Pay yo bills Bow Wow… Pay yo bills! Kinda crazy that the kid with the money sign tattoo who is always flossin’ his stacks may now end up behind bars for his alleged failure to pay a tour bus company what he owes them.

According to TMZ reports:

Bow Wow has avoided a civil lawsuit for long enough — and now a judge in Georgia has ordered he be arrested and held in custody until produces documents and information to the other side.

Bow Wow was ordered by a Tennessee court back in 2009 to pay almost $100,000 to a tour bus company for allegedly not paying his bill. The company then took the case to Georgia to try and get the court where Bow Wow lives to enforce the judgment.

He was ordered to produce documents in his home state regarding the lawsuit, which he never did. As a result, the tour company filed a motion to have the rapper held in contempt.

Finally back in October, the judge granted the motion and ordered Bow Wow be arrested and held until he produces the necessary documents the tour bus company asked for.

Bow Wow has not been taken into custody so far, or responded to the lawsuit.

Calls to Bow Wow’s reps were not returned.

Back in October? Sounds like they ain’t even lookin’ for him. Them tour bus folks might wanna holla at Dog the Bounty Hunter at this point. SMH.

According to TMZ reports:

Lil Kim is going to the tax lien Hall of Fame — because the Queen Bee has run her bill with Uncle Sam into the seven figures … TMZ has learned.

Lil Kim’s tax problems are well-documented and go back nearly 10 years. According to documents filed with the L.A. Recorder’s Office, Kim owes money every year from 2002-2009.

The 2009 amount, $86347.85, was just recently tacked on — bringing her total $1,026,862.42.

Calls to Lil Kim’s rep were not returned.

SMH… Sorry boo, all that plastic surgery is not tax deductible!

Well Lil Kim’s folks might not be speaking to TMZ but they sent us the following response to the allegations.

Whitney Houston’s representatives have denied claims she is ”flat broke” claiming she was just paid to do a new movie. Whitney Houston has denied claims she is penniless after spending $100 million. The troubled star’s representative has told CNN rumours her fortune is “gone” and she is “flat broke” are preposterous because she has just made a movie.

The spokesperson said: “It’s totally false and ridiculous. She just made a movie with Jordin Sparks – ‘Sparkle’. “People get paid to make movies. She’s not broke.”

Earlier this week it was claimed Whitney – who has overcome crack cocaine addiction in the past – may end up homeless because of her lack of funds. A source said: “Whitney’s fortune is gone. Music industry heavy hitters are supporting her and her label is fronting her cash against her next album, but no one knows when that will be released … She might be homeless if not for people saving her. She is broke as a joke.”

She might be getting a check from Sparkle and all, but that still doesn’t mean that she didn’t run through 100 Milli!!

Terrell Owens, the former NFL star receiver who has signed to play for and co-own an indoor football team, is friendless and nearly broke, he told GQ magazine. “I’m in hell,” Owens, 38, said he tells people who ask about his well-being. After the Cincinnati Bengals did not renew his one-year, $2 million contract last year, Owens has been suffering from his financial shortcomings, including ventures gone bad and child support for his four children, he said.

The $80 million or so he had made in his career is almost gone, he said, but not because he lived a lavish lifestyle. In a profile story in GQ’s February issue, Owens said his financial advisers lured him into risky investments such as an Alabama entertainment complex that cost him $2 million. He later learned the venture was illegal in the state and violated the NFL’s policy of prohibiting players from investing in gambling, he said.

He also owns a slew of properties that he thought he would be able to rent before the housing market tanked, he said. He has a home in Los Angeles that cost him $499,000 and a multimillion-dollar home that is for sale in Atlanta. The home in New Jersey for which he paid $3.9 million was sold in late 2010 for $1.7 million, he said. Owens also pays $44,600 a month in child support for his four children, ages 5 to 12. Three of the four mothers have sued him.

The football player laments about losing trust in people and friends. When people text and ask where he is, he answers, “I’m in hell. I don’t have no friends,” he told GQ. ”I don’t want no friends. That’s how I feel.”

