A noose and menacing note allegedly found next to a black student’s car at a Texas high school has launched a police investigation.

Marion police Sgt. Darren Haverstock says the case is being investigated as a hate crime and terroristic threat. He declined to reveal the contents of the note found Monday at Marion High School near San Antonio.

Gloria Burleson is a spokeswoman for the student’s family. She told the San Antonio Express-News that classmates began harassing the student after the family sought an apology from a teacher who allegedly made an inappropriate remark.

Less than 1 percent of the nearly 1,400 students in the rural school district are black.

The way things are nowadays we wouldn’t be surprised if the teacher did that isht…

A shocking new picture has emerged of the teacher at the centre of a disturbing alleged sex scandal that led to the closure and reopening of a Los Angeles elementary school.

The photo shows Mark Berndt, 61, a Miramonte Elementary School teacher accused of feeding his students spoonfuls of his semen and semen-laced cookies, dressed in black leggings and shorts.

He is wearing Mickey Mouse ears and has his arm around a female student. Berndt appears to be eating a cookie of some sort, but it’s unclear whether it was one of his own ‘special’ concoctions.

The new photo is tame compared to some 600 images allegedly seized of Berndt feeding blindfolded students, age six to 10. He is charged with committing lewd acts on 23 children in a five-year period.

Authorities re-opened Miramonte yesterday with an entirely new staff after it was closed when a second teacher was charged with sex abuse against students at the school.

Oh yeah, this guy is going DOWN! And not the freaky way he likes either!!

Shemar Moore spent his Sunday drowning in a sea of half-naked, hard-bodied* party chicks … at a CRAZY lingerie bash at his L.A. home … and TMZ has the pics.

Technically, it was a Super Bowl party … but with all the scantily clad people running around, nobody gave a flying crap about Eli Manning.

Instead, the “Criminal Minds” star encouraged everyone to rage their faces off … by serving a ton of booze, munchies … and posting a banner that read, “What happened at Shemar’s house NEVER HAPPENED … Let’s Get It In!”

DENIAL… It’s not just a river in Africa folks! The sister of Josh Powell, the man who killed his two boys with a hatchet and blew up his Washington home last week — claims he must have been trying to protect them and that he had nothing to do with their mother becoming a “missing person.”

According to RadarOnline reports:

Just days after killing his sons in a vicious hellfire explosion, Josh Powell’s sister is still denying that he had anything to do with his wife’s disappearance, and said he was trying to “protect” the little boys.

In a shocking interview, Alina Powell defends her brother’s murderous actions, during which he took a hatchet and chopped at both Charles, 7, and Braden, 5, before setting the house on fire and killing them all.

“I think he must have just felt that there was only one way left to protect his sons from the pain from all the emotional and physical pain that they’ve been experiencing,” Alina told Good Morning America on Thursday.

The reporter pushed Alina, and said “But he didn’t protect them, he killed them,” and Alina responded, “I wish it had been differently.”

Powell left his sister a voicemail before killing his sons where he apologized for hurting anyone and said goodbye. She frantically called 9-1-1 to warn the police about her brother.

Prior to his death, Josh had been the only person of interest in the disappearance of his wife Susan Cox Powell, who vanished in December, 2009. In the interview, Alina is adamant that her brother had nothing to do with her disappearance from their town of Graham, Washington.

“No. I’ve never received any indication from him or the boys that he had anything to do with it,” she said in the interview. “And trust me I looked for it hard. I studied every word he said, every action he made.”

The reporter asked her if an innocent man would do what Josh did to his young sons and Alina justified his actions.

“I can’t put myself in his mind. But I think he must have been more heartbroken than I realized than any of us realized.”

Josh Powell’s father, Steven Powell, who is in jail on possession of lewd content related charges, has been named a person of interest in the disappearance of Susan Cox Powell.

SMH. This broad sounds just as crazy as her nutjob brother! Folks, do yourself a favor — if you know you have relatives that ain’t isht, just admit it. Don’t try to justify their actions.

The two people charged with the 2009 death of 5-year-old Shaniya Davis both entered not guilty pleas in Superior Court this morning.

