Georgia Woman Arrested For Stealing Bacon From Piggly-Wiggly

Meet Lonneshia Shafaye Appling.

The Georgia woman, 26, was so determined to shoplift beer, bacon, cheese, and chicken wings from a Piggly Wiggly that she punched, spit at, and pepper-sprayed store workers who confronted her as she tried to flee the supermarket Wednesday afternoon, according to cops.

Appling, pictured in the adjacent mug shot, allegedly hid items worth $88.27 in a canvas bag. She “attempted to check out, only putting one item on the counter,” according to a worker quoted in an Athens-Clarke County Police Department report.

When a Piggly Wiggly employee–who had been tipped to the pilfering by a shopper–asked Appling about the concealed items, she tried to exit the store. After worker Jonathan Orr tried to stop Appling, she “pulled out some pepper spray and sprayed him in the face.”

Appling kept spraying as several workers tried to keep her from fleeing. The 340-pound Appling also allegedly punched Orr in the face and spit on the 28-year-old employee. As she successfully bolted from the Athens store, Appling “was dropping beer cans out of her purse.”

Responding to a 911 call, a cop reported spotting “a very large black female in a purple dress standing there screaming at two store employees” who followed her outside the Piggly Wiggly, which was filled with a choking cloud of pepper spray. Police then arrested Appling, whose rap sheet includes several prior shoplifting convictions and outstanding arrest warrants in three Georgia counties.

Just to be totally clear, take a look at the list of items that this hungry-a$$ broad stole.

Cops prepared an inventory of the items Appling sought to swipe: five packages of cheese; eight cans of Coors Light; vegetable oil; chicken wings; and five packages of bacon. As first reported by the Athens Banner Herald, she was charged with a variety of crimes, including aggravated assault, theft, simple battery, and disorderly conduct.

We would tell her to have a seat, but her big a$$ probably needs a futon!

Nanette Packard Sentenced To Life In Prison For Murder Conspiracy With Ex-NFL Player

A Southern California woman was sentenced to life in prison Friday for helping her lover, former NFL linebacker Eric Naposki, murder her live-in millionaire boyfriend for financial gain nearly two decades ago.

Nanette Ann Packard, 46, was convicted of murder earlier this year in the cold case slaying of William Francis McLaughlin, who made his fortune in medical technologies and was shot dead in his kitchen in December 1994.

Packard was living with the much older McLaughlin when he was murdered, but the divorced mother of two was also dating Naposki, a former linebacker for the New England Patriots and Indianapolis Colts who worked as a bouncer at a nearby nightclub.

Packard convinced Naposki to kill McLaughlin, gave him a key to the victim’s house and told him when he would be home, prosecutors said.

She stood to collect $1 million on a life insurance policy and receive $150,000 and free rent for a year at one of his homes if McLaughlin died, authorities said.

Packard ended up stealing at least $500,000 from McLaughlin’s estate both before and after his death, Matt Murphy, deputy district attorney, said during trial.

As for her accomplice Eric Naposki…

Naposki, 45, was convicted of first-degree murder last July.

His sentencing has been postponed until Aug. 10.

If this guy she was married to was so much older, she could have just as easily waited for him to kick the bucket. Greedy beyotch…

Alan Dershowitz Says George Zimmerman Had A Right To Kill Trayvon Martin

A medical report by George Zimmerman’s doctor has disclosed that Zimmerman had a fractured nose, two black eyes, two lacerations on the back of his head and a back injury on the day after the fatal shooting. If this evidence turns out to be valid, the prosecutor will have no choice but to drop the second-degree murder charge against Zimmerman — if she wants to act ethically, lawfully and professionally.

There is, of course, no assurance that the special prosecutor handling the case, State Attorney Angela Corey, will do the right thing. Because until now, her actions have been anything but ethical, lawful and professional.

She was aware when she submitted an affidavit that it did not contain the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth. She deliberately withheld evidence that supported Zimmerman’s claim of self-defense. The New York Times has reported that the police had “a full face picture” of Zimmerman, before paramedics treated him, that showed “a bloodied nose.” The prosecutor also had photographic evidence of bruises to the back of his head.

But none of this was included in any affidavit.

Now there is much more extensive medical evidence that would tend to support Zimmerman’s version of events. This version, if true, would establish self-defense even if Zimmerman had improperly followed, harassed and provoked Martin.

A defendant, under Florida law, loses his “stand your ground” defense if he provoked the encounter — but he retains traditional self-defense if he reasonably believed his life was in danger and his only recourse was to employ deadly force.

Thus, if Zimmerman verbally provoked Martin, but Martin then got on top of Zimmerman and banged his head into the ground, broke his nose, bloodied his eyes and persisted in attacking Zimmerman — and if Zimmerman couldn’t protect himself from further attack except by shooting Martin — he would have the right to do that. (The prosecution has already admitted that it has no evidence that Zimmerman started the actual fight.)

Wish we could say we are surprised, but we already know that there are a bunch of people that think that it’s cool for some scary-a$$ 28 year-old man to shoot a 17 year-old.

How are you the captain of the neighborhood watch and you can’t even handle a skinny teenager?? SMFH

Missouri Mother Arrested For Sex With 17 Year-Old In Vehicle

A Marshall, Mo., woman is being investigated for sexual misconduct involving a boy under the age of 17.

Dusty McGrew, 31, of Marshall, Mo., has been charged with statutory rape and statutory sodomy for relations she allegedly had with a juvenile boy.

