Rick Ross Goes In On “Pretty Boy” Floyd Mayweather…AND DAD!

rossfloyd

Rick Ross is taking shots at Floyd Mayweather and his family. We will be talking to Floyd later today:

“Talking greasy because you’re 39-0?/Real life b*tch n*gga 39 and hoe/I’m his toughest opponent yet/I’m nothing like Marquez.”

Stepping from the Hip-Hop ring into the boxing ring, the match has been set between middleweight boxer Floyd Mayweather, Jr. and Rick Ross. Going by size difference alone, the match could actually be one-sided. Releasing the track “Go (War Remix),” the bawse has made an attempt at a second round knockout... Continue

*Exclusive Interview With Floyd Mayweather, Jr.*: “You Know Bossip…I Don’t Know Why I Am Not Considered the Pound for Pound Best!”

Bossip chopped it up with Floyd Mayweather, Jr. last night for thirty minutes and asked him some serious questions. “Pretty Boy” is set to fight Juan Manuel Marquez on Sept. 19th in Las Vegas, which will be the set up bout for Manny Pacquiao or Miguel Cotto. Floyd has never lost a fight although the others set to fight him… have:

BOSSIP: How goes the training session Pretty Boy?

Floyd: It’s cool, it’s cool…in the gym right now as a matter of fact.

BOSSIP: How is that going?

Floyd: I stay in the gym, nothing new here. Just work!

BOSSIP: Nice…we have some serious questions we would like to ask you, especially since you may go down as the best boxer “EVER.”

Floyd: Ahhh…I read BOSSIP. I hope there is nothing crazy! (hahaa!)

BOSSIP: Nah, nah! We just want to know some things about you, like how you think you stack up to Muhammad Ali? Continue »

*Exclusive Floyd Mayweather Jr. Part 3*: “Most Good Boxers are Latin and Black…White Boys Lack. I Call a Spade a Spade Bossip!”

We chopped it up with “Money Making” Floyd Mayweather Jr. again. The dude is down to earth and trying to turn a new chapter in his life. It’s called maturity:

Bossip: What Up Floyd? How you living man?

Floyd: I am doing good… no complaints. Getting ready to get to work with my training.

Bossip: Nice… Is that rib injury all the way healed? Be honest with us…

Floyd: It’s healed…totally.

Bossip: Good. Hey, we asked our readers on Twitter what questions to ask you. Here are some of them…”What would Floyd Mayweather Jr. be doing if he was not a boxer?”

Floyd: Floyd would probably be an entertainer of some sort, if not boxing, something else. I love being in front of a crowd and performing. My family is tight and if we were involved in another part of the entertainment business, I think we would be successful anyway. We are positive people. Media outlets try and bait me, but they know I am far from negative… and Bossip, you know that eats them up. That’s why certain endorsers hate a brother.

Bossip: “Who are you chopping down right now?”

Floyd: No one… Floyd is so focused on my training right now. I don’t have time. That rumor about Tiny was false. I think TI is a pretty good rapper and wish him and his family nothing but the best. Floyd is not making sweet love to anybody else besides this speed bag right now.

Bossip: “Why don’t you stop making it rain in the clubs?” Continue »

*Exclusive Floyd Mayweather Part 2*: “The Problem With Black People Is We Don’t Stick Together…Marquez, Cotto, And Pacman’s People All Got Their Back”

floyd2

We hollered at Floyd Mayweather for another update on training camp, him supposedly ducking fighters, the Tiny(TI’s) lies, and his beef with Rick Ross. Floyd says that Ross is “on his d*ck,” his injury is gone, and much more:

BOSSIP : What are you working on specifically in training camp?

Floyd: Contact now. I am getting a lot stronger and running more miles.  Doing things like pull-ups and sit-ups to strengthen that freak injury I had to my stomach.

BOSSIP: What is different about this training camp?

Floyd: One day at a time…You can be here today and gone tomorrow. Look at Vernon… look at Gatti. I trained with Vernon Forrest his last training session. 40 hours before he was killed. He was a good friend of mine and will be sorely missed. As far as training camp is concerned, I stay with what works and I am doing everything I did before with a couple improvements and specifics.

BOSSIP: People say you are all about money and selfish. What else does Floyd Mayweather stand for? Continue »
