A man was being held in Florida on Thursday on charges he told classmates at a training seminar that he would kill Democratic presidential candidate Barack Obama if he is elected, according to a law enforcement official and court documents. The threats came just days before Obama was scheduled to visit Florida and were made by a person discovered to have ammunition, a handgun and other weapons, authorities said. An affidavit filed by a Secret Service agent in U.S. District Court claims that Raymond Hunter Geisel, of Marathon, Florida, threatened to “kill, kidnap and cause bodily harm upon a major candidate for president of the United States, that is, Senator Barack Obama.”

A search of Geisel’s vehicle and a hotel room in Miami, where Geisel was attending a bail bondsman training class, found a 9-mm handgun, ammunition that included armor-piercing and rifle bullets, police-style emergency lights, body armor, a machete and two canisters of tear gas, among other military-style items, according to the document. Agents say that classmates of Geisel reported that, between July 25-28, Geisel used a racial slur toward Obama and said “if he gets elected, I’ll assassinate him myself.”

So here is pretty much what went down at the Lil Kim party:

Police say Rivera, a huge Lil’ Kim fan, paid to attend the event — and even brought the rap diva a bouquet of flowers. According to cops, she and a friend chatted up Rahman while drinking at the bar. At one point in the evening, Rivera was kicked out of the club for accidentally walking into the men’s room. At the same time, according to Rivera’s friend, Rahman coaxed the friend up onto the roof by claiming Rivera was there — that’s when the friend alleges Rahman came on to her. When she blew him off, she says Rahman found Rivera outside and “told her he could get her back in.” Cops say Rahman took Rivera through the employee entrance, up to the roof in a service elevator and that’s when he hit her over the head with a lead pipe inside a utility shed. She was killed instantly. Rahman worked at the club for four years and has no criminal record.

While Lil Kim was busy sucking on Lisa Raye’s fingers, some grimy ish was going down at her birthday party:

According to law enforcement officials, a 24-year-old woman was found dead on the roof of Spotlight Live. She was wearing only her undergarments. The woman, Ingrid Rivera, was reported missing by her family after she didn’t show up at her Queens home after attending a party at the club. A police source told Eyewitness News that they believe Rivera attended a birthday party at the club for Lil’ Kim on Sunday into Monday.

Lil’ Kim knew nothing about a brutal murder that may have taken place at her birthday party — and left the club without having seen a thing. Spotlight Live is “very, very worried” about getting serious heat from the cops because this isn’t the first time it’s had some bad biz go down. There was a murder that took place just outside the club in January involving people who got into a tussle inside Spotlight. Cops believe that an employee of the club could be responsible for the murder.

Sources said Rahman Syed, 24, a bartender’s assistant, admitted that he killed Ingrid Rivera, 24, of Richmond Hill, who had been kicked out of the party at Spotlight Live on Broadway for being drunk, sources said. Rivera’s body was found in a deserted area on the roof. Investigators said she led her to the roof, after telling her to “come take a walk with me.” He led her to a restricted area for which he had a key. Police began looking at Syed when they learned of his access to the area. Earlier, sources said, Syed had brought another woman to the roof, where he kept trying to rub up against her. But that woman got away, called him “crazy” and complained to someone at the bar. Syed worked at the bar for a couple of years, making sure serving trays were filled with ice, and stocking the bar with glasses and liquor. He was arrested at his home on St. Nicholas Avenue. Investigators were also testing to see if his fingerprints match a set of fingerprints on a champagne glass and champagne bottle found on the roof.