Mario Andrette McNeill and Antoinette Davis, Shaniya’s mother, both pleaded not guilty in separate appearances in court.

Both are charged with first-degree murder, rape of a child and other charges.

Both McNeill and Davis are due back in Superior Court in April to set a trial date.

Prosecutors allege that Davis sold her daughter as a prostitute to pay off a drug debt to McNeill on the morning of Nov. 10, 2009. McNeill took the girl from the family’s home in the Sleepy Hollow Mobile Home Park off Murchison Road at 5:47 a.m. and checked into a Comfort Suites hotel in Sanford at 6:11 a.m., West said.

At 7:33 a.m., McNeill got a tip that someone knew he had taken Shaniya and he left the hotel, West said. The child’s body was found off Walker Road near the Carolina Trace community in Harnett County on Nov. 16, 2009.

SMH… They got the dude on tape with the baby and hasn’t the mother already admitted to handing her over??? How are they planning to pull off this not guilty business?

These two are some of the lowest life forms to ever walk the earth. They’ve both already bought their one way tickets on that express train… to Hell!

A court clerk who watched hardcore (adult films) during a rape trial ‘because he was bored’ was caught looking at the explct. (ed.) material right under the nose of the judge.

Debasish Majumder, 54, accessed the obscene images while the victim gave her harrowing evidence at Inner London Crown Court.

He looked at photographs of (shirtless) women being gagged and couples engaged in sex (ed.) acts, Kingston Crown Court was told.

However the judge, who was sitting directly behind him, spotted the filthy pictures as the prosecution evidence was being given.

Majumder, who had worked at Inner London Crown Court for a number of years, later admitted routinely watching p*** while trials were taking place.

To make matters worse this dirty muhfugga had this lame azz excuse:

He said that nobody in the court would be able to see what he was looking at on his screen apart from the judge and the judge would not be able to read the names as the print was too small.

‘He said he only looked at (adult films) if the case was boring and did so once or twice a week. He had been carrying out this type of behaviour since the December of the previous year.’

Majumder pleaded guilty to one charge of misconduct in public office and five counts of possession of indecent images.

On his home computer police found a number of pseudo (adult) images of children and 12 extreme (triple X) pictures.

And this is the type of person who is somehow allowed to be apart of the justice system in the U.K.?? Wow…

Sorry holmes, but there won’t be any internet adult films where you’re goin. That doesn’t mean that there won’t be any sex though…SMH

Al Sharpton is defending Melissa Harris-Perry from the scathing words of Dr. Cornel West in a recent interview with theGrio:

Cornel West and Harris-Perry have disagreed publicly before in their varying assessments of President Barack Obama. West and talk show host Tavis Smiley have consistently been harsh on Obama and what they see as his lack of concern for the black community and the poor.
Harris-Perry’s view of the Obama administration has been more balanced, often based on analysis of process and the structural impediments to the sweeping change that many feel President Obama promised. West sees Harris-Perry, and her MSNBC colleague Reverend Al Sharpton, as conciliators to the administration. He also wonders why a civil rights activist like Sharpton wouldn’t be more harsh in his critique of Obama, questioning why he is so close to the administration.

In an interview with theGrio, Rev. Sharpton responded sternly to the assertion that he and Dr. Harris-Perry were somehow rewarded for their support of the Obama administration with shows on MSNBC. “Rewarded by who?,” Sharpton says. “I don’t know if having access to the Obama administration means that one is rewarded… All of these conspiracy theorists need to check facts more clearly.”
Sharpton also posed this rhetorical question, “[w]ho rewarded Tavis Smiley with his show?… Tavis can have a show [and] that’s fine. But if Dr. [Harris] Perry [and] I have a show all of a sudden it’s some kind of a conspiracy theory?… black people are not that stupid.”

This is the saddest, funniest, most dysfunctional isht we’ve ever heard!

According to TMZ reports:

Deion Sanders’ aunt Laura Jones just gave a SHOCKING blow-by-blow to her violent altercation with Pilar inside Deion’s Texas mansion Monday — admitting she grabbed Pilar’s hair … and beat the holy hell out of her.

