Producer/rapper T-Pain was hit with a $5 million dollar breach of contract lawsuit yesterday (March 23) for canceling a concert in Guyana after he allegedly received death threats. The lawsuit was filed in Broward Circuit Court by Hits and James Entertainment, claiming the rapper caused damages for ditching an appearance, which was scheduled for February 23. T-Pain canceled the appearance when his management company, Chase Entertainment, revealed that a credible source said that the artist would be kidnapped, because Hits and Jams had not paid debts to “their street guys.” Continue »