Eastman Kodak Co. filed for bankruptcy protection early Thursday morning, after the film pioneer failed to raise fresh cash to fund a long-sputtering turnaround, The Wall Street Journal reported.

The 131-year-old company struggled for decades to cope with the emergence of competitors in its film business and the rise of digital technology. But its final pivot — an attempt to transform itself into a company selling printers — proved too costly amid declining film sales and expensive obligations to its retirees.

The company said in a statement it has obtained “a fully-committed, $950 million debtor-in-possession credit facility with an 18-month maturity from Citigroup to enhance liquidity and working capital.” It said it believes it has “sufficient liquidity” to continue business operations during Chapter 11.

“Kodak is taking a significant step toward enabling our enterprise to complete its transformation,” Kodak CEO Antonio Perez said in a statement.

“Chapter 11 gives us the best opportunities to maximize the value in two critical parts of our technology portfolio: our digital capture patents … and our breakthrough printing and deposition technologies, which give Kodak a competitive advantage in our growing digital businesses.”

Perez pointed out the fact that the company has effectively moved away from its traditional film operations, “closing 13 manufacturing plants and 130 processing labs, and reducing our workforce by 47,000 since 2003.”

“Now we must complete the transformation by further addressing our cost structure and effectively monetizing non-core IP assets,” he said. “We look forward to working with our stakeholders to emerge a lean, world-class, digital imaging and materials science company.”

The statement said that the Rochester-based company expects to pay employee wages and benefits and continue customer programs. Subsidiaries of the company outside the US will not be affected by the bankruptcy filing.

The voluntary petitions for Chapter 11 business reorganization were filed in the US Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York.

The filing came as little surprise, with The Wall Street Journal reporting ahead of the announcement that the company was appointing a chief restructuring officer in anticipation of bankruptcy.

Shares of Kodak ended Wednesday trading up 4.4 percent at 55 cents, but have fallen 14.6 percent during January, and almost 90 percent over the past 12 months, according to Fact Set data, MarketWatch reported.

Eastman Kodak last week unveiled a new, streamlined business structure aimed at increasing productivity, cutting costs and boosting the troubled company’s digital business.

Under the new structure, Kodak reduced its number of segments from three to two — the Commercial Segment and Consumer Segment.

Kodak previously had three operating units: the graphic communications group, which provided digital equipment and software to printing industries; the consumer digital imaging group, which focused on print images; and film, photofinishing and entertainment.

Kodak listed assets of $5.1 billion and debt of $6.8 billion in the bankruptcy filing.

We hope they’re able to recover. It would be a shame to lose a pioneering company like Kodak.

We all know the recession is real, especially when the checks stop coming in, but it’s sad what some folks will do for gwap these days.

A Colorado hospice care worker was able to raise an amazing $30,000 in the name of fighting cancer – but her motives were anything but benign, according to a report.

The 35-year-old medical worker from Colorado was indicted Tuesday by a grand jury for swindling friends and coworkers by pretending she had cancer – a lie that she’d been stretching since 2008, according to a broadcast by Colorado’s 9News.

Jennifer Risa Stover, who worked at the Collier Hospice in Wheat Ridge, reportedly told a co-worker she had a cyst in her uterus and was undergoing “experimental treatment,” as part of her ruse to miss work and collect money from concerned friends.

“Our hearts went out to her. She went to a doctor and was having some issues. She didn’t want to talk about it much. The next thing I know is that she has cancer,” coworker Rosemary Swingle told the news station.

One magnanimous colleague gave Stover $12,000 from her own life savings, according to the report.

“She has a heart of gold. She didn’t even question it. Didn’t even question it. Believed her,” the news show quoted Swingle describing the hoodwinked Samaritan.

Stover allegedly managed to dupe 16 people to donate a total of $30,000 to help cover medical costs and a burdensome mortgage.

The Jefferson County district attorney, Scott Storey, said investigators don’t know where the money went.

