Did Snoop Dogg (born Calvin Cordozar Broadus) endorse GOP candidate Ron Paul for president?

Well, sort of. The rapper posted a photo of Paul on his Facebook page Sunday with the headline “Smoke Weed Everyday.” The caption of the photo reads a simple “Because I said so.” Broadus, an outspoken marijuana enthusiast, is no stranger to drug-related charges. His most recent arrest for alleged possession occurred earlier this month in Sierra Bianca, Texas.

One user commented: “Thank you Snoop!!!! We need more people like you to stand up for freedom.”

“Substance,” interjected another. “What Ron Paul speaks and Snoop Dog smokes!!! Ron Paul/Snoop Dog in 2012!”

Snoop Dogg’s quasi-endorsement of Paul is presumably because of the candidate’s maverick stance on marijuana and drug policy. During his years in the House of Representatives, Texan Paul has co-authored and signed multiple marijuana-friendly bills that pushed the drug’s decriminalization.

The GOP candidate was a co-sponsor of the States’ Right to Medical Marijuana Act and supported the Personal Use of Marijuana by Responsible Adults Act of 2008. In June 2011, Paul paired up with Rep. Barney Frank, D-Mass., in June to support the Ending Federal Marijuana Prohibition Act, which would allow states to delegate their own laws regarding the drug.

Well, this is interesting.

A BOSSIP spy spotted NeNe Leakes at the Loews Hotel Atlanta on Friday following what may have been too fun of a night.

According to the spy, NeNe was leaving the “eleven Restaurant” at the prestigious, tucked-away Atlanta property with her ex-hubby “Geritol” Greg Leakes. And while NeNe looked fabulous, she also looked like she was ready to pass out, the source tells us. She looked so out of it, in fact, that our spy says Greg had to get some assistance to help her out of the hotel.

Hmmm… wonder what that was about… It wouldn’t be the first time they’ve been spotted together since their “divorce.”

Last night Rihanna played a sold-out show at the O2 Arena in London. She arrived in grand style, not in a helicopter, limo or even a tour bus, but on a train filled with regular folks just like you and me. Poor Rih Rih, must be nice to act like one of the common folks when you’re not partying around the world getting slizzard and fending off relationship rumors with *insert rapper/athlete/actor here*. She even took time to talk with excited fans and take pictures, a couple of fans even shared their experiences:

She had her arm around me and even moved in when I asked her for a photograph. She was so gracious and so nice that I kept telling her how humble she was, not just because she was on the Tube but because of her manner.

What the hell is going on in Baltimore y’all??? This is just fawking disgusting…

Marc J. Camarote, a Baltimore police sergeant, has a tale for the tabloids.

Early Wednesday, the 15-year veteran was riding shotgun in an unmarked cruiser, speeding down Hanover Street to a robbery call in South Baltimore. He felt something on the back of his neck, and thinking his partner was playing a joke, he took a swipe with his arm.

That’s when he discovered a large rodent had crawled up his back.

The rat bit the palm and thumb of Camarote’s right hand. The two struggled, and the sergeant was finally able to throw the rat out of cruiser and onto the southbound lanes of the Vietnam Veteran’s Memorial Bridge.

His partner rushed to nearby Harbor Hospital, and they were told they needed to go back and find the rat, to have it tested for rabies. They returned to the scene of the crime, and according to a well-placed police source, found the suspected rat limping along Hanover Street.

A struggle ensued, the police source said, but in the end, Baltimore’s Finest won the battle. A cop beat the rat to death with an umbrella. Must not have been carrying his Espantoon.

The officers bagged the rodent and it’s being tested for disease. The sergeant is out on medical leave, awaiting to see if the rat is diseased.

Details, including the sergeant’s name, came from the police source, but the incident itself was confirmed by the Baltimore Police Department’s chief spokesman, Anthony Guglielmi. He did not officially release the officer’s name.

It’s not known how the rat infiltrated the cruiser; the source said the officers believe it crawled up through the underbelly and gnawed on some wires before it crawled to the passenger seat and up the sergeant’s backside. It’s not even clear if the rat knew he was breaking into a cop car.

Robert F. Cherry, the police union president, said that any cop from his first patrol days knows that running into alleys and onto streets means not only watching out for broken glass and drug needles, “but also rats.”

Camarote can take comfort in knowing that he’s not the first cop bitten by an animal other than a pit bull. Back in 1996, Officer Drew Dorbert got attacked by an 3-foot-long Ornate Nile Monitor Lizard that had beeng hanging out near Patterson Park.

WHAT. THE. HELL?!?!? Sucks to be that guy. He’s probably traumatized for life now. We’ve watched all the seasons of “The Wire” multiple times so we know being a Baltimore cop is one of the roughest assignments out — but we’ll take chasing Avon Barksdale and Marlo Stanfield all day over battling rabid rats.

This is a really freak accident … or dude could just be a freak.

A truck driver in New Zealand, Steven McCormack, nearly popped after an air hose accidently got lodged in his buttocks.

“I felt the air rush into my body and I felt like I was going to explode,” he told 3News in New Zealand on Tuesday.

