The Game has gone on record saying that Michael Jackson personally reached out to him during the 50 Cent beef and tried to squash things:

A Nobel Peace Prize should be given to the late “King of Pop” for his valiant attempt to forge a peaceful co-existence between the new King of the West Coast and the G-Unit General. Reflecting on the recent passing of Jackson, The Game spoke on “The Gloved Ones” attempt to mediate and end the 2005 feud with then former G-Unit member and boss, 50 Cent.

True to his gangsta mentality, the Game’s been ridin’ on cats and this time it could set him back hella stacks:

The Game may be ordered to pay over $1 million in damages stemming from an alleged basketball –fueled assault in February 2007. Shannon Rodrick, a basketball coach, claims that the Compton star, real name Jayceon Taylor, punched and threatened him almost 2 years ago during a Los Angles City Hoop game. In an exclusive interview with Bossip, Hosea Chanchez, who plays Malik on the CW’s The Game, puts the television industry on blast for for their lack of Black representation as well as calls Black people out for their “lazy” activism. And, of course, you know we got the scoop on The Game:

Bossip: We personally feel like The Game was moved to Friday nights because the network is trying to cancel the show. It’s a setup. Is there any truth to that?
