Mike Vick, the 4.2 in the 40 yard dash QB, is coming back to the NFL…hopefully:

Imprisoned NFL quarterback Michael Vick expects to return to pro football, according to his bankruptcy attorneys who laid out a plan to pay creditors based in part on his anticipated earnings.”The Debtor has every reason to believe that upon his release, he will be reinstated into the NFL, resume his career and be able to earn a substantial living,” Vick’s attorneys wrote in a disclosure statement filed before a hearing Thursday in U.S. Bankruptcy Court in Norfolk. The former Atlanta Falcons star is serving a 23-month sentence in a federal penitentiary for bankrolling a dogfighting ring in rural Virginia and is scheduled to be released on July 20. Once the NFL’s highest-paid player, Vick has assets of $16 million and liabilities of $20.4 million, according to the court filing in which attorneys wrote in extraordinary detail about Vick’s dizzying financial mess — listing a fleet of vehicles, properties, businesses and the extended family he supported. A Vick attorney said a committee representing all his debtors has proposed a plan to pay off his debt.  “The committee attorney acknowledged that there’s been a lot of progress, so we’re hopeful,” Peter R. Ginsberg told The Associated Press. Vick still faces two state felony counts — dogfighting and animal cruelty. They carry maximum prison terms of 10 years, but under a plea deal, Vick would serve a suspended sentence and a year of probation. He is scheduled to appear in Surry County Circuit Court on Nov. 25. While Vick still has a contract with the Falcons, NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell would have the final say on his return, which he is counting on after he is released. “That’s the hope,” Campsen said in an interview.  Ginsberg said if the sides can’t agree in December, another hearing will be held in January. Vick was ordered to attend.

Vick has most certainly paid the ultimate price for what he did: he’s lost more than he even had to give, which is a lot more than others who have made mistakes.

Is it time to allow Michael Vick the opportunity to collect the scattered pieces of his existence and start making a new life for himself?

Despite the abundance of smiles, Diddy isn’t happy about not being in the movie, Tropic Thunder:

The rapper admits he auditioned for the role of an African-American actor – famously played by Caucasian star Robert Downey Jr., who used make-up to change the colour of his skin for the role - in Ben Stiller’s movie, but was turned down. He joked: “I have not been in any of Ben Stiller’s movies. I guess I wasn’t black enough to be in Tropic Thunder. Robert Downey Jr. was a little bit blacker. I tried out for the role but I came up short. I put Ben in the video for my single Bad Boy for Life and I thought he would return the favour.” The music mogul was among a host of celebrity guests at a black tie dinner honouring actor-turned-director Ben at New York’s The Museum of the Moving Image on Wednesday night.

It’s hard to believe, but we are on Puff’s side this time around. We find it hard to believe that they could not find a real black man to play that role. We’re calling bullsh*t, but what do you all think about it?

A federal grand jury in Memphis, has indicted two white supremacists accused of plotting to kill Democrat Barack Obama and dozens of other black people. Twenty-year-old Daniel Cowart and 18-year-old Paul Schlesselman were arrested last month, before Obama won the presidential election. They are being held without bond. They were indicted Wednesday on charges of possessing a sawed-off shotgun, planning to rob a licensed gun dealer and threatening a presidential candidate. Authorities say they plotted a killing spree that would end with them attacking Obama while dressed in white tuxedoes and top hats. Cowart’s lawyer said he had no comment. A message left for Schlesselman’s lawyer was not immediately returned.

We hope he is placed in a cell with a huge black convict, that was given a frightening name like, The Booty Bandit, Nazi Sphincter Killer or, Pink Hole Ripper.

Good for Coughlin for tightening the noose around Plaxico Burress.” The star wide receiver has been fined and benched by the Giants for infractions including tardiness and missing practices. On Saturday, Burress skipped a treatment for his neck, and was benched during the first quarter of the Giants’ win in Pittsburgh Sunday, reports New York Daily News. In criticizing Burress, Serby used a racially loaded and offensive term, Sharpton told the Daily News. “To make such a blatant racist statement about an African-American football player with a neck injury is completely unacceptable,” Sharpton said. “Clearly, the racial connotation is very disturbing. … This is the verbal reflection of a hanging noose.” “If we don’t see action, I will lay out exactly what that is … we would like to talk to someone there about whether it was the writer or editor who let this in.”

We might have to ride with Al on this one. Those are extremely flagrantly racist and inflammatory words. This is just more evidence of the change so sorely needed in this nation.

A McCain campaign volunteer made up a story of being robbed, pinned to the ground and having the letter “B” carved on her face in a politically inspired attack, police said Friday. Ashley Todd, 20-year-old college student from College Station, Texas, admitted Friday that the story was false and is being charged with making a false report to police, said Maurita Bryant, the assistant chief of the police department’s investigations division. Todd, who is white, told police she was attacked by a 6-foot-4 black man Wednesday night. She now can’t explain why she invented the story, Bryant said. Todd also told police she believes she cut the backward “B” onto her own cheek, but she didn’t explain how or why. “They just started talking to her and she just opened up and said she wanted to tell the truth,” Bryant said. Bryant said it doesn’t appear that anyone else put the woman up to the false report. Police suspected all along that Todd might not be telling the truth, starting with the fact that the “B” was backward, Bryant said.

Suspended NFL player Michael Vick is expected to enter a guilty plea next week to the state dogfighting charges he faces in Virginia. Surry County Circuit Court administrator Sally Neblett says a hearing has been scheduled for Oct. 30 on a motion to hear a videotaped plea from the jailed Atlanta Falcons quarterback. The Virginian-Pilot reported that Vick hopes his guilty plea to the state charges will earn him an early release from federal prison based on documents filed in Surry County Circuit Court. Vick is currently serving a 23-month sentence on felony charges related to dogfighting.

The egotistical and delusional people involved in this now are strictly trying to get a name. People have molested children and have not went through as much sh*t as this.