The 48-year-old was at Waiotahi Contractors where he worked, standing on the rigging between his truck and the trailer when he slipped and fell.

He landed on the hose connected to the semi’s airbrakes and broke it. The nozzle pierced his left buttocks and air from the tanks pumped into his body at 100 pounds per square inch.

“I was blowing up like a football,” he said. “I had no choice but just to lay there, blowing up like a balloon.”

The air separated his fat from his muscles, doctors said. It quickly filled his body, inflating his leg, chest and face. The pressure also caused his lungs to fill with fluid and compressed his heart.

Emergency personnel arrived nearly an hour later, but his condition made helping him difficult.

“They went to put a drip in me, but when they put the needle in, [the air] spit the needle out,” he said.

The freak accident left McCormack’s skin crackling with air bubbles. Although doctors were able to extract the excess fluids, the truck driver was forced to release the air in the only way possible.

“You can’t turn a tap on and let it out,” he told 3News. “You just have to burp it out, or fart it out.”

Wow! What are the odds? And having to wait almost an hour for emergency personnel to arrive is just ridiculous! Even though this accident sounds awfully painful, he should thank heavens he’s still alive and will fully recover. SMH … got to be more careful.

Mom: How was your day honey? Kid: We found a body during 4th period Mom: WTF?!?!

Louisville Metro Police are conducting a homicide investigation in the 3300 block of E. Indian Trail, behind Liberty High School.

Police say the body of a 14-year-old boy has been found in that area, and that foul play is now expected in the case.

Sources tell WDRB that the teen lived nearby and attended another nearby school — not Liberty High School.

Ben Jackey, a spokesman for Jefferson County Public Schools, says the body was discovered early this afternoon by a group of ten students was walking behind the high school as part of their Humanities class.

“They were freshman. They were in the back of the school doing an activity as part of their lesson and they looked over in a ditch that runs adjacent to the school and they saw what appeared to be a body,” says Lauren Roberts, a spokesperson with Jefferson County Public Schools.

Students immediately notified their teacher and a security officer.

Police say the boy was found face-down, but have little other information to release.

“It is unclear at this time how long he has been there. The coroner will decide. It is not believed that he has been there for an extended period of time,” says Carey Klain with Louisville Metro Police.

Damn, who the hell leaves a body behind a school?!?! We gotta believe that someone wanted this to be found.

Khloe Kardashian-Odom wants her little brother to try dating a “different” type of woman.

Khloé Kardashian Odom and Lamar’s PDA fest on their new E! show may make Rihanna want to “barf,” but Khloé tells us exclusively that she would love if her brother Rob took Ri-Ri out on a proper date.

And if Khlo wasn’t already hitched, she tells us why she would want to be the one to date Rihanna!

“I would love my brother Rob to go out on a date with Rihanna,” Khlo tells us. “She is a strong, confident woman, and I definitely think he would have a blast on a grown-up date.”

Just a few weeks ago, Khlo told us that Rob needed to grow up and stop dating “disgusting little tramps.” Her words, not ours, Rob.

But if it doesn’t work out between Robianna, Khlo says, “Shoot, I will date her LOL.”

Whether on Khloé’s arm or Rob’s, we would love to see Ri making appearances on the next season of Keeping Up With the Kardashians!

…And it appears Rob would be totally into letting his big sis set him up. We even caught Rob flirting with Ri over Twitter (twirting?) this week. When she tweeted about performing in London, Rob replied back to her, “West Coast!”

“The Donald” is not pleased with Dr. Huxtable…

Donald Trump fired back angrily at Bill Cosby for his harsh comments about Trump on the “Today” show last week.

Cosby stunned “Today” host Meredith Vieira into silence last Thursday when he said that Trump was “full of it” and should either “run” for president or “shut up.”

The other day on The Today Show, right after I was interviewed by Meredith Vieira, a terrific person and reporter, I happened to watch Bill Cosby who was on at the end of the show. While I have never been a fan of Cosby’s, I had always assumed he liked or respected me because every time I met him–the last time at the David Letterman show where I preceded him as a guest–he was always so nice, saying “let’s get together”–asking me out to dinner, and being polite to the point of offering to buy me a suit because he has a “great tailor.”

In any event, as I watched the show, the subject of Donald Trump came up. I was surprised to hear him blabber, somewhat incoherently “you run or shut up.” The hatred was pouring out of his eyes when he said this. As I am sure he must know I cannot run until this season of Celebrity Apprentice ends. I know that he has taken a lot of heat over the years in that he seems to be talking down to the people he’s talking to and purportedly trying to help.

Actually, based on the way he acted, things are not looking too good for Cosby.

I wish he would be more honest, and if he doesn’t want me to run because he’s obviously an Obama fan, he should state the reasons and not come into my “green room” in front of numerous witnesses and treat me like his best friend, only to denigrate me when I’m not around. Sadly, he got more attention talking about me than he did on the merits of his own appearance–maybe he is not as dumb as I thought.

Damn Bill, what you gonna do now?
