama. Halle and Olivier took her to the beach Sunday and let her run around shirtless.

According to TMZ reports:

Halle Berry and Gabriel Aubry met for hours Friday with representatives from the Los Angeles County Department of Children and Family Services … and social workers concluded Gabriel needed to work on his anger issues … law enforcement sources tell TMZ.

We’re told DCFS recommended that Gabriel take anger management classes and our sources say he agreed to enroll.

As one law enforcement source told us who is connected to the case, “Gabriel has a little bit of a temper, but the good news is that he realizes it.”

The recommendation stems from an incident earlier this month in which Gabriel allegedly pushed the nanny while she was holding Nahla. Our sources say Gabriel told social workers he never touched the nanny and she was making the story up to curry favor with Halle.

Our sources say DCFS is not making any recommendations on changing the custody arrangement. That will be left to the judge on Monday morning … when Halle and Gabriel square off
again in court.

As we first reported … there’s also a criminal investigation focusing on child endangerment and battery. Our law enforcement sources tell us they are confident Gabriel will NOT be prosecuted because it’s a “he said she said” case. We’re told the matter will be referred to the L.A. City Attorney next week but it’s expected the Office will decline to prosecute.

Seems to us that if he is agreeing to anger management and is acknowledging that he may have a problem, then we think there is a pretty good chance he DID put his hands on the ex-nanny Alliance Kamdem. But we may never know the truth…

The Los Angeles County Department of Children and Family Services has formally interviewed Halle Berry’s baby daddy, Gabriel Aubry, in connection with allegations that he pushed a nanny while she was holding the former couple’s three year old daughter, Nahla, RadarOnline.com is exclusively reporting.

Aubry’s interview with social workers was thorough and exhaustive. “These are very serious allegations and Gabriel was obviously very nervous,” a source close to Aubrey tells RadarOnline.com. “Gabriel feels that he is living in a police state as far as his time with his daughter is concerned.

“He is a doting and loving father and extremely attentive to Nahla. His daughter wasn’t present when the interview took place. The investigation will remain open at this point, but it’s not uncommon at all for officials to keep an investigation open out of an abundance of caution to ensure the safety of the child.”

Reports also say that on Monday Halle Berry will ask the judge to strip custody from Aubry while the investigation is still open.

According to TMZ reports:

Halle Berry’s nanny — who Gabriel Aubry allegedly pushed into a door while she was holding his daughter Nahla — just got shut down in court — the judge rejected her request for a restraining order.

Alliance Kamdem claimed she feared retaliation by Aubry, but the judge called her petition “insufficient and speculative.”

In her declaration, Kamdem raised more issues than the alleged incident last week, in which she claimed Aubry pushed her out the door while she was holding Nahla. Kamdem cites another alleged incident in June in which she claims Gabriel violently pushed her out a door.

Kamdem claims during a recent trip to Spain where Halle was shooting a movie, Gabriel “would walk over and violently grab/take Nahla away from me.”

She also said Gabriel didn’t like her from the moment she began her duties as a nanny last June. She claims Gabriel said, “You are a spy,” and “Nahla doesn’t like you, she doesn’t want you here.”

The judge said Kamdem’s issues should be resolved in family court.

TMZ broke the story … Gabriel is currently being investigated for child endangerment and battery — after allegedly pushing Kamdem into a door while she held Nahla in her arms.

Kamdem filed a police report after the incident, claiming Gabriel had injured her. She has since quit the nanny position.

Damn, we’re actually kind of surprised at this one. We thought that “Catch Fade” Gabe was done for sure.

Is this judge trippin’? Does Gabriel deserve the right to see Nahla after all these incidents have been brought to light?
