Your boy, Suge Knight, is being sued by the collectors of  his auctioned items for doing them dirty and hiding memorabilia all over the U.S.:

Hide the women and children because Suge Knight is back on the streets:

A judge on Friday dismissed drug and battery charges filed against Marion “Suge” Knight, the hip-hop mogul accused of beating a woman in a parking lot in August.

Clark County Court spokesman Michael Sommermeyer says Justice of the Peace Abbi Silver dismissed the charges without prejudice in a morning hearing. Knight’s attorney, David Chesnoff, said the prosecution had “discovery problems and witness problems.” Prosecutor Susan Benedict did not immediately return a call for comment. Continue »

Poor Sugar Bear is crying about his earring:

Suge claims in his U.S. Bankruptcy case that while he was in custody back in 2005, he was passed around like a $2 whore — from Barstow police to the West Valley Detention Center to the California Institution for Men. Somewhere along the way, Suge says his diamond stud earring was stolen.

Interesting, because Suge just filed a lawsuit against Kanye West, claiming West was responsible for another Suge earring heist. When Kanye was hosting a party in 2005, Suge was shot and his $135,000 earring was allegedly pilfered off his bleeding body.

It’s an expensive lesson to learn, but perhaps Suge shouldn’t walk around with an earring that is comparable in pricing to a decent split-level condo in the suburbs. SMH

Big Suge Knight is going down for attacking his girl:

Hip-hop mogul Suge Knight has been slapped with multiple charges in the August beatdown of his girlfriend in Las Vegas, TMZ.com reported Sunday.

Knight, 43, faces two felony charges of possession of a controlled substance and one count of misdeameanor battery after the Aug. 27 attack in Sin City, the gossip Web site reported. Knight, the founder of Death Row records, began fighting with his girlfriend of three years, Melissa Isaac, as they drove away from a strip club, cops say.

Isaac jerked the wheel after Knight punched her, causing the Cadillcac Escalade to hit a curb, cops say. Isaac jumped out of the SUV and tried to run away but was chased down by the 6-foot-4 Knight. Responding cops spotted Knight wielding a knife as he kicked Isaac in the head, police say. Knight was in possession of the drugs Ecstasy and hydrocodone, police said. It wasn’t Knight’s first run-in with cops. He has served prison time on assault charges in the 1990s and early 2000s.

The fact that he only got charged with a misdemeanor for whipping the chick’s @ss and kicking her in the head is atrocious. With a monster of his size, it should be a felony just to step on someone’s shoe. SMH

Livesteez is reporting that around 3yrs ago Suge was robbed and dumped on at Yay’s party, he is filing a lawsuit against Kanye for the lost jewelry:

Former Hip-Hop mogul Suge Knight is suing rapper/producer Kanye West, blaming the Chicago superstar for damages that resulted from a nightclub shooting three years ago. In August 2005, Knight was shot in the right leg at Kanye’s pre-MTV Video Music Awards party at the Shore Club, located in Miami. Initially some speculated that Knight accidentally shot himself, but that claim was later refuted after eyewitnesses confirmed that at least six shots were fired during the incident. The assailant was never apprehended. Knight, who sought bankruptcy protection in 2006, filed the lawsuit against Kanye West on October 30. In it, Knight claims West is culpable in the crime since the shooter was able to get past the party’s security with a deadly weapon, according to AllHipHop.com. Additionally, Knight alleges that he not only suffered blood loss, but also lost a diamond stud earring valued at $135,000, and had to take a private jet back to California. Knight is seeking damages from West which includes medical expenses from the shooting and mental anguish for “the loss of use and enjoyment of the earring.” While Knight is still under bankruptcy protection, the courts have allowed him to retain a portion of any proceeds awarded from the lawsuit.

When the checks stop coming in, you have to get creative and find different come up’s. This suit might be a cut and dry chance for stacks that he missed previously, but his licentious @ss will probably get the finger from the judge.

According to Livesteez, Sugar Bear ganked someone again, and will be back in court for more thugging:

The small record label which acquired Death Row Records’ assets back in July has learned that Suge Knight and a long-time associate may have hidden a portion of the label’s catalog, to avoid having the items included in the sale. According to Global Music Group’s attorney, Michael J. Collesano, a woman approached him last weekend, claiming to be the ex-girl of Knight’s associate, Carl “Butch” Small. Collesano said Small helped run Death Row studios and was once listed as one of the label’s principals. The woman, whose name was only revealed in court documents, said that during the course of their 18-month relationship, Small revealed to her that between 2001 and 2005, he removed a series of master recordings, videos and other property from the Pacific Coast Title Archives in California reports AllHipHop.com. As a result of the move, those items were not inventoried with the assets purchased by Global Music Group. The woman revealed many of these items to officials in Detroit, Michigan earlier this month, after she was allegedly attacked by Small on October 1. The following day, having obtained an order of protection against Small, who she claimed tried to kill her, she was accompanied by Livingston County Sheriff’s Deputy Christopher Schmidt to a storage unity in Burlington, Michigan under her name.

This fool and his ilk just can’t resist inciting some f*ckery. This “Compton Piru” will beat a chick down to the white meat, kill friends, and scrap on a whim. Time to kill the thug mentality.
