Some random singer in Dallas, Texas is suing Diddy for supposedly ganking his song:

An R&B singer in Dallas, Texas has filed a lawsuit against Sean “Diddy” Combs’ Bad Boy Entertainment, claiming Boyz N Da Hood stole one of his songs. T-Pain is being sued for about 5 milli:

Producer/rapper T-Pain was hit with a $5 million dollar breach of contract lawsuit yesterday (March 23) for canceling a concert in Guyana after he allegedly received death threats. The lawsuit was filed in Broward Circuit Court by Hits and James Entertainment, claiming the rapper caused damages for ditching an appearance, which was scheduled for February 23. T-Pain canceled the appearance when his management company, Chase Entertainment, revealed that a credible source said that the artist would be kidnapped, because Hits and Jams had not paid debts to “their street guys.” Continue »

It looks like Chris Brown and his legal team need a little more time to strategize on exactly what their plan of action will be:

It is unclear why they wanted to postpone the case — possibly to conduct further investigations or possibly to strike a plea deal. We just don’t know…