Court records show Stover told her bosses she needed time off to undergo treatment for uterine cancer but quit when she could not produce legitimate documentation to justify her absences.

“Jennifer Stover was an employee here and she voluntarily resigned in June of 2010 when we requested verification for her request of medical leave of absence. She did not provide it and she instead resigned,” Wendy Forbes, director of communications for Collier Hospice told 9News.

Court records show Stover was trying to pay off loans and had gone through a divorce, but had no criminal record prior to this arrest.

Stover, who now works as a temp at the Hospice of St. John according to 9News, was charged with theft and charitable fraud and posted $5,000 bond on Tuesday.

On January 6, the day before Jay-Z and Beyoncé checked into an extravagant private hospital ward to give birth to their daughter Blue Ivy, over half of Rocawear’s New York City staff were laid off. According to the New York State Department of Labor website, the 28 employees were let go for “economic” reasons (which is particularly ironic considering all the hullabaloo over Rocawear’s $22 “Occupy Wall Street” T-shirts).

Poor Webster! We guess those residual checks have stopped coming in, cuz Emmanuel Lewis recently lost his home to foreclosure auction…

According to TMZ reports:

Someone get George Papadapolis on the phone, because Emmanuel Lewis is going to need some help again … Webster’s home in Georgia was recently foreclosed on!

According to docs filed in Fayette County, GA, Lewis’s home was sold at auction for just $56,000 back in September. The home went into foreclosure after Lewis failed to pay State, County and School taxes from 2007-2010 totaling $44,081.41.

Lewis’ mother Margaret is also listed on the foreclosure docs, though it’s unclear if she lives in the home or not.

Attempts to reach Lewis were unsuccessful.

Poor thang! Hope he didn’t spend all his tax money tipping that waitress at the Cathouse.

Scarlett Johnasson‘s former mom-ager is still trying to live the good life her daughter’s fame has afforded her. But there’s on little catch: she’s no longer on ScarJo’s payroll. So now she’s mad because she can’t afford the house she wants.

Scarlett Johansson’s mom and former manager, Melanie Sloan, signed a contract to purchase a $1.4 million two-bedroom in Midtown in October.

But less than two months later, the California dweller sued the owner of the 1,228-square-foot pad in The Strand at 500 W. 43rd St. — a doorman building with a swimming pool — demanding the return of her $130,000 deposit. She claimed she is cash-poor and can’t obtain a mortgage, according to court papers.

The real-estate battle offers a rare peek into the finances of a stage mother, whose famous daughter was a cash cow until she canned her mom two years ago and hired a professional manager.

Even though Sloan attempted to manage clients besides her daughter, the move left ScarJo’s mom with no major source of income, according to her lawyers.

Last October, Sloan, 60, presented the apartment sellers, violinist Christina Castelli and pianist Grant Moffett, with a strong financial profile, even claiming 2011 was one of her “best years yet in the entertainment industry,” according to the sellers’ lawyers. The move would bring her closer to ScarJo, who lives in Manhattan.

The stage mom managed her daughter’s career since Scarlett made her big-screen debut at age 9 in Rob Reiner’s “North.” She took a 10 percent cut of all earnings, according to a contract reviewed by The Post. ScarJo’s parents separated when she was 13.

But in November 2009, Scarlett sacked mom in favor of Hollywood power agent Rick Yorn, whose roster includes Leonardo DiCaprio, Justin Timberlake and Cameron Diaz.

“Once I got married, I felt that I needed to cut the cord,” the 26-year-old star told Vanity Fair last month. (She divorced actor Ryan Reynolds in July.)

Sloan told the seller she still had money coming in from projects she had signed for ScarJo, including campaigns with Moët Champagne, Dolce & Gabbana and the “Iron Man” movies.

But now she claims the money spigot has been turned off. A few weeks after signing the contract, Sloan suddenly cried poverty.

Wait: you managed Scarlett Johansson for more than ten years and took 10% of every check she got, plus whatever else you got off the strength of being her mother… but now you’re broke?
