Booooooy, Elin Nordegren‘s random-jawn-on-a-come-up Fairytale life just keeps getting better and better.

According to TMZ reports:

Elin Nordegren is a human wrecking machine … who just LEVELED her brand new $12 MILLION Florida mansion … because, well, she can afford it.

Elin bought the 9,000 square foot North Palm Beach home in March … right after she struck a $100 million divorce settlement with Tiger Woods.

Apparently, Elin felt the modest 6 bedroom, 8 bathroom pad wasn’t quite up to her standards … so she did the only reasonable thing — KNOCKED THE WHOLE PLACE DOWN!

We’re told Nordegren has hired a high-priced architect to build her dream home … and sources say every single worker is required to sign a confidentiality agreement.

No word on how long the project is expected to take — but we’re told Elin is living in a nearby mansion inside the private community while the new place is under construction.

And all this is still coming out of Tiger’s pocket in some way, shape or form. Nice.

Rachel Uchitel, the woman who helped send Tiger Woods into that tree during Thanksgiving week 2009 (and eventually over an emotional, marital and professional cliff) is pregnant — and sharing her baby-bump joy via Twitter.

Uchitel and new husband Matt Hahn posted pictures on her Twitter account late Tuesday, with the captions “Expecting big things for 2012… Five down, Four months to go…” and, with the photo above, “@MattyHahn checking out my baby bump at 5 months.”

Uchitel, 36, and Hahn, 26, got married quietly in October, a month that if we count backward is, well, less than five months ago. Hmm.

Well, never mind the math, unless you want to add up some dollars. The “Celebrity Rehab 4″ alum has reportedly registered for some pricey baby gifts, including cashmere bedding and a $1,000 stroller. Though the couple did not reveal the baby’s sex, the nature of the registry reveals Uchitel has a girly bun in the oven, according to the Daily Mail.

The former nightclub executive (Uchitel said she’s never been a mere manager or a hostess), is currently studying for her private investigator’s license, and working on cases while she’s in school. “I do that three to four days a week and I love it,” she told Celebrity Cafe. “It’s so much fun! It gives me a purpose, you know.

“It gives me something to wake up and do every day and be really happy about.”

Come April, she should have a little lady to be happy about as well.

Looks like this ho is becoming a housewife. Damn, Tiger. Even your jumpoffs are settling down while you’re trying to get your life together. Doesn’t seem fair, does it?

While it’s only the second round, Tiger is looking pretty stellar during the Australian open. He’s one stroke ahead going into the home stretch this weekend. Those Applebee’s hostesses in Australia must have some grade-A tail for Tiger to play with and get his swag back.

“It feels good that I am there playing properly, it’s not like I am slashing it all over the place. I am hitting the ball well,” Woods said after a seven-birdie, two bogey effort.

“I have hit so many lips these first two days,” he added, lamenting several shots he let slip away. “It could have been pretty low.”

“Lips”? Really, Tiger? You’ve hit a ton of “lips” these first two days? The joke just tells itself! We hope he can keep the lead and keep giving us crazy quotes to boot.
