Allegations Surface That Chris Brown Paid For His Grammy Award

Did Chris Brown buy his Grammy award? Sure looks like it after it was discovered the R&B singer has direct ties to Ken Ehrlich, the producer behind the Grammys. The producer defended Brown’s involvement in the ceremony on CBS This Morning after the whole incident was made public.

However, an insider says that there’s more to this story than a small endorsement on Ehrlich’s behalf. A source close to Brown has forwarded e-mails that were exchanged between Brown and Ehrlich to Neil Portnow, who is the President of The National Academy of Recording Arts and Sciences.

These e-mails in question that have been passing back and forth between the R&B star and the Grammy head were said to be riddled with bribery. The e-mails “practically begged” to secure the golden award for Brown in lieu of Brown giving, “a substantial amount of money.” The amount of money wasn’t disclosed by this insider who’s close to Chris Brown’s camp, but it was said that “Ehrlich was subsequently terminated, after many years of being involved with deliberating which of the past decades’ talents were worthy.”

The firing of Ehrlich is a little more than coincidental given the nature of his firing was said to be over “indiscretion and violation of the Academy’s ethics and integrity in rewarding talent.” Neil Portnow, the President of The National Academy of Recording Arts and Sciences released a statement following the firing stating, “With almost ten years of being President for The Academy, I would have never predicted that this would happen. My lack of blessing for Chris’ nomination was known, but as I’ve always respected by colleagues’ insights, I mustered all I could not to fight it so much. I have worked alongside Ken for years now, and I am heavily disappointed, and will have to raise the conduct around this board. will see to it that nothing of this caliber of humiliation will happen again.”

Chris Brown’s PR team is now adamantly denying this story ever happened, saying every detail related to the firing and the bribe is “bogus.”

Rihanna Allegedly Using New “Party Girl Drip” To Recover From Hardcore Partying

Her millions of fans were left terrified when she tweeted a picture of herself hooked up to an IV following the New York Met Ball earlier this month.

What followed were numerous reports that Rihanna had checked into a private medical facility amid claims she was suffering from exhaustion, with the singer herself later telling fans that she was suffering from the flu.

However, it now seems that perhaps the image of Rihanna’s arm in the hospital bed wasn’t quite what it seemed, and medical experts have suggested the 24-year-old singer is relying on the trendy ‘party girl’ drip to help her return to normality after heavy nights out.

In recent months, the popularity of the drip, which contains a concentrated dose of vitamins and nutrients – usually vitamins C and B complex, as well as magnesium and calcium – has risen drastically among those using them to help them cope with a heavy partying lifestyle.

However, New York medical director Dr Rashmi Gulari, who administers vitamin drips daily as part of her work with Patients Medical in Manhattan, told Grazia magazine: ‘Rihanna can’t expect to carry on with her all-night partying and hectic lifestyle in the hope that a regular vitamin drip will wipe out the damage she’s done to her body.

‘Many youngsters and celebrities know how to get on that high and now, with vitamin drips, they know how to get their recovery fix after. But it can’t work like that.’

Although this may sound like a quick fix for a helluva hangover, all medical treatments have some potential dangerous side-effects…

Reading’s Spire Dundedin Hospital nutritionist Jasmine Challis said that the drips can be very dangerous as they see the vitamins bypass the kidney and stomach and go straight into the bloodstream.

She told Grazia: ‘Food should always be ingested via the digestive system. If you absorb vitamins via a drip, your body cannot regulate them and you could overdose.’

Over the past few months, Rihanna has been seen in damn near every city and country in the world performing, promoting, puffin’ and partaking in par-tays. She even admits that the hectic schedule takes a toll on her:

“One morning last November I woke up and started crying so hard. If I cry, it’s because I’m, very angry and I can’t do anything about it because I’ve run into a dead end. That’s when the tears would come down.”

Hopefully Mama Fenty playing her daughter a little closer will help Rih-Rih from goin’ full on Britney Spears.

Where is Chris Brown?

We all know that RihRih loves her some white boys (remember when she said “white guys are killin’ it?), and she was reportedly seen late-night creeping into Ashton’s Hollyweird hills home recently. But, have the two been secretly dating since last year?

Ashton Kutcher and Rihanna’s late night rendevouz earlier this week wasn’t the pair’s first date, according to a new report.

The two have actually been seeing each other since December, sources tell the London Sun.