49-year-old Laura — who’s married to Deion’s uncle — called in to Dallas K104 this morning, claiming she stopped by Deion’s house to take care of some housekeeping items (a job Deion pays her to do) and Pilar flipped.

According to Laura, Pilar objected to her being in the house, and demanded she “get the f**k out.” The argument escalated quickly, and Laura says Pilar brushed against her in a threatening way … so Laura responded by grabbing Pilar’s hair and hitting her.

This is where it gets NUTS — Laura says Pilar then ripped Laura’s dress clean off during the melee, leaving her practically naked, and tumbled backwards down the staircase. Laura says Pilar then grabbed a bunch of knives from the kitchen, and brandished them while she called 911.

Right then, Laura says Deion came downstairs to see what the ruckus was about — and Pilar yelled at the dispatcher, “My husband is attacking me!!!”

According to Laura, the cops showed up minutes later — and Pilar refused to put away the knives … so they cuffed her and threw in the back of a cruiser. Laura says the children were present the entire time.

But Laura claims charges were never filed against Pilar because Deion intervened — and got Pilar off the hook.

Laura also submitted an alleged audio recording of the fight — claiming she acquired it during her brawl with Pilar … who’s allegedly been recording everything in the house to use as leverage in her divorce.

Glamour interviewed Ke$ha about being a rockin’ chick and why she breaks up with guys and stuff. We never thought we’d say this — but we wish more girls thought like her.

GLAMOUR: You were cranking some rock during your Glamour photo shoot. I’ve heard your new album is going to be much more rock ‘n’ roll.

KE$HA: People say that rock ‘n’ roll is dead, and I am making it my mission to resurrect it. I have rock ‘n’ roll pumping through my veins.

GLAMOUR: Do you think it’s harder to succeed in rock as a woman?

KE$HA: I know that I have balls. I have bigger balls than a lot of the men that I meet. I’m just a ballsy motherf–ker. I’m not afraid of pushing boundaries. That’s what you have to do to become an icon.

GLAMOUR: Women seem to be taking over pop music right now: you, Gaga, Rihanna, Katy Perry…. Why do you think that is?

KE$HA: I definitely think women are running it right now. We are not afraid to speak our minds. It’s exciting because that’s what I stand for, for people to be irreverent and to be themselves.

GLAMOUR: How big’s the gap between Ke$ha in real life and Ke$ha onstage, drinking men’s blood and dancing with a giant bouncing peen?

KE$HA: I’m just very amused by five-year-old humor. Don’t get me wrong: I do destroy men on a weekly basis. It’s like a hobby. I’m like a praying mantis. They f–k me, and then I eat them. But who isn’t amused by a giant, dancing peen? Sometimes when I’m sad, I make my assistant put on the peen outfit and bounce around my house.

GLAMOUR: You generate such strong reactions—positive and negative. Your Twitter handle, @keshasuxx, is a joke on that, right?

KE$HA: I’m just taking the piss out of all of it. You have to have a sense of humor about life to get through it.

GLAMOUR: Why do you usually break it off with a guy?

KE$HA: I’m in the middle of writing a new record. I’m taking so many different instrument lessons. I’m also designing animal-friendly jewelry and a fake-fur line. So if a man is not, like, the second coming, then what’s the point? I have other s–t to do.

KE$HA: I wear it all the time. It represents my freedom to speak about exactly what I want to, whenever I want to.

GLAMOUR: For this photo shoot, your look is very natural. When you’re not performing, how do you feel about going outside without makeup and knowing you might get photographed?

KE$HA: My makeup is usually left over from the night before. I’m not really worried about the photographs because if I tell my fans not to give a f–k about the haters, then I have to practice what I preach. I embrace the imperfections and celebrate them.

GLAMOUR: What are your favorite beauty products? Let’s start with the body paint.

KE$HA: I’m coming out with my own line. And I found Bumble and Bumble dry shampoo that is like God’s gift. You don’t have to shower. You just put it in and instantly look like the eighties.

Okay, so aside from sounding like someone who doesn’t like to bathe, she’s sounding like she has some more sense than she used to. But really tho, we ain’t mad at a chick with big balls.