According to the probable cause, McGrew met the boy while working at Butterfield Youth Services. According to several witnesses, McGrew and the boy reportedly had sex on several occasions in a variety of locations, including in her car and at a park. According to the probable cause, other juvenile boys would also be in the car while McGrew and the boy had sex. According to one of those boys, McGrew, sitting in the backseat with the juvenile, would place a jacket stretching from the driver-side head rest to the passenger-side head rest, preventing the other boys from seeing the activity.

When investigators asked McGrew about her relationship with the juvenile, she stated they had a “mother-son” relationship. When investigators asked the boy about their relationship, he also stated they had a “mother-son” relationship.

On May 9, McGrew was placed under arrest for statutory rape and statutory sodomy.

MSNBC’s Tamron Hall Has On-Air Quarrel With Tim Carney Over Disrespectful Allegations

MSNBC’s Tamron Hall handily shut down guest Tim Carney on Friday, in an exchange so fiery that she immediately began trending on Twitter.

Hall asked Carney about Mitt Romney’s testy reaction to a reporter asking about marijuana on Thursday. Before addressing the question, he alleged that she and the rest of the media were focusing too much attention on the candidate’s past — including his bullying of two classmates in high school.

“What you’re doing here is a typical media trick,” Carney charged. “You hype up a story and justify the second-day coverage of the story.”

That set Hall off. She began to tell him that he didn’t have to “answer a single question” she asked or “accept the invitation to come on” and speak. Carney tried to interject, but she told him, “You’re kind of in my house,” and proceeded to smack him down for over a minute.

“You’re not gonna come on and insult me, you’re not gonna come on and insult the network when you knew what we were gonna talk about,” she concluded. “Done.” With that, she cut to another guest.

Moral of the story: Don’t f**k around with Tamron f**king Hall!

Newspaper Columnist Suggests Obama Is A Racist For Not Mentioning MCA’s Death

Adam Nathaniel Yauch died Friday. If you’re age 16-66 — maybe 106 — you know him as MCA, one-third of the Beastie Boys. He was 47. Way too young. But gone.

Now, half-white Barack Obama (exactly my age) didn’t say a word, even though he was talking to college kids that day, but make no mistake, MCA was no Jay-Z or Kanye West. This guy was the real deal, groundbreaker, up from his bootstraps, Brooklyn boy made good. Funny the “coolest president ever” doesn’t say a word about the passing of MCA. Weird and kinda sad, actually.

And when accused pedophile and drug addict Michael Jackson died in 2009, the White House weighed in with the president’s thoughts. “He said to me that obviously, Michael Jackson was a spectacular performer, a music icon,” spokesman Roberet Gibbs said. “And his condolences went out to the Jackson family and to fans that mourned his loss.”

Mr. Obama is said to have 2,000 songs on his iPod, but he’s never mentioned the Beastie Boys. Too bad. He could learn so much from them. Still can.

Stevie Wonder’s Nephew Arrested For Extortion With Claims Of Incest

According to TMZ reports:

A man claiming to be Stevie Wonder’s nephew has been charged with attempting to extort the singer by threatening to go to the tabloids and say he’s the product of an incestuous relationship between Stevie and Stevie’s sister — UNLESS the singer coughed up big bucks.

Alpha Lorenzo Walker was arrested May 2 after being trapped in a sting operation. Law enforcement sources tell us Walker initially demanded $5 million from Stevie but was shut down and eventually lowered his demand to $10,000.

Our sources say undercover cops met Walker, claiming to be Stevie’s reps who had the cash, but demanded that he first sign a document which included a statement that his accusations were false. Walker signed, and he was promptly arrested.

Our sources say the incest allegation is completely bogus.

Walker has been charged with felony extortion, along with his girlfriend. He has pled not guilty. Walker is currently in custody.

How the hell you gonna try to extort Stevie?? Ok sure, maybe he wouldn’t know the difference between his sister and a jump-off broad anyway, but that’s not the point…

Phoenix Woman Arrested For Faking Cancer To Get Breast Implants

A Phoenix woman has been charged with fraud and theft after allegedly telling people she had cancer and needed treatment when in fact she just wanted the money to pay for breast implants.

According to cops, 27-year-old Jamie Lynn Toler told her former boss — and even her own mother and grandparents — she needed a double mastectomy and breast reconstruction and didn’t have insurance.

They all chipped in, authorities say, and helped Toler organize fundraisers that pulled in more than $8,000.

Medical records obtained by Mesa police show she didn’t have cancer and paid a plastic surgeon with the cash.

Toler was arrested Wednesday and released on bond the next day after a brief appearance in Maricopa County Superior Court.

Patricia Krentcil Goes On Angry Rant Toward Child-Endangerment Accusers

She isn’t a bad mother — it’s people who are just “jealous, fat and ugly,” that are out to get her.
Tanorexic New Jersey mom Patricia Krentcil again denied bringing her five-year-old daughter into a tanning booth today, saying that the two “only go shopping together” and that she is a good mother.

“I would never, ever put my daughter in a tanning booth,” Krentcil said in the video which was posted on TMZ.com. “We go out shopping, that’s what we do. I don’t want to hear any more about this.”

Krentcil then goes on the offensive, calling out her critics who have labeled her a bad mom.

“Any mother who makes an accusation about me is not a mother because I’m a great mother — I would never do that to my child,” Krentcil rants. “There’s somebody out there for my whole life that doesn’t like me because they are jealous, fat and they’re ugly.”

Krentcil was charged with felony child endangerment yesterday after allegedly bringing her daughter into a tanning booth at City Tropic Tanning salon in Nutley, NJ. She was released on $25,000 bail.

Do you believe this crazy-a$$ broad when she says she didn’t take her daughter into the tanning booth??