As RadarOnline.com previously reported, Rihanna was spotted leaving the Two and a Half Men star’s home early Thursday morning, four hours after she arrived.

The two were introduced at a mutual friend’s party, the source tells the Sun. “The flirting began as soon as Rihanna and Ashton met and swapped numbers. That moved on to texts and arranging to meet. They snuck off to a Santa Monica hotel a few weeks ago.

Demi Moore announced her split from Ashton last November following revelations he’d cheated.

Rihanna is again working with her former boyfriend Chris Brown, apparently putting aside his violent attack on her from two years ago.

“Kim’s Baby Envy,” reads the headline of a piece in InTouch that claims “Kim Kardashian tried to act supportive… but when she learned at a recent family gathering that her pregnant sister Kourtney is expecting a girl, she was unable to hide her true feelings.”

The reality star has publicly spoken of her desire to have children and she had always planned to start having a large family at the age of 30. However, her dreams moved further away when she announced that she was divorcing Kris Humphries after just 72 days of marriage.

Now, sources say that she has a touch of the green-eyed monster after learning that older sister Kourtney is not only expecting her second child, but is having a girl.

“Kim Kardashian tried to act supportive… but when she learned at a recent family gathering that her pregnant sister Kourtney is expecting a girl, she was unable to hide her true feelings,” the insider told InTouch Weekly.

“[Kim is now] trying to cover up her jealousy by splurging on so many clothes and toys for her unborn niece, you’d think she was the one expecting.”

Gabriel Aubry, Halle Berry‘s ex-boyfriend and baby daddy, is being urged to write a tell-all expose of his rocky relationship with the actress by his close friends, because they are tired of the model being trashed in the media.

According to Radaronline reports:

Gabriel is being urged to write a no-holds barred book about what his relationship with Halle was really about,” a source close to the situation tells radarOnline.com. “From what I can tell, Halle has to be in control at all times, period. It’s the reason that they broke up, because he just couldn’t handle being under her thumb like that. Gabe feels that relationships are about treating each other equally, but in it seems that in Halle’s romantic relationships, this isn’t the case.

“Gabe’s friends want the world to know the real Halle Berry. However, Gabriel has had many offers to write books and give interviews in exchange for a big payday, but he has turned them all down.

One day, Nahla is going to be old enough to understand what was going on between her parents, and he wants to be able to look his daughter in the eye, and say everything he has done, has been for her. Writing a book would be a great way to get back at Halle, but what would that get him? Gabe always thinks of his daughter when making any decision. Halle should count her lucky stars that her ex is being a gentleman, especially under these circumstances.”

The latest issue of the prestigious Black Men’s Magazine features a double cover with both Brazilian model Suelyn Medeiros, whose recent accomplishments include being arrested for DUI after smashing a Lamborghini into a Mercedes and and releasing a lil freaky home video and 50 Cent’s lil freakazoid Daphne Joy.

And if the sight of those two with their cakes out doesn’t get you excited, here’s a lil story we heard that surely will. According to Bossip sources, the night of Suelyn’s birthday the ladies were hanging out in LA clubs with the boxer from Suelyn’s naughty tape. And we hear the three continued to partay into the evening well into the wee hours of the night way after the clubs were closed. Hmmm where do you go after the club is closed eh? Sounds like a wild night of freaky times to us!

As for Daphne, for those who don’t know, before getting scooped up by 50 Cent she dated comedian DeRay Davis for several years, however she confided to friends that for the entire relationship he ran through many of her so called model friends in the industry making her look foolish and played. Towards the rocky end of their relationship Daphne met Fiddy through a cover photo-shoot with Smooth Magazine. Allegedly, DeRay was super salty over the whole situation and threatened to blackball Daphne and leak a naughty video of his own which she appeared in, however an alleged phone call from someone in Curtis’ camp, warning DeRay to back off “or else” put a stop to that.

Sources also say witnesses saw 50, in Miami the same time as DeRay, tell someone “I’m about to fly his b*tch out here”. Oooooh.

Drama! In the meantime, Daphne isn’t sure if she’ll be attending the Black Men’s Mag cover release party with Suelyn because of all the recent scandal.

Well the only part of this we don’t believe is the idea of a video model being scared of a lil scandal! Y’all know them hoes don’t be trippin’ off that isht!

But damn, from DeRay to 50 Cent? Now that’s a come up for that a$$!
